Warnings: just Luna being sad anxious, and overthinking her exam results and softy! Dad Chris is back 🥹 we love him, semi destructive behaviour *just an outburst that Chris has to deep pressure hug Luna to help her calm*

It doesn't take him too long to figure out what's wrong with Luna, even if she's shut herself down.

He comes up to her door, listening for any signs of crying or distress, "Luns, Bubba can I come in" he asks as he knocks on the door.

"Mhmhm sure Dad let me just put this away" her voice cracked as she tried not to give away anything to her dad because he didn't need to know.

Little did she know he hurt that little crack loud and clear, it hurt him that she was hurting, he opened the door it creaked as it opened bringing more of Luna's room into view, he made a mental note to oil the hinges later. "Hey love.. he asked inquisitively pausing when he saw her puffy red face "Have you been crying?" He asked.

"No!" she snaps out of frustration not releasing what she did until she snapped at him

Chris was taken aback by the way she reacted but he knew it wasn't on purpose. He padded over to her bed, her face covered in blankets. Hugging her lightly, taking a deep breath, taking a moment to calm down he looked at Luna with all the love in his and said "Don't lie to me, I care about you".

That just breaks the floodgates down, tears running rapidly down her face clouding her vision, the outline of her dad, and the blurry outline of a certain ginger and white patchy dog. She feels stupid, so stupid it's not even a reason to be this worked up over it, it's just classic Luna.

It was just a simple exam, just a simple f**king exam and she couldn't even wait for the result.

Turns out when she thought the next thing, she was thinking out loud, *I feel so stupid." She stuttered at the end, and then she thought *Nope I didn't just say that out loud stupid*. Her heart sank at the look on her dad's face. Here comes the spiel of boosting her confidence, it always works though.

"Luna, why would you say that, hmm?" He looked at her in disbelief.

It was getting destructive she was eating herself from the inside out with the thought she needed, out of her head.

"Because I am stupid! It's a stupid test result and I can't seem to not just do it normally, I have to pull a

'Classic Luna' she says mockingly, and overthink everything single. The thing I do!" She shouts, at what or who she didn't know.

He grabs her gently as she has her outburst into the general world, once again the gates break and the tears stream rapidly again.

"Shhh, hey hey... It's okay. It's okay sunshine. He whispers into her ear trying not to move her from where she's nestled in his neck. "It's okay, Luna you should never feel stupid for a situation that is out of your control, love you regardless of the result Bubba. Regardless of anything you are still my best girl, you are the best daughter. The smartest and most confident person in the world, and I know Scott would say you the best goddam niece ever too." He laughed as he tickled her lightly to get a smile out of her.

All in all, she's the smartest and sweetest girl he'll ever have the privilege of being a parent to, and that's all that matters to him.

Yes! I wanted to express that hacking almost feels like the robot equivalent sex sometimes! Despite that, just being in someone's mind and programming~ It is so very close and excellently devicive! Grabbing and tugging at their umbilical cords to make each other wheeze and beg!~ Sensor overdrives are even better when paired with those! Just so overwhelmed and overheating, begging to be released but unable to say it!~

TRAITS:

Your "canon" trait combination? Luna Jasmine — or just Lou — has the booksmart & hot combination. I'm so glad because the dialogue makes her seem like a bimbo with occassional lightbulb moments which actually happened by complete accident during my first playthrough, but I'll take what I can get and it's absolutely perfect in the end!

What third trait would you add for hardcore mode? While I'd personally pick Powerful Build for meta life saving reasons, Luna is tied betweem Mystical and Keen eye. Mystical, because Luna's hair is already greying out due to a genetic disease (which considering the family curse wouldn't be too far off). It's not too bad, but since childhood, it made her self conscious to a point that she dyes her roots black and passes it off as being grey dye instead, so for her to have a Mystical trait on top of that is fitting. Keen eye, because Luna is a lot more perceptive than she initially lets on. She's quick to read a room and knows when to step back, hence why she possibly ended up getting along with Tabitha somehow.

What trait are you least drawn to? Powerful Build, even though it's such a useful trait. I just can't really see Luna having it.

Coolest trait? Mystical, hands down.

ROMANCE:

Who are you romancing? Reese — he's a popular pick for a reason!

What romance are you least interested in? Dr. Kelly — I don't dislike her, I'm just... (vaguely motions to Episode 4).

Who would you romance if every single character was eligible? Isaacs or Bo!

MISCELLANEOUS:

What character would hurt you the most if something bad happened to them? Besides Reese, it's Stella and Tabitha. I CARE SO MUCH FOR THEM and I won't hesitate to throw myself in harms way if it means saving them all somehow. These two deserve the world and I'm forever glad I managed to help mend their broken relationship!

Would you stay in Scarlet Hollow when the week is over? From my perspective, yeah. From Luna's perspective: It's too early, but at the moment it's a no. Right now the town seems to have a death grip on all of it's residents, and if anything, she wants to drag people OUT by the end.

Who would you vote for dog mayor? Scraps since I trust Gretchen, but Daisy's an equally good dog. ♡

i've been preparing this post for a while bcuz i LOVE spring and for this spring i just wanna embody feminine, fairy, dream-like beauty in my day-to-day this spring, and just enjoy it fully.

THE MOOD FOR SPRING : planting new seeds, fresh fruit, and bouquets of flowers. tea parties and floral prints and perfumes. green grapes, hibiscus tea and waking up early to see the sunrise.

PREPARATION FOR SPRING : stock up on your favorite fruits and teas. if u want fruits that are in season, the fruits in season during spring include strawberries, cherries, blueberries, kiwis, bananas and nectarines. my favorite spring time tea is hibiscus and i love a good matcha during all seasons but especially spring, and lastly a good citrus tea is always something that i enjoy.

if ur someone who experiences rly bad allergies during the spring make sure that u go to ur doctors for a check up, and make sure that u have everything that you'll need to combat allergies.

THE PLAYLIST : a good playlist is always essential so my spring playlist consists of : eternal sunshine - jhene aiko. はるなつあきふゆ - ichiko aoba. afterglow - luna li. pisces - yerin baek. fairy of shampoo - TXT. scenery - red velvet. hydrangea love - TXT. cool with you - newjeans. salad days - iiso. pov - ariana grande. lyricist - heize.

REFRESH : time for spring cleaning both mentally and physically. analyze what habits are nourishing u and which habits are drying you out. analyze ur space and do a deep cleaning, that way u can feel lighter both mentally and physically.

wash ur sheets, maybe even buy fresh sheets (floral printed sheets for spring ofc)

go thru ur closet and put the winter and autumn clothes towards the back and bring the spring clothes where they're more accessible and visible

deep clean ur room and clean ur house -> get onto clean-tok for some cleaning motivation cuz watching videos of people cleaning and organizing always motivates me to do so too

create new pinterest boards and delete ones that u dont use, or if u want to, create a completely new pinterest account. i've grown attached to my pinterest account so i won't delete it, but i've made lots of other accounts on separate devices

oftentimes we forget to clean what we use the most, and that buildup can cause our tools to be counterproductive, and just carry a lot of unnecessary germs so here are some things not to forget to clean and organize ;

behind ur ears

ur earbuds or headphones

ur skincare tools and devices (gua shas, face rollers)

ur phone screen

ur folders, binders, and folders

CULTIVATING CREATIVITY :

create something - do some painting, start a sketchbook, start dabbling in some poetry, maybe write a short story, cultivate an elite playlist etc etc

connecting with nature - go and get some fresh air, wake up earlier than usual to watch and enjoy the sunrise. drink different teas that you've never tried before, go to a local crystal shop if ur into that, make urself an elaborate platter of ur favorite fruits. go for a walk in the park, pick flowers and speaking of flowers, go and buy urself a pretty bouquet.

ofc i MUST talk about the mind in any of my posts bcuz its just so incredible. but what you think matters!! what u think manifests! the thoughts that u continue to water and entertain are what you will experience. therefore when u change ur thoughts and water the seeds of the new thought, you'll get a new flower.

its like gardening. your thought is the seed, and ur mind is the soil. when u entertain ur thoughts ur watering the seed, and you'll get a new flower, the flower is the new experience. so this spring, plant new thoughts and entertain those thoughts ✨

FUN SPRING-LIKE THINGS :

picking flowers -> buying yourself a bouquet

have a tea party by yourself or with friends (reference my tea party post if u need some inspo)

make a bracelet or anklet out of flowers

take a bath and infuse the bath with things like rose petals, rose scented bath milks etc

crystal shopping (last year i added amethyst to my crystal collection, this year i'd love to add selenite into my collection)

watch a 90's anime (i've watched sailor moon about a MILLION times and im gonna rewatch it again this year bcuz its just the girliest, best anime i've watched and is one of my favorites)

Am I a disappointment? Will he be mad? Will dad disown me?

That’s all that was spiralling found in Luna’s head, she’s pregnant those positive lines staring deep into her eyes like they’re trying to burn and stay forever.

All she can hear is the shouting of her heart pounding in her head, the unthinkable she ever would would happen has.

She was pregnant.

They were careful, they thought her body couldn’t handle pregnancy. Her uterus too hostile but in some fucked up way apparently the unthinkable can still happen.

Happiness hit her like a train on a track, but coming towards her was the suffocating anxiety and unsettling sadness of no turning back. Something that should be the happiest moment of a females life. Her brain was telling her to run so she did with the test in hand and all the evidence to her uncles house.

Luna couldn’t face her dad right now, she didn’t even know if she ever could with this news; she thought Scott would be the rational one in this situation. She needed someone.

Just anyone, because by the end of this her dad in her brain could possibly not be her dad anymore.

Panting she knocks on her uncles door in tears, test in hand ready to break all over again.

“Luns, what - what’s wrong? Come here sunshine” Scott pulls her close concerned at what has his niece so worked up. “Hey sweetie, let’s go sit down Toby is here let’s just go calm down hmm and we can talk okay. He gives her the best reassuring sense he can while his mind runs at a million miles an hour trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

Then the penny drops.

Luna had placed something on the coffee table, he knows what it is without even having told to fully process what it was.

The blue capped, white stick stared back at him.. it makes him think of all those times he’d sit and wait with his anxious sisters for the most beautiful thing to become a reality.

Scott looked back at his niece, who was in a ball next to Toby - with great endearment. She was safe so how could’ve this happened but he’s not one to judge.

“Lou, you wanna talk about it?” He whispered coming in closer to comfort her using her favourite name he has for her.

All she can bring herself to say is “he’s going to hate me, he won’t love me anymore.” A small broken voice vocalised. He didn’t even have to ask who “he” was Scott’s stomach dropped twisting in despair for Luna. His Lou.

Hugging her tighter into his chest, he’ll say the same promise he’s always said.

“Listen to me Lou he won’t hate you - she squirmed in disagreement; I promise he’ll understand. He will, your dad is the most understanding person ever besides me of course.” Letting out a breathy laugh as he says it making Luna start to giggle too.

“Lou you know why he’ll understand?” He asked

“Why scotty, why will he” she tiredly questions

“Because he was the one who supported aunt Shanna when it happened to her.” The look on Luna’s face was the look of someone who was confused but not because of her aunt but because she’d never expected that specifically. She started to cry again.

“Hey I’m serious though Lou - he moves to wipe her tears away with the pads of his thumbs - he would, because grandma was confused and just couldn’t understand why it happened to her so early. But he was there though it all to support her even when she didn’t believe she could herself. He did it for her, he’d do it for you no questions asked. He loves you Luna, we all do.” He finished talking and kissed her on the nose to calm her more like he would when she was a baby; it worked then and it still does.

“Really?” Luna blurted out

“Really Lou, I promise. Pinky promise” Scott finished holding his pinky out.

An hour later, Chris had come over to Scott’s to get Luna. He knew she was there and he knew Luna wanted to tell him something.

That something he had no clue about.

“Bubba, what did you want to talk about?“ he questioned with a slight tilt of his head like the golden retriever he is.

“So you know Brandon, and how we are active and very protective” she whispered scared of what was going to happen. Scott squeezed her hand to let her know it was okay to continue. “Well I thought I missed my period because of how weird they are and sometimes they don’t appear, but I didn’t think much of it until my stomach felt weird, like I would be really tired and nauseous all the time. I thought it was my other meds but I took a test just because we are active and well….” She took a deep breath she was about to change the whole dynamic.

“Positive lines appeared. Bright positive lines” she starts to cry again. Chris stared in confusion but in pure joy and concern. Hell he was nervous but Luna was ten times worse right now. She just needed her dad.

“Sweet girl, it’s okay - she stared in disbelief Scott was right. - I promise we’ll get though this together whatever happens. - he says that knowing her endometriosis could hinder this situation - I take it Scott told you the story about aunt Shanna? He asked his beautiful girl.

“Mhmhm” that’s all Luna had the energy to reply with whilst she was essentially cocooned into Chris’ chest.

So you know, I love you always. We’re gonna get though this together as a family alright, do you wanna go get some curly fries and have a movie night in my bed?” Chris knew she’d say yes, it was her comfort and right now she needed all the comfort she could get.

“Yeah, thanks dad I love you” Luna replied smiling slightly at him

“I love you sunshine”.

I’m not saying I’ll ever do something like this again but it’s not completely off the table, I hope you guys enjoy this. Not only because it’s my first post of my sleepover but it’s my first proper post in months. Thank you to all who have stayed around whilst I’ve essentially ghosted my blog not because I wanted to but because I’m an adult with a life and a very adult job. I’m sorry, I know this is a primarily moonstone blog but I meeeeed to talk about toxic lilypad yuri. None of my friends like dark things and I just need to tell SOMEONE my ideas so I will dump them here (no need to post if you’re uncomfortable) but AHH. First of all, I love the idea that lilypad is a lesbian ship, as a lesbian myself. I don’t headcanon Sig as a “girl” but they have a complex relationship with their gender and identify with the lesbian label because it makes them happy! I also read this fic where Moon uses her seniority privileges to brainwash Sig into loving her the second they got put online, (It’s called Spinlocked Threads on AO3, if you like lilypad you DEFINITELY should check it out), and its just been living in my head rent free ever since. Sig just being helplessly devoted to Moon no matter what she does is my favorite concept and I hope that author writes more of that concept because GOD ITS HOT. Sig being uncomfortable with what Moon is doing but being unable to say no while Moon touches them and feels them up is just. chefs kiss.
