Some 15 min. HIIT workouts
These are a few of my fave HIIT workouts I've been doing lately.
I love them because they're short and leaves you exhausted. Some are more challenging than others. Remember not to exercise while fasting, especially with these workouts.

Day 2 of 5 day workout week:
It's a chilly November Tuesday and I am up and out to my gym bright and early! It was only 66 degrees when I got out there, but I got it up to 69 by the time I was done. Back to chasing the temperature around on my heater, apparently. 🤷🏽‍♀️ But, anything over 65 degrees is fine to get started in, so l made it work.
-It's cardio day! 🥳 I just love my cardio only days. It feels more like playing than working out! I went with a cardio HIlT routine today. Pretty fun and challenging. For equipment, l used a 6 lb med ball, one pound wrist weights, a light jump-rope, and an agility ladder. The intervals were random and intensity was between 7-8. 1 finished with ab/core on the mat.
Total calorie burn = 408 kcal ⭐️
That's two great sessions to start the week!
Let's keep the momentum going!👊🏽

My second workout today was a HIIT session that I recorded for my YouTube channel.
Very basic moves, three intervals of each one.
I made myself an instant decaff with a teaspoon of collagen peptide powder.
I'm all about that right now.
Then time for my delicious lunch.
Feeling good on my high fat (60%), mid range protein (30%) and low (10%) net carbs.
The collagen is an easy way to get that protein up!

Just tried HIIT for the first time in forever (did a moderate workout too), and I feel sick as hell after it. Was definitely worth the burn though!
The workout I followed was from Emi Wong, I did her 16 minute one and it's amazing

Day 3 of 5 day workout week:
It’s Hump Day on the busiest week of the summer and things are getting done! Boxes are getting packed for college. Summer writing assignments are getting going for Junior year in HS. My dog has no idea what the hell is going on. And, I somehow managed to sneak in another hour of fitness for myself! We’re making it happen, people! 👊🏽
-Strength training was total body and it was a bit streamlined. My range was 5-12 pounds and I kept it simple and efficient. No mat work or bells and whistles! Just focused on the agenda.
-Since I was short on time today, I just went with a low-impact HIIT workout with rounds of random intervals of cardio. I mostly went with no equipment. But, I did use a 6 lb medicine ball for a segment.
Total calorie burn = 408 kcals 💫
Today was tricky! But, so far, I’m 3 for 3! Not bad for what I’m dealing with. We shall see how it pans out tomorrow. No pressure! 🙏🏽

No matter what else is going on in my life, no matter if I'm totally off my game, bacon and eggs makes it feel a little better!
With tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and some psyllium husk powder. Pure fibre!
Delicious, comforting food. Yes, bacon is processed meat. No, tinned food isn't necessarily fabulous.
Do I care? Nope 😂.
Eggs fried in olive oil (which is fine, as long as you don't keep reheating the same oil. It's a one-time thing here).
I'm all about the fat!
Anyway, after another very tough day both physically (symptom wise) and emotionally (same reason), I'm still doing my best to carry on regardless.
An active day, including another workout to upload to my YouTube channel. Lower body "Cardio-Tone" as I call it.
I'm easing back ever so slightly with 14hr fasts right now. Allowing a later snack for a second day.
I'm starting to accept the strong possibility that my issue might be linked to my daily peanut fix. It sounds ridiculous, but I'm honestly genuinely upset about that. I've cut everything else out over the past few years, adding a few things back in when it's clear they had no influence. Sick of having to keep doing it over and over. Not ready for this one yet. But I'm going to try. Peanuts tonight, then one full week without. See if anything changes.
And now I'm going to go have a cry......
