Again my day started with Pure South Indian classic & authentic Breakfast@ my Mini Idlis ♥️ These baby idlis are the smaller version of mommy idlis 😆. Procedure is the same as we make spongy white big size idli. You can have these little bites with pickle, chutney, sambhar or with South Indian podi powders. Ideal for kid's tiffin and parties. Your kid's will love it!!! An interesting wat to eat idli's. These steamed mini thingy is made from fermented lentils and rice batter. Here am using my homemade Idli Dosa batter to make this mini tiny idli.
