BRAND NEW K-MOD -> THE K-808 RELEASE -> FIRST WAVE

Its complete name ? k-808 ( Vista Mod )

its function ? The Vista Mod transforms every matte painting and distant background into something more natural, rich, and immersive. Now, the faraway horizons of your Sims’ worlds feel alive and textured—just as they should ... from our perspective ;)

How was it made ? We extracted the maxis matte backgrounds and we replaced with more realistic matte. All "simply" ... The complicated part is to find good materials and adjust the whole stuff

Why don't you release all worlds at the same time ? Because we didn't find yet all the materials needed and as we already working on the k-707, as there are only 24 hours in a day :D well, you see the point ;)

How to install ? Easy. The same way you install the other k-mods ( except the k-707 which is a bit more tricky ) We added pictures below ...

Will you release the stuff for all expansions worlds ? Yes for sure !

The files with -bg- into their names are related to vista view matte backgrounds and files with -gr- into their names are for all trees and plants matte paintings :)

Ownable Tech - Download

For years, I've wanted a way to stop randos from using computers at my sims' houses, workplaces, restricted lot areas, etc. Finally, the dream has become reality!

Although the mod is called ownable tech, it only covers computers.

This mod was made with the Mono Patcher! You must download that in order for this to work.

What does the mod do?

Choose an owner for the computer/laptop (Control Ownership -> Set Owner...) and no other sim will be able to use it but the owner. This can be an individual sim or a household.

Restrictions cover all computer interactions, in and out of the inventory, except for modded interactions where the modder didn't call the 'IsComputerUsable' method.

You can still access all settings menus on computers as usual.

Easily see who the owner is by hovering over the computer. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the tooltips to work as intended however you can see who owns the device under the control ownership menu.

Computers can still be repaired by anyone - so your service sims won't be out of a job, don't worry!

Conflicts & Compatibility:

Will conflict with any mod that edits the EA 'IsComputerUsable' bool. Very unlikely as without the Mono Patcher it would be a core edit.

All of the redstoners on hermitcraft have a weird relationship with redstone. Some eat it, some use it as a dye, or in makeup, or solidifyed to use as jewelery, pearl found out how to make it into nail polish.

Mumbo does it all, he constantly has redstone dust in his mustache, has a grey streak in his hair that he dyed red with redstone, a meticulous redstone mani-pedi decorated with redstone gems, uses blush made of redstone to look like he actually has blood flow, he also eats so much redstone, it used to be on accident but then he realized it tasted good and he now uses it as a spice

Hes basically powered by redstone. He hasn't slept in months, whenever he doesn't have redstone he's tired

at this point he is at least 50% redstone
