I got an idea for a cool Marauders concept: something like texting at Hogwarts, except it's two pieces of parchment connected by a spell.

can’t get enough of small town christmas AU fics even though its october

james has individualised text tones for each of his friends and giggles every time the ridiculous one he’s assigned sirius goes off.

sirius has all notifications for every. single. app. turned on and never takes longer than 5 mins to reply unless he is yk… with remus.

remus’ phone is almost always on silent unless he’s expecting an important call… in which case, he’s a ball of anxiety whenever it makes a noise during that time.

peter has his phone APPROPRIATELY set to silent or sound depending on the situation and always turns his phone fully off at the movie cinema instead of just putting it on mute/silent/do not disturb.

regulus never has his sound on and tbh doesn’t even know what his ringtone is because of that. don’t call, he won’t pick up. also his unread emails notification bubble is never greater than 1.

it's just when I'm finally in the mood to read a plain old fanfic (which hasn't been too big lately) ALL IT IS, IS TEXTING FICS

anyways, if anyone has found a fic (modern au) Wolfstar where they share a dorm, and apartment together, and Remus is fucking oblivious, that'd be great.

Please I beg can someone help me figure out what fic I was reading.

Basically I was reading it on tumblr, it was a jegulus exes au where Marauders were a band, and Dorcas, Evan, Pandora, Barty, and Regulus were a band named the emeralds. James and Regulus had dated but his label made him break up with James, years later James posts on twitter about still loving Regulus while drunk, drama ensues. There was a song specifically written for it either named “Red and Gold” or “Red and Golden”, I’m not sure which
