i genuinely struggle more describing kissing in my writing than sex because. well, one, obviously, never done it, but two, I don’t even get the theoretical appeal of it. seems gross and weird. so i just parrot what other people describe when writing about it until i’ve made my point and move on. much rather write about biting, i understand biting, there’s a form of intimacy i can get behind.
