currently indulging in some kfp villains AUs each titled "What if Tai Lung gracefully took the L", "What if Shen didn't do (gun)powder" and "What if Kai realized accessories simply just Were Not His Thing"

#and by indulging i mean it #i feel im in the last hurrah of my current kfp focus so imma have fun with what my mind can produce #before moving on and finding something else to focus on. until i come back to kfp like i always do every year or so.#anyway. instead of throwing the temper trantrum of the century TL decides to have his passive teenage rebellion at the age of 20 #and doesnt train as hard as he used to. instead he skips training and sneak out of the Jape Palace with his new lil sis #to treat her at that sweet little noodle shop in the valley because 1) that secret ingredient soup is to kill for #(subletly is my speciality)#and 2) she can make a friend her age with the panda kid there #Oogway covers for them when Shifu inevitably asks where they are. and surely he wont question his master when Oogway says theyre meditating #with a trademark wise yet knowing Oogway Smile :)#and thats n°1 #Shen in n°2 finally get to sit on that throne (he threw out in canon) under the loving eye of his family and yes that include the soothsayer #the wolves now build things instead of being like. an army (coz in the movie they build ALL OF THE CANONS AND CO and theres potential there)#funnily enough. Shen's favorite dish is a radish based meal #and that is mostly because of the excellent quality radishes produced at the panda village near Gongmen City. he go there a few times.#also of the wolves arent the Gongmen army how do they keep the city safe? well the Council is still there and they keep peace in that region #and for n°3... well Kai decides to follow Oogway til the end so they both give up their warlords way #and tho he doesnt live NEARLY as long as Oogway. the turtle does his best to make sure Kai's legacy is never forgotten even centuries after #so now in the Jade Palace garden theres a big statue of Kai (right about where Oogways statue was in the third film)#look man i know this goes against like. most of what the movies are about but im having fun here. i like fluff every once in a while #kfp
