I’m eating jellybeans so it’s time for the obligatory Gang and their favorite candies headcanons!

Lupin:

* he likes sour stuff I feel like?

* also a big chocolate fan but he would rather have chocolate coins than like a chocolate bar y’know? He’s picky about that

* tbh I don’t know much about international candies but you know he stole from French candy stores (not small businesses though)

*I feel like he also chews gum based off of candies. Sour patch gum? Yes.

*also enjoys a crunchy candy

*#1 Nerds fan

Jigen:

* he’s old school about his candies but in a gross way?

*black licorice, saltwater taffy, candy cigarettes

*someone take his candy privileges away

*he does have a good amount of sense to try other stuff though

* normal choices include gumballs, jellybeans, chocolate, and good taffy like a Laffy Taffy 😌

Goemon:

* he doesn’t indulge much at first but when he does? Someone get him a bulk bag!

*despite his sensory specific choices for most foods, he isn’t picky about his candies and tries a bit of everything

*huge sweet tooth frankly

*lots of chocolate and frosting and marshmallows

*wouldn’t steal steal from the others but if he was craving candy enough he would

*he really enjoys gummy candies!

*gives the sour ones like the worms to Lupin but he enjoys a good gummy bear

Fujiko:

*she’s classy with her choices

*chocolate is a way to her heart, obviously

*make sure it has variety though! And NO COCONUT LUPIN (it’s so gross)

*does indulge in gum or jellybeans from time to time

*her go to is suckers/lollipops though. She very obnoxiously pops them out of her mouth to make points and look hot lmfao

Pops:

*his diet is basically candy, fast food, and packet ramen, he takes what he can get

*kind of like Jigen in his tastes?

*doesn’t like chocolate surprisingly unless it’s something like pocky

*or gum (it makes such a mess and he was one of those kids who believed that if you swallow it it stays in your stomach)

*he basically kinda just eats candy bars and the occasional gummy candy

Wolfstar hits harder if Remus isn't conventionally attractive.

Because while Sirius is still deep in denial and internalized homophobia, he's convincing himself like "it's okay, i'm not gay, anyone would want to kiss Remus once in a while, he's just objectively hot"

Except Remus is awkward and quiet when not around friends, he's too tall like he grew up too fast and doesn't know what to do with this extra height, his scars scare people away, he wears grandpa sweaters, drinks tea in his free time and goes to sleep at 9 pm, he can't flirt for the life of him (even though he could bc he's witty and sarcastic) because he has no self-confidence and it shows.

He's basically a loser (affectionate) and Sirius is like "it's okay, no need to panic, he's the sexiest man on earth but that's just an astute observation, no gay thoughts here"

"Darling?" Sirius croons, pressing gently against your shoulder to rouse you from your sleep, "Darling, we're back."

There's no response from you, and Sirius pushes ever-so-slightly harder.

"Christ, Sirius, let's not shove her off the bed!" James gripes, muscling Sirius out of the way to lean down and press his lips to your forehead, "Love, wake up? We brought you dessert."

There's still no response from your unconscious form, and James suspects it's because you're nestled in a cocoon of warmth that's keeping you deeply asleep. He feels his heart crack slightly as he reaches for the edge of the blanket, feeling cruel, but it has to be done.

"Right, let's take this off then, and we can- oh, bloody hell!"

What's revealed beneath the blankets is your naked form, curled up tightly against the cold but now completely exposed to the room. Sirius's brows shoot up, and James drops the covers in order to clamp his hands over his eyes.

"James," Remus hums as you stir from your sleep. He quickly flips the covers over you again, giving you privacy as you wake, "You've seen her naked before."

"But not like this!" James blabbers, letting Sirius bundle him in a reassuring hug, "Darling, if you can hear me, I'm so sorry. I didn't know you'd be naked under there. Didn't mean to flash you to the whole lot of us."

Remus watches as you drag a knuckle through the sleep gathered in the corners of your eyes, rubbing away the drowsiness as a groggy smile grows on your face.

"S'okay, Jamie," You laugh, your voice raspy from disuse, "I slept naked 'cause I knew you'd find me."

sirius thinking that remus is trans because regulus acts similarly when he gets his period before they find out he is a werewolf

James once lost his glasses and when he went to kiss his beautiful boyfriend he ended up kissing said boyfriend's brother. Remus was extremely nonchalant, Sirius was freaking out ("Moony I promise it meant NOTHING" "Pads I fucking know") and Regulus almost murdered both James and his brother. He also refused to kiss James until he brushed his teeth for 5 minutes straight while he was staring daggers at him, because "I'm not kissing lips that have previously KISSED MY BROTHER that's basically an indirect kiss and this family isnt about the incest anymore". James almost cried

Sirius Black is left handed

Remus first learns this when they are sitting with their hands interlocked doing work and Sirius just casually writes his essay with his left hand because his right is holding Remus’

And Remus is shocked because how has he never noticed??

And he’s not writing in his perfect Black cursive, his handwriting with his left hand is a lot messier, a lot more ‘him’

But the next day he is taking notes in class with his right hand and the perfect handwriting is back and Remus is so confused

So he finally asks Sirius about it and he tells him about how he was born a leftie

But his parents couldn’t have a defected heir, so they forced him to learn with his right hand

So now he can write pretty well with both but just defaults to the right because that’s what he’s always done

And Remus just decides at every opportunity to sit on Sirius’ right and hold his hand so he has to write with his left

Because it’s so beautiful and true and him

what disability headcanons do you have? Mine is that Lupin has adhd hyperactivity/impulsive type and Goemon is autistic. Not the most original take i know lol but it makes sense to me. What i find really interesting is Lupin having npd or something similar. I dont see as many disability headcanons for Jigen, Fujiko, or Zenigata tho

I think Lupin could be AuDHD personally? Combined type ADHD just cause the vibes. Also definitely has joint issues. Goemon? Bro is autistic. He is me I am him we are autism. I don’t know if it’s technically a disability but I can see him having a LOT of issues with carpel tunnel. Same with Low blood sugar. Jigen has CPTSD. End of discussion. I could see him having an autoimmune disease too tbh. MS or something? Bro has some pain days fr. I also think him and Zenigata have heart palpitations (as someone who gets them yes. They do. I said so.) Zenigata has arthritis. Fujiko seems like a hard one to HC disabilities for but I’m also not well versed on most disabilities.

Headcanon that James, Sirius, and Peter gave Remus a briefcase that said "Professor R. J. Lupin" to him as a joke when they were like fourteen because he was an annoying know-it-all who always got good grades and they loved teasing him for it. But Remus kept it because, what was he gonna do? Throw it out?

And then, twenty years later, when he actually got hired to be a Professor, he took out the case and looked at it with tears in his eyes, because who could've predicted that his friends could've been so right about this, but so tragically wrong about so many other things?

A job for a godparent - Harry Potter

summary: harry knows you're the love of his life, but he just needs to know that you want kids as much as he does. a day at his house over the summer confirms it. wc: 0.8k+ harry's parents and sirius and rem are all alive. sirius and remus have a kid.

Harry had known he wanted a big family for as long as he could remember. He always enjoyed having his uncles around every day, living next door to him and his parents, but he knew that there would be one difference between him and his kids: they would have siblings.

You and Harry had been dating for a while, but he had no idea where you stood on the idea of having children. Did you hate them? Worse. Did they hate you? Harry spent countless nights thinking about it. What if you didn’t want children? It would break his poor little heart. Sure, Harry could just ask you about it but he was worried you’d think he’s moving too fast with the relationship. He just wanted to find out before he was in it too deep. It was a little late for that though, because the boy was already committed.

You came around to Harry’s house often, and his parents absolutely adored you. There was an air of elegance and composure around you that kept Harry in check, and both he and his parents were convinced that you were the woman Harry was going to marry.

Today was no different. It was a beautiful summer day, and you’d spent the morning with Harry, sharing not so secret kisses in his bedroom and talking about the year ahead while his parents and uncles spent time together downstairs. He looked at you with eyes of adoration, watching every minor movement you made: the slight tug of your lips into a shy smile or the sigh that escaped your lips as he kissed you softly. Around midday, when the sun was shining the strongest, Harry suggested to go swimming in the lake overlooking the backyard.

Your charming boyfriend had put his hands on your waist, pressing soft kisses on your neck and making suggestive jokes about taking your clothes off before he had been shooed away. He went to the bathroom to get changed, telling you he’d gather all the essentials and meet you downstairs, leaving you in his bedroom. When you were secured in your bikini, sure that Harry would struggle to untie it later today, you quickly threw on your cover-up and swung the door open, a gasp leaving your lips almost instantly when you saw the intrusion in the hallway.

A young girl, no older than the age of two or three, was walking on wobbly legs and sniffling softly. At your gasp, the girl turned around, the momentum sending her off her feet and onto the ground. You crouched down, sure that this was Harry’s uncles’ daughter who your boyfriend speaks about so often. “Hey sweetheart, is everything okay?” The toddler shook her head, bottom lip wobbling with a threat of crying. “Are you looking for your dad?” You asked softly, unsure if she could understand you at all.

She did. With a nod of her head, the girl repeated “Dada.”

You extended your arms towards her, which seemed like enough convincing for the girl who pushed herself off the ground to walk straight into your arms. “I’ll take you to dada, yeah?” You stood up, balancing her on your hip and taking careful steps towards the stairs. Your heart instantly warmed up when she rested her head on your shoulder, her small arms hugging you loosely, curly hair splayed over your shoulder.

You instantly spotted Harry and his family once you reached the bottom of the staircase, sitting next to the empty fireplace. Harry held a couple of towels, and was exchanging jokes with his family, but all eyes turned towards you and the toddler in your arms when you stepped closer to them. Remus immediately stood up at the sight of his teary eyed princess, and you said “Uh, she was looking for you in the hallway.” “Thanks love.” He said, lifting his precious daughter from your arms, who instantly started repeating her dad’s name with a smile.

During the small exchange you had failed to notice Harry’s reaction to you with the child, his jaw slack and a look of absolute adoration in his eyes at the sight of you handling his cousin with such natural movements. He was frozen in place, incapable of tearing his gaze off you, despite the amused look his mother was watching him with.

“Are we going outside?” You asked, tearing Harry out of his daze. He nodded eagerly, wordlessly following outside and narrowly missing the look his parents shot each other. “He’s just like you.” Lily mumbled, watching through the big glass doors as Harry wrapped an arm around your waist, kissing your temple softly. “Would have a dozen more if you'd let me... We’ve just got to warn him not to get her pregnant before they graduate.” Lily hummed, deciding “I’m not the one having that conversation with him.” James cursed before his head snapped up, gaze stuck on his two best friends.

“Yeah, that’s a job for his godparents.”

Safe to say, Harry was horrified Sirius pulled him aside for that conversation the very next day. But that didn’t stop him from going over to your house and making love to you like he wanted to give you a baby right then and there.
