For those of you who are not acquainted with this heavenly dish...
A dosa (also dosai or dosha or dose) is a thin pancake or crepe, originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice.
Dosas are served hot along with chutney by tradition and sambar in recent times.

And we Bengalis love it. Just go to your local South Indian restaurant for authentic experience, although most Indian restaurants serve it these days. Really, just go and taste it, you won't regret. And unlike most Indian dishes, South Indian cuisine is pretty healthy (no chicken in a pool of oil like we Bengalis make XD) I recommend masala or rava dosa, the plain one isn't bad though.
