⁣When we found out we were having twins, my selfish mind was like Oh No 😳🥺- I was certain we could figure out Life and yes Traveling with 1 baby, but how on earth will we handle 2? ⠀ ⠀ There was the celebration of the blessing but also the fear of how our lives will be changed. TBH- hubs was too busy celebrating getting exactly what he wanted - while me the perpetual worrier was doing all kinds of calculations. ⠀ ⠀ But I’m learning, ultimately- we have so much power over how we live our lives - with kids or without. For everyone who told me what I could no longer do, there were examples on here and support from those telling me what I could do. And that has really carried me through some of the more challenging moments you may have with twins. ⁣⠀ ⠀ So while some things are different (looking at you diaper changes), a lot is the same. ⬆️Back & Biceps⬆️ Before & after workout face 😅😜 So... I used this green band to warm-up my shoulders since my left shoulder was hurting yesterday. It is much better today & that warm-up really helped 😉 I did the moves @bodyrocktv_lisamarie asked me to (thanks Lisa 😘), & was able to workout.
