Vaguegender, also known as gendervague, is a neurogender in which someone is mostly or approximately a certain gender. However, it is only approximate on account of difficulty defining one's gender, due to one’s neurodivergence. Vaguegender can be used on its own, or one can use terms like vagueboy or vaguegirl based on the gender(s) one is close to.

I love being gendered correctly. I love when people get my pronouns right without me even having to state them.

Being gendered as male is very affirming, but having people switch between pronouns or be obviously unsure which ones to use is even better. I've even been unexpectedly identified as trans and referred to with they pronouns twice in the past three days now, and both times absolutely made my day.

Sometimes I get frustrated that I haven't had the same miracle results from two years on testosterone that a lot of trans folks get, and that I don't pass for cis male 100% of the time. Other times, I'm very glad that my appearance is more obviously queer because that feels more real and true to my gender identity
