Cooked out on a quick draw sesh with a friend during school break (You can tell it's not my paper 'cause it's lineless).
Couldn't quite finish it in time but I still like how it turned out. I really wanted to get wilder poses down and I also figured out how to make Knuckles emote properly.

Godlike j.5H and a corner stone of Knuckles' combo game.
Knuckles' slowest air normal, but still decently fast and it's utilities makes it formidable in neutral and devastating for combos.
The big hitbox makes this a reliable tool for jump-ins, air-to-airs, safely getting out of Glide if opponent tries to swat you and for swatting Air Actions yourself like Tangle Tail-Tether or Espio Wall-Cling. Works as a crossup and converts into some of Knuckles' most damaging combos.
Groundbounces airborne opponents and can also be done mid-combo for extension that can be repeated for Lariat loops in the corner, although it's very precise.

cat girl mochi is such a vibe 🥺 her bushy tail was a great choice omg... makes me wonder, do the mages (taffy/ikasumi/etc) have any weird attributes/quirks as well during the night the witches lose their powers for that 12 hour span and get their familiar's respective attributes? or is that only reserved for the witches?

but good question!! this is a bit of an interesting lore tidbit because the once-a-month-animal-features-thing that witches go through is a bit of a nod to an endgame form that theyre capable of achieving after much specialized training thats eerily similar, taking on their familiars features and getting a magic boost!!
and the mages have that endgame form as well!! at least the elemental ones do, in my head i see it as the ends of their hair (or their whole hair?) becoming like their element, so the fire mages hair would straight up turn to fire, kyanites hair turns to rock, etc. (taffys is a little in the air so far because i havent decided if his hair turns into... water?? or ice?? who knows). but anyway this is again linked back to the magic overflow that happens post-timeskip as the witch kings return gets closer !! but it doesnt happen during the same night that witches lose their powers, for mages its exclusively in the powered-up form!!
so TLDR: YES the mages can also get the magic attributes but not under the same conditions as the witches!!

I just did Jonny d'Ville eyeliner and how the hell did he get his off. I used a pencil which I believe is generally easier to get off than liquid liner (although I could be making that up idk) and it was horrible to remove. I think Jonny's eyeliner looks more like liquid based on the smoothness of the lines and opacity and stuff. How the FUCK

I'm running a Ninjago D&D campaign right now, and it's so funny what easily works and what doesn't in 5e.
Like, Master of Fire? Easy. They honestly just need to be a fire genasi. Ice? You got it; cold damage is a common enough type of damage to homebrew something. Energy/green ninja power? That's a Mage of Witherbloom if ever I've seen one. Lightning? Shocking grasp cantrip can get you so far in life. Water? Uh, well maybe you can rework a water genasi? Bit weird that they can breathe underwater but like it's fine. EARTH???
Serpentine, nindroids, and Sky Folk are simple enough to find a 5e race that fits their general powers. BUT GHOSTS? WHY DO THEY DO SO MANY THINGS? I ALMOST HAD A TPK IN THE TOURNAMENT, THIS EMO 15-YEAR-OLD IS NOT GOING TO KILL THEM ON THEIR FIRST MEETING.

The quest design for dragons dogma 2 fucking sucks. If you dont have a pawn who knows where to go, the game never tells you, and half the time you show up to location to "investigate" and theres nothing fucking there. Dd1 wasn't LIKE this. You could intuit how to complete a quest in games like DD1 and skyrim no problem, but I feel like with dd2, I'm CONSTANTLY looking up walkthroughs and tutorials during EVERY FUCKING QUEST because the quest design is "just figure it out, lol."
"Maybe the flower bed will tell us where Roger is!" And then you show up and no one says anything when Nothing Happens.
In dragon's dogma 1, during such a quest, one of your pawns would say "lets try looking again later (at night)." Or "oh look! Scattered petals. Lets follow them!"
But no im stuck wandering around getting constantly frustrated because im wasting my time googling HOW TO COMPLETE A QUEST instead of PLAYING THE FUCKING GAME. I mean, even Skyrim gave you a fucking blood trail. What the actual fuck

A personal struggle I have is picturing things happening over such a long timespan. Its a little easier for tpotc because its all involving gods.
But it does mean my au timeline doesn't nearly last for hundreds of years compared to other peoples and the events from start of game to current update takes, as I've mapped out for myself, about 21 years or so.
Which for gods its nothing but idk, I think there's something about the speed and frailty of mortality that humbles ex-gods real fast especially if your new God of Death vowed off ressurections after the last one reminded them of the real mortal lives being toyed with.
Of course theres also just. Lamb gave everyone a Gold Skull Necklace when they got a chance to because they're lonely and the kids just age real slowly (Skull Necklace) and it does actually take place over hundreds or so years.
