YES I LOVE TRANS RAGBROS no matter what they're always trans to me those mfs are never cis. I think Kaeya probably knew at a much younger age than when she came out, but didn't come out because y'know. She was worried the ragnivindrs wouldn't accept her (they would have, crepus would always love his kids no matter what). Diluc on the other hand just didn't realize it until he left mondstat. I think he cut his hair when he left because he just looked so much like crepus when he looked in the mirror it was driving him insane. The first time someone called him sir because of the short hair and baggy clothes he went "oh. OH." He got his top surgery done before he returned to mondstat, probably somewhere in sumeru (I think they have some of the best trans health care in teyvat) and then returned after he healed up. After that it's pretty much just canon except like. Diluc and Kaeya run into each other and go "What the fuck" simultaneously
