If you prefer a thicker shake, add some ice cubes to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, making sure all ingredients are well combined. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl with a whisk. In a different, bigger bowl, mix the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix just until everything is combined. The chocolate chips and diced strawberries should be added slowly. Place cookie dough spoonfuls on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each one. After the oven is hot, bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.

Ingredients: 2 cups crushed pretzels. 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1 8-ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed. 1 6-ounce package strawberry gelatin. 2 cups boiling water. 1 1/2 cups cold water. 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries.
Instructions: Bring the oven up to 350 degrees F 175 degrees C. Crush the pretzels and mix them with the melted butter and sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Spread the mix out in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. First bake it for 10 minutes, and then let it cool down all the way. Cream cheese and powdered sugar should be mixed in a different bowl until they are smooth. It's time to add the whipped topping. Spread this over the pretzel crust that has been cooled. Boil water and mix strawberry gelatin in a bowl that can handle heat. Add cold water and stir. Put the mixture in the fridge until it gets thicker but not set. When the gelatin mixture gets thick, add the sliced strawberries. Pour it on top of the layer of cream cheese in the baking dish. Put it in the fridge until it's completely set. Cut it into squares and serve it cold.

Ingredients: 2 low-carb tortillas. 1/4 cup sliced strawberries. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 tablespoon sugar-free sweetener.
Instructions: Place one tortilla on a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spread half of the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on the tortilla. Layer sliced strawberries over the cheese. Sprinkle sugar-free sweetener over the strawberries. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the second tortilla on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is crispy and golden brown. Flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is also crispy and golden brown.
