i was fighting for my life trying to decide if chansey should go with mikan [who i didnt end up drawing] bc nurse joy association, or with nagito bc it is quite literally the luck associated pokemon in name and the lucky eggs they carry. but hed probs also run into like. a legendary. so he can just perceive the ho oh rainbow thing with chiaki and hajime lol i didnt feel like deciding what was on his actual team FOR NOW....

beloved boy gundham tanaka who gets ten billion pokemon because Hes My Favorite and also HES THE ULTIMATE BREEDER HED BE A POKEMON BREEDER HED HAVE. A LOT OF THEM!!!! morpeko bc hamster associations. ditto bc breeding capabilities. magcargo because of magma armor or flame body being the abilities it can have that reduce the number of steps taken to hatch pokemon eggs in the games. so yknow. efficient breeding strats. thats why theres an egg on its head. maushold: family of four. because they are so fucking funny to me. those mice bred on their own. and then sylveon bc i think he'd probs do a whole eeveelution line but i chose that one for here bc it is known for the affection/high friendship situation. and my boy has so much love in his heart. !!!!!!!!

IBUKIIIIII well this one is more aesthetics and also my bias bc i like the cool rockstar vibes of toxtricity [punk pokemon!!] [intended to be amped form but i dont think you can tell w/o color here HAHAFHS] + obstagoon. she'd probs also have more music / sound themed pokemon as well, but this was the last one i was drawing and i'm tired lol.

the last 2 imgs were the first 2 i drew tonight. imposter ALSO with a ditto but this time for the transform association. and zoroark bc it is also illusion pokemon known for its disguising abilities.

chiaki w/some computer babies.. porygon z kind of biased again bc that's my fave of that line lol but also yknow. shit goin off the rails at the end of sdr2. you know how it is. glitchy style. also rotom felt fitting for similar reasons

tiiiiny sonia with froslass. sort of bc the elegant lady vibes w/sonia's princess deal but also bc froslass has kind of a spooky pokedex entry and i think sonia would be into spooky ghost pokemon with spooky lore bc of her true crime enjoying and stuff like that lol. i think in that instance shes like wow!!! a real one!!!

hiyoko and oricorio sensu style bc it is the dancing pokemon and she is also a dancer!! sensu felt the most similar of the options to her aesthetic. i think she'd shit talk people with her pokemon lol.

and then bonus at the end with ryota... i just gave him smeargle for now Because Artist, and then i checked and saw it was egg group compatible with zoroark in the field egg group. and any time i think about pokemon aus i like to consider a scenario of their pokemon having an egg together and it's like woaaaahhhh pokemon custody battle hkldsjflhksdlj. or maybe they raise a happy family of pokemon together. i think that is what happens here. love wins x2 or something. happy pokemon and their people parents. ok im going to bed goodbye 🚶
