My boyfriend and I are starting our modified version of 75 hard tomorrow. Our rules are:
3 litres of water.
60 minutes of exercise.
Take daily vitamins/probiotics.
Eat a healthy diet (I’m going for high protein, low carb diet. He’s going for balanced).
In bed by 11 PM on weekdays.

Some days the river may seem too swift or too narrow and the path around it may seem impossible to maneuver. On other days, our world can seem wide open and the possibilities seem unlimited. Life is full of beautiful moments that can be savored and experiences that can be cherished. We must honor and appreciate each moment we have as it will never come again. Life is made up of moments, big and small, and it is our responsibility to fully embrace each one. In order to make the most of life, we must be aware of our own personal growth and stay true to our values and goals. We must take the time to explore new ideas and experiences and challenge our assumptions. We must be willing to take risks, make mistakes and learn from our experiences in order to create a better and brighter future. Ultimately, life is an amazing ride and an incredible journey filled with endless possibilities. As we continue to explore and discover, we make up our own unique stories as we go along. Life is full of ups and downs and it is our responsibility to make the most of it and to always keep growing.
