Today I’m starting the military diet-
I am planning on keeping a diary on her to hold myself accountable. I’m about to go into the Air Force and I HAVE to lose weight to even be sent to take the ASFAB. I’m currently 35 lbs over the weight limit, meaning I’m around 215 and I have to be under 180 in order to enlist.
I just want to be successful, finally.

Hello, so I am new to blogging. Like; actually really doing the whole blogging thing lol. I've always found it to be very cool, and interesting. I always compared it to hand journaling. I just couldn't almost never seem to be able to keep an actual journal and write every single day.
Just sitting there in my own confidence like "DEAR DIARY".
I would try to write one night and forget it for the rest of my life and then walk into like a Staples or a Barnes And Nobles see a notebook or journal, fall In love with it. Then do the same thing, lmao. But yeah so here I am blogging;........ well I'll be sharing with you my weight loss journey, also life journey, or just life in general, growth, family, love, and even 😭 with yall.

Diets have been failing you....because there's ALWAYS an end date & then you have no clue how to eat to maintain or continue your progress. You can't 10 day smoothie/juice your way to jump start & expect to maintain the results you see on the scale. You can't #militarydiet your way there. 👉🏾You must change your eating habits.👈🏽 Doing a #smoothiecleanse, #juicecleanse or #detox WILL help clean your COLON if you're not backed up with 💩. With less junk in there, you may lose an inch or more on the stomach but this isn't FAT LOSS...most of it is water. Water/weight loss doesn't normally change your appearance like fat loss does. What are u gonna do after that??? You need good Whole Foods that will feed your muscles and help your metabolism stay high. These quick weight loss methods only help reduce "scale weight" temporarily. I already know someone will say, "I lost 15 lbs on the smoothie cleanse, military diet, stand on your head, lemonade diet," etc. Well, let's see a final picture. 👁👁... I'll wait or post it in the comments! Did u get your dream body or do you still have more to go? 👀 Those who have their dream body or on their way to it, ate whole foods MOST of the time, were consistent with their eating at least 80-90% of the time and worked hard in the gym. It's that simple. :) Btw, Intermittent Fasting is great...but that means you still have to eat the recommended amount of calories & protein in a smaller window. If you have trouble eating all your meals in 24 hours, then you should rethink doing IF. ❤💋 . . You want fast results but don't have a clue what to do to maintain it....so slow down, figure out what works best for you while eating a much whole foods as possible (even in a slight deficit) and your transformation will be more enjoyable and sustainable. . . October 1st? What a great day to start a diet.
October 1st is the first day of the vegan military diet (Mondays - Wednesdays). It’s great because, I don’t really have any food in the house in the first place, so grocery shopping and not snacking should be fairly easy this month.
Coupled with a morning run for the next 30 days, I should shed a few pounds in no time. Overall, my goal is to lose 8 lbs in 30 days. The way I see it, if I set doable goals, I can lose the weight and keep it off like times in the past. 
Due to COVID, I have not been able to go to the gym, and hate working out at home. But, due to my slothful nature, I also have not been working out at home either, but that all stops now. Sadly, I’ve gained 10lbs during the pandemic, but that all changes tomorrow! For the next 30 days, I will post my progress and results to keep myself accountable. 
The plan:
Meditate everyday.
C4 Preworkout + Full body stretch and 10K run for the next 30 days. 
Military diet Monday - Wednesday, every week for the next month.
Spend the day keeping myself busy with coursework.
Read a book when I have downtime. Cut out TV!

Today was the first day for my military diet. Actually, not that bad. I mean it’s not easy god nooo, but it is doable. I bought all of the ingredients for for 15 euros or something. Then again, this is only the first day. Now I am doing a 16 hour fast, let’s see how it goes (also, tomorrow I am going to hike yeey)
Breakfast: wholegrains bread (100 cal), peanut butter (190 cal), 1/2 grapefruit (52 cal)
Lunch: tuna in olive oil (120 cal), wholegrains bread (100 cal)
Dinner: vanilla ice cream (279 cal), 1/2 banana (61 cal), chicken fillet fried (113 cal), green beans (125 cal), peanut butter (95 cal)
Total: 1142 calories
