She and her sister often bark with their cry if "Bau Bau" at random, sometimes just to end conversations cleanly

Bijou 'Biboo' Kouseki

Bijou is rock. Rock of human emotions solidified in a true brilliance that makes others love her, but also leading to greed, dark hearted people becoming aggressive and angry as they desire to posses her. Leading to her being locked away for her down safety. Biboo is bubbly, friendly, and often easily excited. A meme lord, a terror, a jokester. But also wholesome as she refuses to swear, even using the word's 'bleep' and 'dang it's instead.

Elizabeth Rose BloodFlame

Elizabeth, or Liz for short, is the leader of Justice. The Scarlet Queen, Lady Bloodflame is in charge of monitoring and capturing Narissa Ravencroft... And she is very dutiful of that job.... This marvelous singer, this powerful warrior, song and battle are all the same to her. Letting it beautiful songs as she says her foes. Vey traditional high class monarch attitude, but also super sweet and cheerful. Able to switch between "Kneel before your monarch, knave!" and "Later Luv, have a bloody good time!" at the drop of a hat. While serious and mission minded, she is also easily flustered and rather peaceful. Also, British.

She is very upfront about her obsession with sexual topics and makes herself known as someone well-versed in the subject of sexual attraction, placing a great emphasis on her obsession with hentai, to the extent that she gives herself the alias of "Professor Hentai". But she's also super casual and goofy as well

Iron Mouse

A demon queen who goes by several names… but has also been rumored to be Satan herself. She is a friendly, fun loving demon who ran from her duties and escaped the confines of Hell/the underworld in order to make new friends, learn new things and live life to the fullest. Silvervale

Long ago, in a realm not unlike Earth, a sakura spirit slumbered within the lone flower of an ancient tree. She slept until a wolf pack nestled in the tree's shade. Their love and companionship nurtured the tree in a symbiotic relationship that lasted for eons. When the wolves disappeared the flower wilted from the weight of her sadness and, longing for her lost companions, she used the last of her magics to fuse with the Spirit of the Wolf who then called upon The Wind to carry her to another world. She is known for her wholesome and caring personality as well as her sexuality and lewd jokes. A very cheerful and playful personality who is a free spirit in every sense of the word, although she is a hit of a perfectionist (I know she isn't part of V-Shojo any more. But easier to put her here)

Zentraya

A half human/half red dragon, rockstar (kinda). She is very headstrong and tends to yell at everyone around her, but loves meeting new people! She tends to play pranks and loves memes. She wants to rule humanity one day, but she's too much of an air head to do it. She also has a cyborg form she can take at times. Which is her true form? No one knows. Very laid back but passionate when the need arrises.

THOUGHTS ARE BREWING ABOUT REWRITING KFP4

Brace for impact cause I’ve been ruminating for weeks on how to redo it because like, there’s so many directions you could take it. BUT IM THINKING OF AN INTERESTING WAY TO REWRITE THE CHAMELEON AND AUGHHH I MUST BLAB

Cause obviously it’s a bullshit thing that her excuse for being evil is that she wasn’t allowed to know kung fu because she’s too small. We all know its dumb with Shifu, Mantis, and literally Master Chicken existing. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT ISNT STUPID? The womanly coded rage of “I don’t need to be good, I need to be GREAT” and like sure its not like a characteristic of female rage but when that thought process is within a woman it takes on a whole different kinda tone compared to a man. Miss Chameleon who, while living in a universe where there isn’t really overt sexism, still feels overlooked by all the men around her.

In my rewrite of her story, not only would she have known kung fu, but she would have been a master herself. But her problem (like the running themes of all the kfp villains which ties her to the bunch we’ve seen already) is that she wants for more than is her lot in life. Her flaw is that she can’t live in mediocrity. She can’t accept that the skills she has developed are the best she’s ever going to get. Especially when it’s not garnering the same attention from others the way Master Ox or Master Bear have. It develops this intense superiority complex and innate jealousy within her that she feels she pales in comparison to her colleagues. Which leads to her trying to copy their styles. It doesn’t work, people shame her for trying to be a copycat.

So, she tries a different approach, and see if there’s any new skills she can develop. And wouldn’t you know, she’s heard of all the tales of Master Oogway and his spiritual powers and you know, he invented Kung Fu and is known and loved far and wide, so he had to have done something right! So, she tries to learn chi. She fails. Or, in her mind, she fails. It’s not as strong as she wants it to be, again, working but living in mediocrity. She wants to stand out, she wants to shine.

So, Master Chameleon disappears mysteriously from the kung fu world. Nobody knows where she went or what happened to her, but her village checked her training grounds and all of her pupils (the iguanas/lizards we see fighting for her) are just. Gone. Deserted.

That’s when she pops up in Juniper City. A place that doesn’t know anything about kung fu or its masters, a city she can make entirely for herself. She presents herself to the government/council, introducing herself as the solution to all the crime running rampant through the place, and proves herself by actually showing off her intelligence and skills at apprehending and beating the criminals. It’s not long before she’s hailed as a savior to the city and has the council paying tribute to her and building her her own fortress so that she can train others (in reality, she makes her training intentionally too cruel on the people in the city who volunteered to learn to discourage them so she could sweetly suggest she ask her pupils back at her side) to defend the city more strongly.

She’s basically the kingpin of the city now. She’s manipulated the council into doing whatever she wants. And all along she’s making deals with the criminal overlords for more money and glory and such. The only ones who don’t bow to her is The Den, due to their structure being more familial rather than hierarchal. They fought a lot because of this power struggle, and similar to that drabble you wrote, The Chameleon would be brutal, taking the lives of their friends and such, to the point where the neutral point is Han taking what’s left of his community under ground to keep them protected, and Chameleon considers them too puny to waste her time when she’s got bigger goals.

Namely, Zhen. Zhen was a consequence of all the fighting done, the last victim from The Den so to speak. Only, the little fox wasn’t killed. Similarly to the movie, Chameleon notices her drive and skill and decides she’s worth the time to apprentice, and she needs something to busy herself with, because in the meantime, she’s basically inventing sorcery.

Using chi the way it has been used didn’t work for her. But she heard through the grapevine about Po’s battle with General Kai, how he perverted chi for his own gain, which gave her an idea. She wasn’t going to do it the way Kai had, she didn’t just want the power of their energy, she wanted to take everything from everyone who thought they were above her. Their soul, their skills, their everything. This thought process leads to her true plans and motivations: to be the only kung fu master.

She’s still having some troubles working out the kinks of her sorcery while she trains Zhen, grows close to the little fox. Only, Zhen isn’t like her other students. She’s trained them to be competent, sharp and know their jobs, but Zhen was pushed farther, and took things farther. And once again, that burning jealousy took root in Chameleon as she saw her pupil flourish more than she originally thought capable. There was pride of course at first, molding Zhen to her ideals and image. But the fox turned from student to competition as she began to experiment with her own style. In turn, Chameleon experimented on her. Zhen wasn’t expecting it, but when called to her, Chameleon threw her beta tested move at her…and it worked. That trick we saw in the movie, only it took everything from Zhen, and by the end of it…there was nothing left of her. All of her spirit, skills and even appearance was given solely to the Chameleon. She can only shapeshift into the people she’s absorbed in my rewrite. She hadn’t fully expected it to work, and a small, miniscule part of her felt guilty for doing that to her dearest little pupil who trusted her so blindly. But it opened a gateway for her.

And yeah! I won’t go into everything because I’ve talked so very much but omg I needed to get this out. And it’s necessary, because there are two running themes with kfp villains: they are greedy for more in some twisted goal, and they end up hurting somebody very close to them, there’s always betrayal somewhere. Tying that into her story makes her feel like she’s an actual villain of this universe in my head.

(Sorry this took so long to answer I had to get my thoughts together because OH BOY-)

Holy smokes this is all genuinely so, so good and a hundred times better than what we ended up getting. Because first of all: you turned the Chameleon into a character, instead of just a villain. Not to mention you gave her a motive that gives her complexity and makes her actually interesting (and the audience can't justify, but understand why she's doing what she's doing!). AND YOU MADE HER SCARY! An actual, serious threat! That imagery the description of poor Zhen's fate this conjures is spine-chilling. I wouldn’t mind seeing this version of the Chameleon on screen!

Also the way it actually follows the lore and continuity of the previous movies in a way that makes sense! The running theme of "being the best you you can be"- in this sense, her version is a twisted version of Po's journey; wanting to be the best version of herself...at the cost of all others! I could go on, but yeah this is an awesome rewrite idea!!!

ok thinking about every post/video/theory that goes along the lines of, “oogway was the True Villain all along”. and if you’ve been here long enough you know how much i... disagree, to put it mildly.

that isn’t to say that oogway hasn’t done some questionable things or has no “negative” character traits, but between his minor role in the story, the implications of his backstory being minimal in the final product and any further elaboration is in the concept art books, and biases, its often conflated into its worst case. 

consider this a counter-argument turned me gushing about my favorite scenes in a kfp short and casual oogway character essay (but we’re not there yet, ssh).

speaking of, what is oogway’s negative trait? its also his greatest boon: his knowledge and wisdom! it comes through in different ways, but it usually amounts to his worldliness and how he can see the big picture. it helps guide himself and others to a greater goal-- which more or less amounts to keeping the peace. 

(when i say negative, its in the context of the scene/characters interpreting it. traits are inherently neutral unless put up against a situation that would hurt/help-- being bullheaded to refuse help and the determination to save the day still comes from the same root of stubbornness.

as an aside, one could say how that could derive from his previous experience as a former warlord but that’s not what this is talking about)

the negative aspects are more in regards to the chain reaction. seeing the big picture leads to hurting the individuals involved whether he means to or not. people like to talk about oogway’s treatment of tai lung or kai, but a lot of it is more in the subtext or concept art books-- while useful, it leaves a lot of wiggle room.

so let’s pivot and talk about secrets of the masters. 

maybe people will brush this off on account of it not being Main Canon Material (ie. the movies), but considering that it was often bundled with kfp2′s dvd releases its meant to be supplementary material and additional context to the main canon. plus, it showcases oogway as an actual character and being “manipulative” on-screen in a way the tai lung and kai examples don’t have, which you think would make this prime evidence.

in the short, the entire reason why the past Master’s Council comes together is because (spoilers) oogway lies to them! when he tries to mobilize them to join him, he tries to appeal to them by mentioning the abstract good that can be done by accomplishing the mission to go to the hubei volcano and defeating the wu sisters-- he talks about using their kung fu for a noble purpose and helping the innocent.

this does not impress the past Master’s Council, who are much more pragmatic and are looking out for a material reward. and this is his reaction.

CROC: I can’t help but feel that something is still missing.

OOGWAY: [sighs] Because upon completing the mission, you’ll discover a path to a wealth of riches.

oogway pivots quick from listing off virtues to something they would want to hear once  he realizes his usual speech won’t rouse them to his side. far from his usual peaceful, unshakeable self from a few moments ago-- let alone the movies-- he's exasperated and a little thrown off that the trio wouldn’t do it without the promise of a theoretical reward.

and that exasperation continues throughout the short. it’s interesting that while the plot hinges on oogway basically manipulating them, he is at his most blunt, where he expresses frustration and an awareness to his own role (which arguably can be construed as either genre savviness for laughs, complete confidence/arrogance, or an attempt to impart the wisdom that they’re stronger together, depending on how you want to read the scene).

OOGWAY: It’s so nice you’ve managed to take the most respected art form in China and use it to pursue nothing but fame.

T. RHINO: How does this help us get across?

OOGWAY: [chuckles] It doesn’t! It helps me... and by helping me, you help yourself.

but the lie does eventually catch up with oogway, to disastrous consequences. whatever goodwill was built up in the journey to defeat the wu sisters immediately crumbles-- both literally and metaphorically as the ground crumbles under the trio and into a lava river headed straight over a cliff... only for oogway to save them and be deemed dead on the spot as he plummets in their place.

OOGWAY: Well, I never said money.

CROC: You did!

OOGWAY: I said riches, as in emotional riches.

T. RHINO: Wait a sec-- no money? That’s the only reason why we followed you.

while in the end, they get the character growth needed to fight the wu sisters and become the master’s council, it didn’t come without a cost-- the trio were manipulated for most of the journey, through unforgiving terrain far from home, nearly died, and just saw someone they trusted basically die in front of them. they don’t have the hindsight that oogway isn’t going to die like the audience. and that was before they even had to fight the wu sisters! 

it’s messed up if you put it plainly. however, one could argue that oogway was performing his role as a mentor figure to them. while he may have known the “end result” leading them to being the council by whatever means established in canon, in the end he had to put his faith on them that they’ll do the right thing without him being there-- which is a lot to ask.

another argument one can posit is that since oogway is trying to do this for good or that it lead to notable good results, that this action wasn’t manipulative and was teaching them a lesson so it doesn’t count. its both! it is complicated! 

how is him trying to do the best under the circumstances shown in masters different from him not giving tai lung the dragon scroll? how is it not different from him going up against kai and having to “send him to the Spirit Realm” and later hide his past legacy? he tried to look at the big picture to do what’s best, but in these situations his attempts backfired horribly. 

anyway tl;dr: oogway’s doing his best, yes the fact that he looks so big picture that he ends up hurting others is his greatest weakness but also why he’s managed to protect others, inspire to protect others, and why kung fu continues to be a thing

Croc would definitely try to be that "cool" uncle but just ends up being kinda cringe-

Well Tigress isn't part of the family but if she had been, like had been adopted by one of them, Croc 100% the uncle that's "heyyy do you remember when you were x age and did y and z?" Or "remember I was the guy that used to change your diapers?" JSJSJSJSJ

Instead he just tells Tigress about cool stories and even though she's not really a person to listen to stories about kung fu, that's more of Po's thing, but she has to admit they are really interesting

Rhino is typically busy so he doesn't talk with Tigress much, like it's super awkward they just sit there and no one says anything djdjdd-

He's pretty chill tho, asks Tigress about her kung fu life, what it's like at the Jade Palace, etc, basically some casual talk

Ox actually takes the time to get to know Tigress well so that he can organize activities for them to do when they hang out (not saying Rhino and Croc don't but yk)

As we know, Tigress isn't a person who enjoys "fun time" and instead of forcing her to relax the way one normally would Ox works with her method of relaxing

Ox is the actual cool uncle lmboooo no offense Croc

They'll all happy to teach Tigress some kung fu if she wants it, obviously since they're different species the methods will have to be tweaked and it may not work for her, so really it's more tips and tricks

Tigress is always willing to look for more ways to improve so she takes up the offer

Not to mention they're literally amongst the best kung fu masters lol not like that matters to Tigress tho

Tigress is a very skilled kung fu master, if she wasn't part of the Furious Five she defo qualifies to be a part of the Masters Council, so that's kinda what got her the attention, she's pretty independent ngl

Obv they respect her decision to stay with the Five just if she ever decides to leave she has a place within the Council

Heya anon, thx for the ask ! I think this is a good opportunity to set their relationships with each other too. Here it is !

So basically this modern AU is where Crane takes a part-time job to take care of Tigress for Shifu while he's away and shenanigans ensue. If you've seen most of my modern au stuff, I've also added Mei Ling, The master council, and Su Wu (they're a fun addition!). Most of the characters here haven't really been shown in the au, but will take part in it sooner. I'll also add more backstory since I can’t delve into all of them by drawing it heh..

Rhino, Croc, and Ox are war vets who started a kung fu class inherited from Rhino's father. They met Su (ex-criminal, now helps the government on solving cases) when a case involves the three. Tigress (before Crane takes the job) was their student and usually had to wait until evening to go home (since Shifu was very busy). So the three help to make her comfy while waiting. Su eventually met her one day and gets to know her the more she spends time with them.

Shifu works at Oogway's cooperation (let's just say it's Jade corp cause it sounds cool lol) and becomes his trusted right-hand man. even though they're not related, Oogway has a soft spot for Tigress, even becomes a grandfather figure for her.

Tai lung and Su are connected by the fact they’re criminals and would be explained later.

Even though Shen murdered the panda family, Po actually didn't know about him until mentioned by Su when she opened a case for Shen (basically Rhino got shot and so she's out for revenge. My friend made a drawing of it here !) and so they’re not actually enemies.

Yeah no I lied I got more unpopular opinions that I fidn't share because I didn't want to offend people...that sentiment is over for multiple reasons; the ain one being that this is my blog and I can whatever the fuck I please.

I don't like Rhino

He gets to get away with vandalism -aka just bursting trough buildings/walls as he pleases- because his dad is famous and rich

He is worried that his dad is not proud of him yet he partakes in shady street fighting that masters most likely look down upon even tho he doesn't need the money

Speaking of him taking part in those fights would have been extremely unfair against the other fighters if Ox and Croc didn't have their own "talents" because being the son of a master, he probs got training already

Speaking for Ox and Croc when saying they don't fight for money was irresponsible. Unlike him Ox and Croc actually needed the money and if it wasn't for them ending up having a rather luxurious life by "fighting for honor" (oh the irony) Ox and Croc would have had no money whatsoever.

My babies, duh. There is a reason I came into this fandom spamming nothig but Wu content. They have so much potential for all kinds of stories and art. Also femal villains deserve more recognition. Also also they are the only bad guys in this franchise, who don't treat the people workijg with/for them like crap; aka Su loves Wing and Wan to hell and back and it's weirdly wholesome.

The added patterns onto the background. It's the kind of animation I can always simp for, no matter how often I watch it.

On the animation note: the Wu Vortex. Because fast moving, shiny lights are neat.

How different do you think the kfp series would be if tai lung wasn't evil and master rhino didn't die?

1) You mean if Tai Lung wasn’t evil since beginning? then the series would be nonexistent! xD 

But if you meant wasn’t evil as in he got redeemed, I see a situation where he have to fix all the damage he caused and try to earn his trust from others. Then when he completely turns good (probably would took 2 movies to have a satisfying conclusion), the team would be a powerhouse with him by their side.

Tbh I do want him to join the team in the future (with a requirement of good writing), we’ll see!

2) For Master Rhino hmm hmm *tries to slip him in scenarios possible* 

even if he’s alive I can totes imagine him being held hostage as well along with there other two. As powerful as they are together, I doubt they can outstand Shen’s whole army.

The message that was sent to Shifu probably tell about how the masters got captured instead about Rhino’s death.

In the prison HMMM, probably a wee little OOC(?) but I try to stick to the actual story. I imagine their security would be much tighter compare to the actual movie (where Croc and Ox have lost the spirit to fight so there’s no reason to waste armies for them). Eventually they get pretty hopeless with how to get through this, there’s a whole lot of wolves with weapons out there!

The Five and Po ended up rescuing them, but there’s a problem, the council know Shen would threaten the whole city, this is a major reason they prevent fighting back. Even Master Rhino is too afraid to fail. (not sure if actual Master Rhino would do this, but I think even great masters can have though times)

Time passes, Shifu come along and persuades them. Shifu being older than the Masters, they willingly listen him and they finally fight back!

And the rest of the story goes, you know how it goes!

(Please yes, I am aware that Crane looks terrible- I’m still trying to learn how to draw kfp style so please bare with me -_-’)

Backstory: Jian lived happily in a cheetah village up until he was 7 years old, when a genocide laid on his village. He was severely injured, (as shown above, Jian's scars are still visible) but thankfully survived. His parents however sadly didn't make it. Jian travelled the far lands of China, grabbing what he could to survive, almost risking jail a few times just for stealing a apple or 2, until a flock of exotic birds (yes, birds. You read it right) found him wandering the streets of gongmen city, and took him in as their own. Jian soon grew attached to the birds and gongmen city, along with the idea of Kung fu. The reason he grew attached was because of watching Master Crane and the dragon warrior fight for Jian's city in the battle of lord Shen. He knew that Kung fu would teach him how to defend and avenge the innocent, and went to the Kung fu council and begged them to teach him. After a lot of convincing, he was brought under the authority of master croc and master ox. The 3 learned pretty quickly that Jian was more experienced with sword fighting, and he soon became a noble warrior and student, protecting his home from bandits and/or intruders!

Fun facts: -Jian is actually Chinese for sword -though he loved all Kung fu masters, he was more intrigued by master Po and master crane -the flock of birds that raised Jian are actually from Spain in Europe, but fled because they were in hiding from some lion mafia, so they taught Jian Spanish and English, while he taught them more Chinese. So Jian is tri-lingual -Jian found out he was actually gay because of his sudden and hidden crush on Crane -the person who caused the cheetah genocide is actually another OC I'm planning to be the next villain -Jian actually has a lazy eye! If you look closely enough in both Jian's eyes you could see that his left eye is set a little lower than his right

My theory on KFP locations.

Hey guys,  today I was watching kfp2 (for the thousandth time) I was watching the scene when Shen was looking at his map. And I have a little theory about the location and direction (which is never really revealed) So, here’s it. If you look closely at it, you’ll noticed that there are small figures of 2 individual buildings on the map. One is the Tower of Sacred Flames, as you know.

And the another one one is probably the Jade Palace.

Now if you ask how do I know this, you see there’s a river going right down to the Gongmen city. And Po and the Furious Five went through a river to reach the Gongmen City.

You see, that the palace shown in the map is in the north and Shen’s tower is in the south. Plus, it took a long time for Po and the Furious Five to reach Gongmen.

I am not sure if it’s the Jade Palace or not, but I have a feeling that it is. I mean, look at the figure, it’s pretty small in the image but you can see that it a green building with three floors, which kinda resembles it to be the Jade Palace.

Plus, since the Jade Palace is kinda important place (since it’s the palace of late Oogway) it’s not a surprise to have it on the map of China, since the Tower of Sacred Flames which was once the Kung Fu Council is also there. The Jade Palace and the Tower of Sacred Flames are the only two kung fu headquarters mentioned in the movie, so it’s possible to have both of them on the map of China.

In the third movie, Shifu mentioned, “Master Lizard, Master Ox, Master Eagle. In every village from sea to here, every master in China has banished.” Well, I donno about the rest of the three, but Master Ox is a residential of Gongmen. And since Gongmen is located near the see coast (as mentioned in the map) I think the Valley of Peace might be located in the northern-west and Gongmen in the Southern-east (I am sorry, I am really bad at finding direction, if I made a mistake in the directions plz correct me)

Still I am not fully sure, but that at least what I think and that’s my theory. If there’s some mistakes in the directions, plz correct me guys.

Not only did Rhino's death make Croc and Ox lose faith in kung fu it was also a really personal attack because they were really close friends beforehand

Idk what info from Secrets of the Masters is canon and not but assuming it's all canon, the entire stuff with Oogway and the Wu sisters really made them recognize each other's talents and the journey had been become really good pals

Croc and Ox honestly thought that once Shen took over they would be back doing street fighting like they did when they were younger

Because they said that kung fu was dead when Po and the others went to rescue them

I really hate how apparently Secrets of the Masters is non canon to the films

Anyways the reason Ox can figure out an enemies weakness so quickly comes from how observant he is

He's always been a very observant person I mean this dude always sneaking out to watch Master Rhino spar so.. like obviously it was for a different reasons but shhh

I feel like being a bandit has never exactly sat right with Croc despite him having been the leader of the infamous Wool Stealing Crocodile Bandits of Crocodile Island because when Rhino sparred him he was really moved by it and immediately quit his bandit ways yk

So happy his origins are unknown 😏 now I can do WHATEVER I want-
