Freshly hatched. still wet with mucus and whatever#Have you ever seen a butterfly fresh from the cocoon and their wings are all crumpled up?#so yeah their unevenness is intentional lol#I spent forever debating whether I wanted to put Peri there#but ultimately I thought it made the composition more interesting so I kept him#Also youll notice his wings are slightly different now I decided to redesign them to be a bit more galaxy like#its hard to see here but Ive changed the 3 dots to resemble planets in a row: Green for cosmo pink for Wanda and different pink for timmy#I think it came out a bit ugly in this but whatever Ive spend too long on this already#I wanted Devs wings to be reminiscent of gold. For some reason I really liked the idea of them curving inward too#Maybe to represent that hes selfcentered. Woagh it all points back to him Wough!!!!! anyway#Btw also sorry for no Nature AU content my motivation just kinda crashed. I have ideas still but getting around to drawing them is hard

I had a dream a few weeks ago and for some reason Alastor was just in the bg sitting at a table watching me and the lady in my dream talk?
He looked weird so I decided to draw the dream-design <<
(This was NOT made as a fix before anyone gets confused lmao -- I'm aware he'd be a pain in the ass to animate, he's a pain in my ass to draw these 3 times << Personally, I wouldn't really change anything about Alastor if I did do an actual redesign for fun lmao I love his design how he is <3)
He had facepaint/markings that looked like a deer skull, which is hard to do on a human face but whatever (I do have an alt of this I don't like much that is more dream-accurate; he's more desaturated and has string on his antlers)
Anyway, have two edits/draw overs as I continue to tweak his colours (one I turned into a ref)
I tried to make it obvious he has fangs like actual fanged deer but I don't think that worked << (bolo tie my beloved)
I kinda fucked the wall up on the screenshot edit oops
Yall thought him being solid red was bad and blending in, this mf is the sAME COLOUR AS THE WALL (which was an accident cus I picked the colour before getting the screenshot LMAO)

#zeno's art#miraculous ladybug#miraculous#mlb#ml ladybug#so much potential but it really lost its footing imo#i kinda want to rewatch tho. anyway!#i wanted to give her a less generic body shape/general shape design so i switched up her jeans for shorts + leggings#and gave her a bag to cut up the white of her shirt if that makes sense??#for the ladybug design i tried incorperating parts of her civilian design#like the shorts#and the belt cutting up the red like her bag does in the civilain design#also using less spots (drew with the mindset that the design would be used for a 2d animated show)#and tried to add some light bug motifs through her double ahoge in ladybug form + leg warmer danglies like bug antennae#generally less generic and more fun#maybe ill redesign that little blonde one too#this was a fun exercise

i had to remind everyone that i am a firm believer in Ezekiel’s potential as an actual character and person, he is my blorbo and i love him
imagine with me; Lindsay and Beth taking this loner homeschool kid under their wing and teaching him about the outside world. Beth would help him with social cues and expressions in language and then Lindsay would teach him makeup bc she can. a little training course for what ahead. it’s like when popular kids adopt random kids who sit alone at lunch.
And just imagine Zeke going through the challenges, he wouldn’t understand a good majority of them bc he isn’t allowed to watch movies (thats a real fact!), can you imagine how confused he would be, that’s comedy gold right there.
i feel like his main reason to compete would be the money, but he honestly just wants to redeem himself and make more friends, he’s just a lonely pairie kid who doesn’t really understand the real world around him. This was fully an excuse to dress up zeke and give him a happier existence as a character bc i think he’s neat and deserves more then what FreshTV gave.
also he’s trans, forgot to write it, but its important to me that you know this

Linktober Day 8. Tunic
#linktober#linktober 2024#the legend of zelda#wind waker#ocarina of time#loz#loz ww#loz oot#link#josh art tag#had a lot of fun with this one despite how annoying it was to draw#oot link was at a difficult angle and i also just could not shade this for the life of me. restarted the shading like 3 times#i think im reaching that point in the cycle i typically go thru with my artstylr where ive grown tired of my shading style#to the point that i forget how to do it and it never quite looks right#so if my next post features changes to my artstyle thats why lol#but i enjoyed making this despite that cuz i like the ideas behind it!#i normally wouldve redesigned ww!link's outfit but i purposefully drew it accurately#to highlight how its more like a costume. cuz thats kinda what it was! and its modeled after the hero of times clothes#but is pretty innacurate. which i think is cool.. shows how much time has passed and how the view of the hero of time has warped#so i also purposefully made oot link wearing my redesigned outfit for him (even if you cant see much of it at this angle)#to further emphasize how ww!link's outfit is not only essentially a costume but is also quite innacurate#i like having ww!link ditch the costume for something else to show how he stops being some kid in oot!link's shadow#and grows into a true hero of his own#hence my ww!link redesign where i put him back in the lobster shirt. but i do keep some green and something similar to the hat#to have him fit in with the other links while still being unique#look i have a lot of feelings about ww!link and oot!link#i wish zelda would do more stuff like this... i think having oot relate to wind waker makes the story more interesting#and makes ww!link more interesting! cuz he cant be the hero of time they want. but he does become the real hero they need#the oot ww tp trio is so good... and they all work great as standalone games but their connections do really add something

I woke up and was haunted by visions aka Mlp redesign/rewrite ideas yayyyy :3
#Wanted rarity to be reminiscent of her beta design#And in general needed more coherent color coding or I’d die bc it’s always drove me nuts they are one color off from being the rainbow#And that rarity and twi were Both Purple ?? But also rarity sometimes was white but yeah no that’s dupid so boom indigo and violet#Have the cake and eat it too they can both be purple but not disrupt the rainbow theme#Plus spike actually part of the cast and isn’t just The Boy One#Might play around w other characters bc I’ve been rattling a Mlp rewrite in my head for ages but it’s always just kinda bounced around#Also I deffff wanna take a crack at discord I need him to either be creepy asf or look like a Lisa Frank artwork#I like the thought instead of being really colorful to show chaos he’s more dull?
