La vecchia generazione credeva fosse soltanto un film. La nuova generazione se ne sbatte se lo è oppure no.

La prima era tenuta in gabbia perché non cercava risposte, la seconda é tenuta in gabbia perché se ne frega della verità.

Con un preciso intento, sono riusciti a creare dalla prima massa di insicuri una seconda massa di disillusi. Ovviamente tutto attecchisce su ogni piano di realtà, per cui non è che non gli interessa soltanto la trama di un film, non provano niente anche per tutto il resto (con le dovute eccezioni).

In questo Sistema non cambia mai la struttura, cambiano solo i mezzi per arrivare al fine.

In 2017, Mondo commissioned Tom Whalen to create tens of prints for a special Disney themed Mondo exhibition in Austin, Texas. This is one of them and as often, Whalen puts the evil character (here Captain Hook) as towering above the hero.

Mondo Funko Announces "A Goofy Movie" And "Gargoyles" Figures For 2025

To stand out above the crowd for Gargoyles to protect" Mondo a division of Mondo Funko has recently announced at New York Comic-Con that they will be making figures based on A Goofy Movie and Gargoyles slated for 2025.

The figures will be in the edition of Mondo 1/6 Scale and Mondo Squad Figures.

A Goofy Movie is set to have the Mondo Squad figures

Mondo Squads did a recent collab with Nickelodeon on AHHH Real Monsters! figures to get an idea how the A Goofy Movie figures would look like.

-Gargoyles is set to have the Mondo 1/6 Scale figures

Mondo 1/6 Scale did a recent collab with Marvel Studios on X-Men 97 figures to get an idea how the Gargoyles figures would look like

Mondo will release a Bloodsport 24x36 screen print by Gian Galang today, May 17, at 1pm EST. Priced at $80, it's limited to 185 and is expected to ship in September.

Read on for a statement from the artist:

For me, no image distills '80s one-on-one martial arts combat more perfectly than a Van Damme flying kick to the face. Trying to depict this with as much impact as possible, I painted Dux from a low angle, soaring over the crowd and blasting out of frame through Chong Li's face. I split the composition in half with diagonal speed lines, emphasizing the iconic clash that inspired a generation of fighting games and the sport of mixed martial arts.
