you let out an amused sigh. “well, i’m living with them, aren’t i? it’d be more strange if i didn’t have traces of their scent on me.”

“traces,” luke mutters. “right. and thanks for bringing living with them up so i don’t have to. you need to move out and come live with us immediately. we’re way better than those no-good demons anyway. and simeon is probably a much better cook than all seven combined.”

he’s not wrong, but admitting that would only increase his overprotectiveness dedication to protecting you.

“be careful what you say about demons down here,” you say mildly, and he rolls his eyes.

“bah! i don’t even get why you care for them so much! i worry about you, you know! who knows what schemes they’re cooking up!”

“i appreciate your concern,” you reply gently, meaning it, “and i know how much you don’t like the boys, but they’re my friends and i enjoy spending time with them. i care about them like you care about me.”

he scowls, blond hair falling in front of his eyes. “that’s unfortunate. fine! i’ll permit you to keep living with them, as long as you don’t let them touch you anymore. they’re not subtle about wanting to sink their claws into you!”

you hide a smile. he doesn’t need to know that that pleases you to hear.

“i’ve got it!” luke says suddenly, leaning across his bed and grabbing one of the many stuffed bears. he offers it to you. “this has got my scent all over it! this should help keep theirs at bay and help protect you. promise you’ll keep it with you?”

“i promise,” you say, taking the bear from him. he also doesn’t need to know that the boys barely register his scent, weak due to his lack of age and power, especially compared to theirs.

Lukie fresh and Robbie bobbie, they're my bestie mcs and have been for nearly a decade.

Alsoo Emilia (Lucas's mom). I liked her so much that I made a prequel series bc I liked her and her teammates so much. She's my silly cat lady ;_;

(since my main story is about teens, the prequel is about adults so I can focus on different themes)

More recently tho, Kenzie and Blake (last two on the right) were two side characters that made their way to be one of my faves and in the main cast. I thought they were to add to the group dynamic (and their design updates have been personal favorites)

I think the biggest headcanon I have for luke is that he’s omni like me!!

I think luke is likely to try to help with affirmations and praise…he’s not afraid to confront things yaya is insecure about. he seems to intuitively know what she needs…if she feels annoying or unwanted. childhood friend things :) they know each-other almost too well. yaya will also praise luke a lot and use lots of words of affection…but with luke she’s comfortable enough to try to comfort him with physical touch too <3

💛 - what is something most people consider a flaw of your f/o that you find endearing? why is it that you like that trait?

people who get annoyed with luke being overly protective and scared of something happening to mc…I’ve literally seen people call him a yandere which is so??? incredibly not true??? it takes his character so out of context :( of course he’s anxious about keeping the people he loves safe - he’s lost or almost lost almost everyone close to him. I don’t necessarily find it “endearing” per se…but I 1. want to comfort him so bad :(( 2. I’m also very anxious I do not mind being “protected” as long as I can protect him too :3

März 2024 - Gasthaus Elsner

Gasthaus Elsner – Familienbetrieb seit 1935

Wir wagten uns ans äußerste Ende Ottakrings um das vis-à-vis der Lugner City gelegene Gasthaus Elsner für unseren März-Stammtisch zu besuchen. Nach kurzfristiger telefonischer Reservierung waren wir sehr gespannt, was uns in diesem Alt Wiener Gasthaus erwarten würden. Beim Eintreten ins kleine, aber mit recht vielen Tischen versehene Lokal wurde sofort klar, dass es sich um ein wahres Original handelt. Damit sind sowohl der Kellner/Chef als auch das Gasthaus an sich gemeint. Wir bezogen einen Tisch im Gastraum neben dem Schankraum und rückten eng zusammen, denn alles war etwas eng bemessen. Früher waren die Gäste wohl kleiner in solchen Gasthäusern. Die Einrichtung könnte man als urig & authentisch bezeichnen, es war jedenfalls stimmig eingerichtet.

Der sehr umtriebige Kellner nahm mit viel Witz und klassischer Wiener Freundlichkeit unsere Bestellung auf und bei keinem Auftritt an diesem Abend ließ er einen flotten Spruch stecken. Im Laufe des Abends wurde er immer fröhlicher und redseliger, war vermutlich am gut besuchten Lokal und den Stammgästen lag.

Das Essen kam relativ schnell, obwohl im Lokal Hochbetrieb herrschte und laufend neue Gäste reinkamen. Der Kellner schupfte das ganze Service im Lokal alleine und routiniert.

Die klassischen Gasthausgerichte schmeckten alle sehr gut und die Salate waren wirklich toll angerichtet dazu. Lediglich das, zuerst vergessene und dann nachgereichte Blunzengröstl war ausbaufähig aufgrund eines Zwiebelüberschusses.

Feine Bierauswahl aus dem Hause Schwechater. Besonders, die „Hopfenperle“ vom Fass mundete herrlich.

Schnäpse: Gut & Billig (noch besser schmeckten sie, da das Geburtstagskind Luki bezahlte)

Die Preise waren im allgemeinen eher günstig und fair berechnet.

Wir vergeben daher 9/10 Krügerl Nach getanem Stammtisch, besuchten wir noch das Markgraf auf ein Testbier. Auch urig und der Kellner/Chef schon ziemlich im Öl. Geschweige denn von den andren „Gästen/Gestalten“

A/N: Riv likes to request reader fics from me when she personally wants to destroy some poor character with tickles ahahaowirlwxmls- And when it comes to coming up with my own scenario... Dear platonic wife, be prepared for the worst 🌚👍🏻💦 (also i self-inserted on Luke a little bit because my own bird is a little bastard)

Characters: Luke Pearce, MC/Reader (romantic)

Summary: Teaching Peanut some manners is a hard task indeed.

“Come on, Peanut,” Luke's eyebrows furrowed slightly as he showed a little piece of a dried fig to the bird, “You need to ask”.

The serious look on your boyfriend's face made you want to laugh, but you tried to hold it in.

All of this started when Luke told you that Peanut, his pet myna bird, has been misbehaving a lot recently. Snatching small things like cogs, nuts and bolts from Luke's table while he's working, stealing goodies, hiding in different places himself... Luke even had to start locking the bird up in the cage for some time. Peanut is well-trained and very intelligent, what could be the problem?.. Finally, he decided to text you. “Could it be that Peanut just misses seeing her? Maybe he'll stop acting strange if she comes over...” he thought.

And here you are, sitting on the couch next to your boyfriend, who looks deadly serious and ready to fight in the name of God and manners, with a little bird jumping from one of his knees on another, looking up at his master and ready to steal a delicious snack from his fingers as soon as he lets his guard down.

“This is actually adorable,” you finally giggled.

“Don't say things like that,” Luke warned, “He'll think that you don't find this kind of behaviour bad, and start doing this even more, especially in front of you. Come on, Peanut, you've done it so many times before, why can't you ask?”

“Maybe he just wants attention?” you smiled.

Luke looked at you, a little bit confused.

“But I'm in the room with him most of the time. The lack of attention didn't seem to be the problem before”.

“Maybe he wants to play?”

“...That may be possible,” Luke raised an eyebrow, “He looks so happy after committing another crime- Hey!..”

He felt a little pinch on his finger. Not enough to really hurt, but enough for Luke to let out a yelp in surprise and loosen his grip on the snack, giving Peanut just enough time to snatch it from his master's hands.

“Peanut, you..!” Luke gasped, but the bird quickly flew to his shoulder, and then climbed into the hood of his jacket, making itself comfortable.

The male sighed, puffing his cheeks out, “I give up...”

“Oh, just look at you, such a smart little bird, your master tought you well!” you laughed, lightly stroking Peanut's tiny head with your finger and making him chirp happily.

“You're always on his side, that's not fair!” Luke pouted, but you noticed a slight blush on his face.

“You're just jealous because I'm praising him for his good work, and not you? ~”

“Ah, shush,” the male smiled shyly, “M-maybe I just...”

“Maybe you what?~” you looked back at him, “Maybe you and Peanut are not so different? After all, our Lukie likes the attention too, right?~”

“W-what?” Luke's eyes widened and he quickly turned his head to you, his blush deepening.

“Want me to give you some scratchy-scratches too?” giggling, you wiggled your index finger under the male's chin teasingly, making him close his eyes shut and scrunch up his shoulders, huffing out a quiet laugh:

“Noho, I dohon't!..”

Peanut probably smelled some kind of “danger” coming, so he quickly flew to his cage to eat his snack in peace, leaving his master on his own.

“Are you suuuure?~” your fingers moved lower to gently tickle your adorable boyfriend's neck and make him squeak childishly, “I think you like them. Just look how happy you are right now!”

Luke fell back on the cushions, trying to cover himself with his hands and whining through his giggles.

“Ihi'm nohot a bird!..” you hear him say.

“Of course you're not a bird,” you smile, moving closer to him and wiggling your fingers above his tummy, “You're just my cute ticklish Lukie, right?..~”

“No, nononononoho,” his eyes immediately widened, though his smile did the same despite his protests, “Nohoho, no, no–”

“Ticke-tickle-tickle!~” you sang as your hands got under his shirt, squeezing and spidering at his sensitive sides.

“Eek!..” Luke squealed, then threw his head back, cackling, “Ihit's nohot fahahair- eep!.. Yohour hahands are cohoHOHOLD!..”

“Oh, are they?~ Sorry about that,” you giggled along with him, amused by his adorable little jumps and squeaks, and how he wasn't actually trying to push your hands away. It looked more like he was just holding onto them for the support so he won't fall off the couch with all his squirming.

But, as soon as your fingers got closer to the Luke's ribs, he gasped, pressing his arms to his sides.

“Nohot thehehere!..”

“Not there? You mean right heeeere?~” you pinched at Luke's lowest ribs gently and teasingly, your smile widening when your boyfriend giggled childishly.

“N-nohoho!..”

“No?” your hands moved higher, “Sooo... Here?~”

“Nononohoho, dohon't go higher!..” he wiggled from side to side, trying to press his arms to his sides, but, of course, there's no stopping you.

“Oh, so you mean under your arms?” your nimble fingers wormed their way to Luke's armpits, wiggling there teasingly, “Right here, in our Lukie's ticklish underarms?~”

Almost immediately your actions were followed by a loud shriek, soon replaced by the avalanche of your boyfriend's bubbly laughter and...

“Dihid you just snort?” you laughed.

“EheheHAha!.. I cahaHAn't!..” he shook his head, smiling from ear to ear, like a little kid. Luke's laughter started to become a little bit wheezy, so you realized that it was a good time to stop.

Only for today, maybe.

“Ahalright, alright,” you smiled, retracting your hands, “I think that this little bird of mine had enough attehention!”

“Wohould you stohop thahat?” your boyfriend tried to sound serious, but that sweet smile and those adorable leftover giggles of his weren't helping him much, “And, Peanut. You're a little traitor”.

The bird only chirped happily in response.

A/N: I hope this is fine and makes sense because Ami decided to speed-write this smol fic late at night again so I hope that it wasn't a complete disaster goodbye-

(And also I know that jumiii is probably reading this, and if so, then I'm going to write another lee Luke fic for you (after another 100 years Ami, right), and it's going to be a lot bigger than this one. At least I hope so XD)

Lucas has an older sister, who endearingly calls him ‘Lukie’,, MC can tease him for that and it’s honestly very entertaining.

He isn’t a part of MC’s old community, nor is he a part of the same community as the other RO’s, he’s a bit of a floater,, but that’s all I’ll say on that…

He has a scar running from the left side of his bottom lip down to his chin- he says he got it fighting off a pack of angry wolves… he slipped and fell on a sharp rock after a few drinks too many.

Can not dance if his life depended on it. Dances anyways.

Well-meaning homewrecker is the right way to put it. His sister is a homemaker too, and she’s tried to teach him how to cook on multiple occasions. On multiple (totally unrelated) occasions he has also been berated by his communities leaders for almost burning the entire place down whilst trying to cook.
