偶然在臉書上看到分享文， 所以來試試看這家小巷麵包店有沒有那麼厲害！ 大甲芋頭菠蘿 我覺得整體來說口感偏紮實了一點， 芋頭的含量不算太多， 而且是偏乾爽的那種， 對！ 有點像是把芋泥球整顆壓扁後包進去裡面， 但是是保有芋頭口感的那種， 但是他會在你咀嚼麵包的時候， 散發出芋頭的香氣， 是淡淡的那種， 不是濃郁的。 我吃之前有稍微用烤箱過， 所以上面的奶酥吃起來酥酥脆脆的， 不只讓口感更好也讓麵包多了一個甜味。 但是我不知道是不是我的錯覺， 總覺得麵包的口感跟想像中的不一樣， 感覺發酵的不是很好， 那種口感不像是紮實感， 是那種麵糰沒有發酵起來的感覺。 太妃糖草莓奶酥 一口咬下感受到的是甜甜的奶酥味道， 焦糖則是碎片般的散佈在裡面， 咀嚼時可以吃到焦糖脆脆的口感， 然後草莓醬會在充滿的甜味，焦糖香的嘴裡， 默默的跑出來， 用他的果酸味， 刺激味蕾， 讓你會想要再吃一口， 但是我覺得甜度稍稍過甜了一點， 到後面嘴巴裡都是甜味。 烏魚子石安蛋麵包 基本上他就是玉米蛋沙拉麵包的升級版， 用了高品質的簡單來做蛋沙拉， 又將烏魚子磨碎拌入蛋沙拉裡面， 但吃起來感覺不太到烏魚子的口感跟味道， 不說的話， 真的不知道有加烏魚子在裡面。 如果可以把烏魚子弄成略粗的顆粒再拌入的話， 口感跟味道感覺會更加分， 然後麵包也可以再發一點， 因為咬了之後沒有太明顯的回彈感。 蜂蜜方云云 一把吐司從袋子裡拿出來就聞到明顯的蜂蜜香氣， 於是把他拿出來切成厚片， 一半塗上自製的海鹽焦糖醬， 一般保持原味， 再進烤箱烤過， 我喜歡烤過後， 外表略微脆但裡面還是柔軟的口感， 單吃吐司的話， 裡面非常柔軟， 吃蜂蜜原味的話， 聞到的香氣比吃到的蜂蜜味道明顯， 吃起來的則是淡淡的蜂蜜甜味， 跟麵粉的香氣。 搭配上自己做的焦糖醬， 鹹鹹甜甜的， 配上鬆軟溼潤的厚片吐司， 就是一整個幸福啊！ 泰奶方云云 跟蜂蜜的一樣， 一打開袋子就是非常明顯的泰奶香氣， 吃起來的味道也是跟蜂蜜一樣是淡淡的味道， 他們也把泰奶的茶葉磨碎加進麵糰裡， 所以可以看到細細的茶葉粉末在裡面， 也連帶的讓麵團有不一樣的顏色。 他們的吐司撕開的組織很美， 一絲一絲的， 外層吐司邊的部分居然也是柔軟的， 這讓我覺得很棒啊！ 因為大部分吃到的吐司邊都是偏硬的， 所以很不愛邊， 但他們的邊還是柔軟的， 所以它們的吐司， 我覺得可以推！ 尤其噴點水再稍微烤過之後， 比直接吃更好吃， 吃起來口感更綿軟！ 一開始對於吐司還是有點擔心， 畢竟麵包給我的感覺實在是沒有太好， 所以很擔心吐司會不會也是雷， 但吃完後， 我個人覺得吐司推， 但麵包類就還好。 對哦！ 他們吐司是沒有切的， 買的時候不知道沒切， 不然就會麻煩他們切了； 但後來上網看了一下， 似乎沒有代切服務啊！ 對了，吐司不馬上吃完的話， 建議放冷凍庫， 要吃的時候， 直接拿出來， 噴點水放入已經以150°-180°預熱過的烤箱， 烤個3-5分鐘就會恢復鬆軟了， 想要酸脆一點可以自己斟酌時間， 但不建議烤過頭， 這樣就會失去他那鬆軟的口感！ 這家的基本上限時限量， 然後採預約方式購買， 前一天會在臉書粉專上公布口味， 直接私訊他們你的名字跟電話， 要的口味跟數量就可以隔天下午3:30-6:00， 這兩個小時半內去取貨就可以了， 對！ 他們每天只營業2.5小時， 如果來不及在當天的早上11:00前預約的話， 就早點到現場買吧！ 姊妹店的武吉堂也是一樣的方式， 兩邊口味跟質感不一樣， 可以再斟酌時間跟荷包大小購買！ #breadshop #breadstore #方云云麵包店 #toast #cloudtexture #softandmoist #breadintaiwanstyle #tainan #taiwan #inthealley #thaimilkteatoast #honeyflavortoast #eggsaladbreadwithmulletroe #mulletroe #smashedtarobreadcoveredwithcrumble #tarocrumvlebread #crumblecover #breadwithtoffeestrawberrycrumblefilling #toffee #strawberryjam #crumblefilling #missfang （在 方云云麵包店） https://www.instagram.com/p/B-D-S2rA2N6/?igshid=i2hov2hcx88r
