Yeah after Gibbs left it’s kinda boring? but also not really since i love the show already hahaha.
I love every franchise they have, LA, New Orleans, and Hawaii! My personal favorite other than the original is probably Hawaii. It’s such a shame all of the franchise are getting canceled
But we’re getting a Tony and Ziva spin off, and i kid you not, I’m so excited
I love the franchise so so much too.

I just binged NCIS: Hawai'i and I'm so bitter it got cancelled. This show is so good and deserves at least 8 seasons.
#of course cbs cancelled the first ncis show with a majority non-white cast. woman as the lead. and same sex couple#because they're cheap and decided sydney is worth more because it costs them less#and for origins which no one asked for. i already don't like the idea of that cause#a) they're bound to make something happen that doesn't line up with ncis so it'll be retconning stuff or just make stuff confusing#and b) you can't continue to expand the ncis universe with this show in the past about a character we already know about.#Hawai'i gives us characters whose stories are current and who can impact the present#and i know cbs will never let another network acquire Hawai'i like they did for all rise#they'll never let another network have an ncis show. They want full control over their franchise.#can this show get the swat treatment? no idea. But I hope people and the cast/crew keep fighting for this show.#cause it deserves so much better than ending on what may be a cliffhanger tomorrow and will definitely be unresolved stories for everyone#also the audacity for cbs to have vanessa and the cast out there talking about how much they love being part of the franchise#and how important the show is during that 1000th ep stuff#only to cancel it not long after is just a shit move#use them for promo then axe them#ncis hawaii#ncis hawai'i#cbs#sgx

So, while I do like Nolan and Bailey, that 100th episode of The Rookie was a dud. I will have to put my hopes on *shudders* Hudson and Rex's 100th episode later this season.
#a terrifying concept#I think there's the 1000th episode of the ncis franchise this season too (ffs) although I'm not sure they're doing anything in show#but seriously how many episodes does a wedding need they started from the previous one?#to be fair I find the concept of a wedding episode dull and don't care for them in the first place#you want a good marriage episode?#the characters stumble across a wedding venue (not a chapel) and decide to get married#the wedding ceremony scene lasts 4-5 minutes#the end#the best part of the episode was the promo which had made it look cool sorry#and it wasn't 100th episode material

Hello there!
Who watched the first ep of NCIS Sydney? I got curious and gave it a try and turns out I enjoyed it. The storyline so far was interesting and surprising, everything I like. The team is pretty cool, I can't wait to discover more about them. I don't watch the Hawaii show, but I can tell that my fears of the characters being similar to the others were not justified.
I feel like the Aussies/Americans banter can be pretty fun. Admittedly, as a non English speaker from birth, I'm struggling a bit with the Australian accent, but it'll work out. 🤣
As a sucker for older guys, I have to admit I find JD very handsome. Mackey obviously has a rough exterior and probably a troubling past. I want to carry Bluebird in my pocket. And Roy seems so sweet. We'll see about Constable and DeShawn later.
I'll definitely watch as the new eps air.

I’m looking to start NCIS, do you recommend one of the shows over the other to start with? Difficult to know where to start with it all
To just give a quick rundown of when the shows started/aired
NCIS – 20 seasons (2003 – 2023)
NCIS: Los Angeles – 14 seasons (2009 – 2023)
NCIS: New Orleans – 7 seasons (2014 – 2021)
NCIS: Hawai’i – 2 seasons (2021 – 2023)
A part of me wants to say the obvious and say start with NCIS cause I guess that's technically what I did - though I haven't watched it in over a decade (and I also started young with it bc my mom just let me watch it) before you jump into any of the spin offs but there is like 20 seasons of that show and I can see how that would be daunting.
Then NCIS Los Angeles was the first spin off and there was a backdoor pilot that spanned the course of two episodes at the end of season 6 of NCIS that introduced LA
I will say that Los Angeles is probably my favorite of the bunch and the most well written in terms of how they treat relationships.... Personally preference from me would be to start with that one
There's also NCIS New Orleans - which I have never seen but I would like to eventually
More recently, there's NCIS Hawaii - which probably falls in as my second favorite. And a female agent in charge???? We LOVE to see it.
There's also apparently a new show that was announced??? NCIS Sydney????
