"send your kids [dice] to camp" when one of the players has a big damage roll they need a lot of extraneous dice for is my favorite running cross-campaign d20 bit. maybe ever. I loved it so much in my first ever d20 campaign tuc (Emily and lou sitting next to each other talking about how their "kids" rolled) and its still going now in fantasy high junior year. the world is so beautiful

You may not be the best, but you're trying. I mean, you're failing miserably, but that's not any different from any of us is it? We're... We're family and it really shows in how bad we all are at things. 'specially emotions.

Spade is fine now. All healed. Married, actually. His spouse is a pretty good guy, I don't have anything bad to say about 'im, and we both know if any manipulation were to happen I'd likely be the first to notice, given it's my own track record. The kid doesn't like me much. I mean, I don't blame him, I'm a murderer and he knows that. He accepts my existence, though, and I wouldn't say he hates me.

Heart had an issue with his technically-still-wife but I'm not... Caught up on all that. If he's still having trouble I haven't heard of it.

Diamond is hiding something, but she's been happier lately. Back with his ex wife, but surprisingly not as bad as it sounds. A little feisty with each other, but it seems to be entirely playful. It's nice seeing them doing well.

I'm quite alright. It's a bit of a mess with my new companion, but she's pleasant to have around even with all the complications of her history, which I don't think I should share the details of.
