I know we joke about it but it is vital for something to be at least a little bit badly written and/or tragic for me to want to write fanfic for it. Star Wars 9. (Hands down the worst thing I've seen in terms of ending !)

Game of thrones. (With the hope that GRRM will one day finish the books to free us from this shitty ending ?)

The Umbrella Academy. (The writers smoked carpet for season 4 damn, already season 3 was not great...)

The Magicians. (Killing Quentin was a monumental mistake with a nauseating message...)

Killing Eve. (Thanks to the books that offer a different ending than the crap we had !)

this is so my Umbrella Academy brain rot talking (cause I won’t be getting over season four anytime soon)

that being said, out of the core group what superpowers do you think they’d have? I know as magicians they can kinda do it all already, especially when broken down into their disciplines, but I feel like for some of them their power could be very different than what magic we see in the show.

My breakdown is:

Eliot = Telekinesis

Margo = Weather Manipulation

Penny = Telepathy

Alice = Invisibility

Kady = Gravity Manipulation

Quentin = Flight

Josh = Plant Control / Manipulation

Julia = Clairvoyance or Tactile Telepathy

I agree on Eliot Telekinesis since that’s canon and tied to him in my mind

Margo= Mind Control

Penny= Telepathy (or teleportation)

Alice= Clairvoyance

Kady= Basically earth bending lmao? Like manipulation of rocks and such

Quentin= Ok this is gonna sound weird… yk how in the Lego Movie master builders can kind of like, look around and things that could go together to build something are highlighted? Or like in Miraculous when she uses that one ability where it highlights the object she needs in that moment… Something like that…

Josh= Manipulation of specifically plant growth (acceleration, reversal, etc)

Julia= Temporary/Selective time freezing
