eleven is fascinating to me because he came right off the back of tens horrible traumatic breakdown after he lost everything and he immediately tried to establish himself as the opposite of that. he is funny and goofy and almost childlike, and he bulldozes on in his adventures with amy like nothing happened at all. but then something happens and his masks slips and it's like oh! the core of this man is still anger. he is so so angry all of the time and this façade is the only thing stopping him from being consumed by it. he isn't over any of it and he hasn't moved on. he is wearing a fez and laughing but under that all that exists is age old anger and grief and it is going to consume him

All That's Left follows two journalists and their friends in post-apocalyptic United States as they travel from the fallen east coast megalopolis Opportunity back to Los Angeles, crossing through a harsh wasteland overrun with zombies— only to find out that there is a lot more life left than what the protected cities want them to believe. obviously Jamie not being in season 4 would suck mostly because I simply want Jamie to be there and to get more of his story and get to enjoy more interactions between Jamie and the other characters. At the end of the day though, I can just not watch s4, which I'm perfectly okay with.

what sucks EVEN MORE to me, and is far harder to avoid, is that not having Jamie in the show totally changes the *canon* of the character in a way that will inevitably bleed over into fan spaces, regardless of whether or not I'm actively watching. However they write him out (I assume it would just be having him go to another team) becomes the new "Jamie Tartt canon." And that small thing totally changes his story and we don't even get to see it play out! When i was perfectly happy playing in my sandbox of a million equally valid possibilities.

JacePorter Killing Eve au where Agent Porter Cliffbreaker is tasked with hunting down new to the scene assassin Jace Stardiamond.

Jace loves what he does and the money for gorgeous clothes & impeccable disguises doesn’t hurt, but it does get a little monotonous from time to time. It’s the same thing day in and day out: get an assignment, travel to the destination, make the kill, rinse and repeat. But this detective that’s on his tail is quite interesting. Playing with him for a while couldn’t hurt.

Porter is just as intrigued with Jace, maybe even a little obsessive. He’s never seen someone be so flashy and yet so precise and careful about murder until Jace starts slipping up. Or maybe Jace just wants to be found by his new plaything. Nonetheless, Porter will find him even if it kills him and ruins his life. He. Will. Catch. Him

But not if Jace catches him first 😉

My friend @lester-nygaard and I have had this insane crossover idea of these two shows. And I knew in that moment of beautiful fandom creation, months before, that I had the perfect birthday present idea.

And now I've got the itch for it.... so if there is anyone else as insane as me and my friend about this idea... I wouldn't say no to making another
