Based on an AU post I saw a million years ago where Arthur was born with magic as well. Arthur has never told anyone and only Gaius knows about it, but he hasn't told Merlin

Arthur was aware of the power that lay dormant in him. It was something that- since he was a boy and Gaius had caught him moving his toys around without touching them- he had been afraid of. Gaius had been sure to tell him all about the dangers of using magic in Uther's kingdom and the lesson had stuck with Arthur. Since that day, he'd never willingly touched the power the curled itself inside his chest. It only ever rose to the surface when Arthur's control slipped, when he was vulnerable.

He was asleep, Arthur knew that, but the nightmare of fighting against a faceless, unrelenting force had him so enraptured that he forgot about his being asleep. Arthur felt a touch to his shoulder and the control that he usually kept clamped tight around his magic slipped and the power lashed out as he jolted awake. Arthur's heart rabbited in his chest as his eyes snapped open and he saw Merlin being thrown back until he hit the floor. Arthur's hands shook around his grip on the blankets as he tried to catch his breath and find something to say.

Hey everyone! 18yo gq writer looking to do a couple longterm fandom roleplays with other 18+ writers :D I'm in the PST (UCT-8) timezone, and generally available most of the day (my activity does fluctuate a lot, though).

I'm only looking to do CC pairings, and am generally willing to play any character. Polyamory is something I'm down for for 90% of characters (I'm poly, myself). Here are a few fandoms + the ideas I have for them!

Hannibal (Will×Hannibal)

I love Hannigram AUs, especially those with fantastical/historical elements. Big fan of Hannibal as some sort of monster and Will as just a Mentally Ill Guy.

AMC Interview with the Vampire (Any pairings between the four non-Claudia main characters + Claudia×Madeline)

I love polyshipping these idiots, they're so horrible. I don't really enjoy AUs for this fandom, but canon divergence is tasty. Anything set post-s2 would be amazing!

Slime Rancher (Beatrix×Casey/Mochi/Victor) (and for this one, maybe OCxOC)

Sharp left turn from gore-y dramas straight into colorful, chill games. Anyway. I feel like there are a lot of fun potential dynamics to explore both in SR1 and 2! This is a perfect fandom for letter-based (or in this case, video messages or what have you) RPs in my opinion. It'd also be fun to explore co-ranching :D

BBC Merlin (Merlin×Arthur, Morgana×Gwen, Merlin×Gwaine, Knights×Knights)

I really enjoy messing with the canon for this one, but (non-modern) AUs are also fun (like dragon!Merlin, for example). Anything where Merlin ignores shitty dragon advice and actually helps Morgana is an A+, evil Morgana is hot but I also feel bad for her.
