Boid World Supreme Real

I can only performantly run maybe 250 boids on the headset, more than 1000 on my PC. There's a lot of optimization I can do both for draws and for the simulation, plus I need to improve steering smoothing for the boids but this is a good start. I want to add the ability to spawn your own boids, create an artificial center of mass to guide the swarm, and maybe try using one of the UI libraries to let you alter the swarm parameters in real time.
