THIS PAST FRYDAY I ATE A LOT almost 5k calories throughout the day (this is a lot for me)exactly it was 4,879 calories

this was before going to sleep that friday (304lbs)

how much do you weight and what is your goal?

my current weight is 135kg which is like 297lbs and i don���t have weight goal bcoz im not much of a gainer i just like to stuff myself and if i gain weight it’s ok and if i lose weight it’s ok too

the scale pic was from this morning when i woke up and apparently im 137 kg in lbs it’s like 302 i think but i don’t trust that’s scale coz it’s cheap one and in case you wondering im like 173 cm or like 5’6 idk
