Through the art of collage, I piece together fragments of salvaged materials and transform them into collections of healing and self-discovery. By repurposing materials, I invite you to see familiar elements in a new way. I work intuitively, letting the materials guide me through a process of destruction and rebirth while honoring the magick in the broken and imperfect. Creating these collages becomes a ritual of transformation for the materials and myself as I journey deep into the shadows and liminal spaces. I’ve taken a few days off from posting on here recently so I could let my creativity flow. This space can sometimes feel a bit chaotic and distracting so I allow myself a sacred pause every now and then to come back to my center and regroup and tend to my creativity and wellbeing.

The Rainbow Serpent is a story told by the Aboriginal people of Australia. When a rainbow is seen in the sky, it is said to be the Rainbow Serpent traveling from one waterhole to another. They believe that is why some waterholes never dry up when drought strikes. In some cultures the Rainbow Serpent is male, in others it's female and in some it's an androgynous entity. It is said that the Rainbow Serpent came from beneath the ground and created large mountains and hills as it pushed upward. In some cultures, the Rainbow Serpent is considered to be the ultimate creator of everything in the universe. The Rainbow Serpent replenishes water as it slithers across the land. Some people believe that without the Rainbow Serpent no rain would fall and the Earth would dry up and everything would die.
