No idea why, but I kinda wanted to make it look like they are arguing a bit in this one, or as if Adar just told Celebrimbor something he didn't expect. Maybe Celebrimbor is trying to make Adar stop the siege, or maybe Adar told the smith something about Sauron. (Maybe he's proposing a political marriage and Celebrimbor is a bit torn at first?)

My headcanon for this scene would be 'Celebrimbor trying to convince Adar that besieging Eregion is a really, really bad idea', but in general I am very open to ideas about what this scene could be about.
