Day 9.5: Fattening at 3am

Had a good night with my boyfriend after not seeing each other for a while, but I woke up in the middle of the night feeling hungry... or, at least greedy for new fat 🥴 decided to do a Heavy Cream Shake chug, that's a *lot* of empty calories 🥵💦

I've had a few folks ask me for a recipe, and it's a pretty simple one! Fill your cup/bowl with ice cream, add heavy cream until it's more than halfway submerged, and top off with milk until it's nearly fully submerged. Stir with a spoon to break up the ice cream into more of a milkshake consistency, and typically let it sit for a couple minutes to give it a little more time to liquify.

if you want ratios, use 50% ice cream, anywhere from 25-40% heavy cream based on taste (if you're starting out, use 25%, i had to build up to 40% 😮‍💨), which leaves the remaining 25-10% for milk. The heavy cream + milk added together should be approx. equal to the ice cream.

This recipe is designed to be deliciously fattening, so you're always left craving the next one 😈 I prefer mine extra cold and with a little texture, hence why i use frozen ice cream and stir it in, but if you'd prefer to melt the ice cream first for a more chuggable liquid, im not one to stop you 🤭
