The Elrond scene at the end. I thought he had actually lost his mind a little for a second. It wouldn't be unwarranted. Also the angst would be great someone write it.

I screamed/squealed/some random sound no human has made before when Adar said that Elrond is as beautiful as Melian. Yeeessssssss. Adar was fangirling. relatable.

The horse. I was happy that Elrond was as angry as me. Although I would've tortured the orc a little more.

Over all Elrond this episode was amazing to watch. After two weeks finally he got the screentime he deserves. Going to rewatch it because there was a lot of stuff

doing some reading on the war of wrath for writing reasons, and low-key, eärendil was handed a poor fucking lot! i've always felt some resentment towards eärendil and elwing for abandoning sirion (and their sons) to the fëanorians (yes i know it isn't that simple) but their aftermath in valinor is so fucking cruel?? mans asked the gods for help in the war (which one of their own is the root cause of), succeeds in rallying the gods and elves of valinor, but because he loves his wife so much he agrees to live the life of the firstborns and then gets dumped on his ship, a silmaril bound to his head, and the valar just boot him through the door of night??? how the fuck is that fair oh my god 💀😭 elwing meanwhile is just sitting in her lonesome white tower far north and does nothing but talk to the birds and fly (??) up to her husband when he returns after lighting the sky all night,,,,,, what the hell y'all i am aware that tolkien's writing is most often tragic, but goddamn the line of elrond just keeps taking fat L's, no wonder my boy is the way that he is, suffering is practically inherited
