Remaking this Éowyn after 10 years of cosplay was so gratifying! The trim is all hand embroidered and I’m so proud of how well I was able to dye the matelassé to match the corset suede 😍

I dressed up as Frodo Baggins this Halloween! Thus, I am joining the many people on Tumblr who also decided to do so. Even if the look is relatively simple, I am ever proud of how these photos turned out. So I hope y'all enjoy this little photoshoot of mine!

I am no cosplayer for sure-- but I am a pretty well-versed photo editor, as well as having wide eyes and extravagantly long hair so this was the result! You can do wonders with just a dark room and a flashlight.

When you meet a friend from Australia for the first time, what do you do? LotR inspired shoots, of course!

(More specifically LOTRO - we both love the game and built these looks referencing a lot of the in-game cosmetics!)

Ulric’s leatherwork is absolutely out of this world and it was amazing to see it up close! He was one of the first people I messaged when I wanted to get into leatherwork for my Elf. ☺️ (he doesn’t have a tumblr, but please check out his instagram!)

Jei's Galadriel cosplay is absolutely gorgeous and Keiran did such a beautiful job capturing that 'lit from within' quality of Tolkien's elves, as well as making the pergola look like an elven city!
