So I guess Dave Grohl alluded that Taylor Swift didn't sing live and then Taylor thanked her band for playing live all these years and then internet experts said that meant her band plays live but she sings to a backing track.

And so now I am watching her Disney concert movie to figure out what the hell is going on and so far she is singing live. Like, you can tell she is clearly singing and not lip-syncing. Her timing isn't perfect, you can hear her exhaling, her volume changes depending on how close she holds the microphone, the pitch is inconsistent (which is normal and she is actually pretty in-tune most of the time).

Unless they made a backing track with all of that stuff to trick people, she is actually singing.

I've also discovered that Taylor Swift is the least talented musician at a Taylor Swift concert.

And that seems backwards.

But I guess that's how it works with rich pop stars.

Though I'll give Lady Gaga credit as she can hold her own with her musicians.

But Taylor's music is just so... bland.

I have only heard a few songs on the radio up until now but I didn't realize how safe all of these songs are. But I guess that is why she is popular. She doesn't make any divisive musical choices so she has a broad appeal.
