Little update!

Hi everyone! ✨

I hope you are doing well! I wanted to do a general update about my art and lots of stuffs :) So here it is!

1. I'll soon reopen slots for witchy portraits! 💜 Stay tuned!

2. About my art, lately I've been focusing on another personal project of mine that is really important to me. Therefore I haven't been really active here and on my witchy project and I probably won't be for a while. Let me explain: I always had mood swings with my art, jumping from a project to another, and this is starting again, I want to rework on my original Elf project and do a little Artbook to explain it! It's been a long time goal and I finally feel in the mood for it!!

That being said I still have witchy merchs project I want to work on for 2019/2020 so I hope it will motivate you!

3. I really intend to open my shop soon so you can all have access to what's left of my stock! Pins, stickers, prints totebags, artbook, charms etc. included!

I'll will announce it as soon as I figure out a way to sell these without my old friend Tictail!

It'll be a limited sale of two weeks only! As I can't predict where I will be in a month, I have to keep it short.

4. These past few months have been really exhausting and emotional in good and bad ways for me and I really need to focus on what is good for me and this is why I hope you'll understand that I just can't update this blog as much as I used to! It doesn't mean that it's forever, far from it, I already have a few illustrations on the way especially for you my witchy people! It's just I have other projects and I want to dedicate my motivation to one in particular at the moment and I sincerely hope you'll join me on Instagram and Twitter to follow my new artsy adventures! 💜✨

Happy last Full Moon of the year, witchy babes!

This one is quite the powerful one but its life-changing vibe comes with an unique delayed/drawn out effect. This is because today as the Moon became Full in Gemini, Mercury went officially retrograde. So, even though this Full Moon in Gemini it’s actually also a Super Moon, which makes her usual energy multiplied in strength – it’s normal to be feeling like, while major shifts are taking place there’s still a feeling of everything being up in the air, loose ends yet to be tied etc. {….}This is the second Super Full Moon of three consecutive ones we’re having until January 2018. It’s like a big wrap up to the year that got started with last month’s Super Full Moon in Taurus. And while that first part of this Supermoon Season lesson was to get clear on our life intent & our priorities in order, this second part of the lesson is more about learning to enjoy the ride, bumpy & intense as it might be at times & learn to surrender to life processes outside of our control while doing everything in our power to go in the direction of our dreams/purpose.

On the 348th day of January, I took myself for a walk to find snowdrops and feel into the Imbolc energy. Here's what came to me. I think one of the reasons January feels so hard is because (as usual) modern society is pushing us to be productive when it isn't time. Imbolc is the festival of awakening, the stirring of life. Still nestled in the womb of winter (imbolc actually means in the belly), it is time to allow yourself to dream of what's to come. To allow creativity to flow from all you've learnt in the year past and feed your future. To begin to grow out into all of that cleared space and welcome in the new. The pressure of new years resolutions, the unrealistic goals and the realisation that 2023 feels a lot like the end of 2022 (coz it's still winter) can leave us feeling less than enthusiastic about the journey or begin to doubt that we can do it. Here's the thing. There is no rush. No force is required of you. You are part of nature. We aren't all supposed to bloom all at once You aren't failing at anything. Make time to engage with this energy, be present, make space for your practices, and you will find what it is you need. Enjoy this last part of winter. Dream, plan, and let creativity flow from a place of rest. Follow where you're lead. Good morning 🌞 When I was a child, nana and I would venture to New Orleans for herbs and materials to make gris-gris and mojo for her clients. I looked forward to these trips, candy and soda was sure to follow as a treat for being a good boy. On these trips she also taught me about the humanity within and how it empowers others. Nana always said this when we came across a beggar : : " Child, give that man a dollar, he just looked us up and down. He could be an angel or one of the Saints.
