The cherry blossom trees were so beautiful during the spring season, you continue to walk down the sidewalk of your Neiborhood. The sweet smell of the flowers accompanied you on your journey to the police station that your dear boyfriend of five years worked at. There were lots of people walking their dogs and some people would occasionally wave at you when you crossed paths. Kids were giggling and playing tag with one another at the park and their parents not to far watching them.

With the bento wrapped up in its pretty, furoshiki tightly, you were getting closer to the station where your boyfriend was working at. You have been making his lunch and bringing it to him for about two weeks now. The satisfaction. The smile on his face is your motivation for doing this for him, it brightens your day that you can brighten his, with a simple display of affection.

When you got to the station, Daichi's coworkers recognized you right away. Daichi's coworkers all smirk at him and giggle to themselves.

"Daichi!", one of his coworkers called to him, " Your partner is here!" Daichi turned around from where he was standing, he smirks when he sees you. He walks towards you; he has his arms crossed over his chest. " Your right on schedule, honey", he pats your head gently. You smile and you pass him the bento box, he gently takes the bento box from your grasp.

" Let's see what you got me today," he says unwrapping the furoshiki and then lifting the lid of the bento box. Inside of the bento you made him rice, with broccoli and beef. He smiles further seeing that you made him a healthy lunch and your taking care of him, as always. He kisses your cheek. " Thank you, sweety" he finally says " You always know how to take care of me". You give him one last hug before you leave. Before you were able to exit, he gently takes your hand to gets your attention. You look at him, confused about what he was doing. "I'll see you later when I come home, we can cuddle ", he says the ten lets you go and winks at you.

Tsukishima prefers lighter scents as opposed to musk, unsurprisingly. He prefers the idea of ease and smooth sailing, and shuns away unnecesasry hardship. Why put yourself through smoke and spices, when the sweetness of sage and the crispness of sea salt suffices anyways?

Yet that approach doesn't seem to have much success with you. He isn't sure if he's simply being too subtle, perhaps the sage isn't quite hitting your neurons in the right way, or the salt is just escaping from under your nose. Tonight doesn't seem to be any different, as the two of you sit on the pavement that draws a line between your shared walk home from Karsuno, and the sands of Sendai Beach. He isn't sure why you've called him out to the beach today, these meetings tend to take place in his backyard, or your balcony, somewhere far enough from the school to escape the looming presence of some familiar anxiety. The night breeze sends forth collapsing waves, fizzling out into foam and mist as they hit rocks and shore. Tsukishima untangles the knots in his earphones, pressing one of the buds to your ear, and one to his own.

"Your pick, what are we feeling?"

"Anything works, but I'm feeling drowsy and grounded tonight."

Tsukishima smiles, swiping and picking at songs meticulously to curate your personal playlist for tonight. He knows every beat, and string, and chord that itches your brain the right way. He's seen your head roll back in satisfaction at reverberated guitar strokes, and your feet tap at mellow basslines, your fingers plucking delicately at the air as if to imitate, even just for a moment, what living in a world of harmonics and vibrations is like. He doesn't see the need. You're trying so hard, like the smoke and musk that fogs up the air. Everything sings whenever you're around anyways, like waves crashing on rocks, wind whistling past ears, foam sizzling into mist that stretches like the strings of a harp.

You shiver and hiss at a stray breeze, knees wagging relentlessly as your arms come together across your chest, and you think, for a moment, whether you can inch just a litte closer to Tsukishima, perhaps until your knees are touching and a tinge of his warmth might pass through to your own. You stand up slowly, and the next breeze hits your entire body in a wave of salty wind, before you begin to jog towards the sea.

"Get over here and jog with me! If I move, then I can't be cold!"

Tsukishima sighs in exasperation. He has a jacket on, you could have just asked for it, but alas, how could he resist? How could he, when your hair moves as one with the wind, and your trembling smile fuses the sweet notes of his cologne with the muskiness of ambrette?

And so he runs, he runs until he catches up to you. There you stand, a singular standing wave amongst the crashing sounds of the sea, and the occasional holler of a seagull, one that diminishes into the blanket of night before its message can reach another bird. You crouch to tie your laces, now loose from your spontaneous jog, and pick up a fistful of sand unsuspectingly. A sly grin gradually creeps its way onto your face as you walk towards Tsukishima. He forces himself to stand straight, but he can feel his knees melting, and his chest burning.

Until you sprint behind him, and throw sand into his t-shirt.

"Fucking bitch!"

Now, the two of you are running. You, out of fear, yet a cheeky grin still plastered across your face, and Tsukishima, seeking vengeance as he picks up a handful of sand as well, and dashes towards you. Just you wait, and that grin will be wiped off your face soon. You swerve and turn, leading him to the shoreline, yet he continues his relentless advances, revenge in his eyes. The same revenge that burns into the back of your head after every exam, or after denying him of the last shortcake at his favourite bakery when you snag it from the front of the line. The type of revenge that you keep inciting, so you can see whether at some point, instead of snatching the shortcake back while you savour it on the way home, he tastes it off of you instead.

He chases you down, and he knows the two of you are bound to end up in the water, when he gets a better idea. Dropping the sand, he sprints faster, pouncing onto you from behind and lifting you up, before running into the sea, and dropping you in. You scream, arms flailing as you tumble backwards into the water. He stands at the shoreline, and laughs, foam fizzling beneath the soles of his sneakers, now filled with dunes of sand.

"Fuck you! I'm cold!"

"Don't put sand in my shirt next time then!"

You splash at him, scooping as much water in your arms as possible and waddling out of the ocean. You shiver, notes of sea salt dripping from your hair, and Tsukishima almost feels bad. He'll make it up to you, somehow, someway, but this is his revenge, and he is allowed to bask in his victory until the walk home ensues. Meanwhile, his fleece-lined coat, sitting above his grey hoodie, looks extremely tempting to you right now. You're sure he wouldn't mind sharing.

You throw yourself at him, rubbing your head into his hoodie, and your arms over his coat. To him, this is a trick, he thinks. An attempt at making him falter so he surrenders to your antics and reverses the consequences of the fistful of sand down his shirt. You're fucking with him, this is revenge. That's the whole point, and also the only thought that might manage to slow the blood pumping through his veins and arteries, and into his heart. To you, this is a carefully disguised confession, overshadowed by the notion of revenge. The longer you can stay like this, the more ruined Tsukishima's clothes will become too. You bury your nose into his hoodie, and beneath the stinging smell of salt, you catch a hint of something else- something sweeter, softer too, like leaves of homegrown sage, and acres of hibiscus fields.

"You smell really good, Kei."

"Let's go home, it's late." Tsukishima mumbles, hands in his pockets. Inside the cover of his jacket, he rubs his fingers against his palms, impossibly energised, ever so impatient.

"Cold, can't go home like this," you mutter into the fabric of his hoodie, your right ear pressed against his ribcage. Just a little longer, you promise. Just until you can make sure that it is his heart that is pounding through his chest and pulsing across your head, and not just the one under your ribcage, bursting with sparks of warmth from beneath your thin t-shirt. You hear Tsukishima huff and sigh, then he wraps his fleece-lined arms around your soaking body, his sweetness now complimented by the spice of ambrette seeds as he pushes you further into his warmth. Your mind blanks, he has never reciprocated any of your attempts to throw yourself at him before, and has definitely never closed the inches of distance between your bodies that remained. He clicks his tongue, just for show, while a flushing smile illuminates his face. Subconsciously, his lips press to the top of your head, the taste of sea salt seeping into his mouth as he whispers into your matted locks of hair.

"Sure, let's just stay for a while then."

Feels great gravitating back towards writing pining and fluff, it's just about the best thing ever :) i hate the beach btw im acc not sure why i made this a beach scene. maybe if this actually happened to me i'd enjoy the beach more, but the sand and salt water just get to me in the worst ways possible.... i do think jo malone sea salt and wood sage reminded me of like ocean breeze and clean air the first time i caught a whiff of it so it only made sense

Meeting Him!

It was the first day of High School for Y/n and she was currently getting ready to sprint down to the field where the baseball club’s meeting point was. As soon as that bell rang, Y/n was out the door faster than anyone else did. She did her best to avoid running into people in the corridor, letting out an apology each time she was able to avoid someone and before she knew it, she was at the field trying her best to catch her breath before she approached the captain.

“Y/n L/n from Kitagawa Daiichi and I was a pitcher on my last team! Please let me join your club!” Y/n shouted while stiffly standing in front of the smaller girl. This caused the girl to laugh.

“No need to shout”, the short girl laughed again, “As long as you promise to work hard, I’ll let you join. Besides, we were looking for a new pitcher anyway. I’m Minori Hoshino, it’s nice to meet you”

After school finished, Y/n partook in her first club meeting at Karsuno where she got to know her new teammates, played a few games and got pointers from her seniors. Y/n couldn’t be happier that in Middle School, she picked baseball as her sport. Once practice was over, Y/n got changed back to her school uniform, said goodbye to her new friends and set off for home. Just as she was about to walk through the gate, she felt a tap on her shoulder making her turn around to see Momota, a first year who’d also joined today.

“Hi Momota!” Y/n smiled at the taller girl, “Are you ok?”

“Well, I was wondering if it’d be ok to practice my hitting with you. Only if you’re free of course!” Momota said while playing with her hands. Y/n immediately agreed and a grabbed the ball out of her friend’s hand, which signalled the taller girl to get into position. After a few successful hits, Y/n decided that it was time to throw a more powerful ball but instead of Momota hitting it like Y/n had anticipated, she completely missed the it meaning that it kept going until it hit something. 

“Oww”, the ball just so happened to hit a tall, green-haired boy on the top of his back. Momota immediately dropped her bat and Y/n started to run over.

“Oh my God! I’m so sorry! Are you ok?” the girl bombarded the boy with questions as his blond-haired friend snickered.

CROW YESSSSSSSSSSSS SEASON 2 IS SO GOOD!!!!

ANYUABHUBSYUBSUHNIJSNSOI THERES NO MUCH I WANNA SAY!!! (but I’m gonna keep to only what you’ve talked about for fear of accidental spoiling the next seasons)

Tanaka is SUCH a big brother! I love it!!!! That fight was so intense and he didn’t hesitate to jump in and break it up and I LOVE THAT! He’s also such a caring lil guy nshunhsunuhxnuhi

I love nekoma so much honestly probably my second favorite. Mainly I just LOVE Kuroo and Kenma being friends and kuroo’s lil trio with Bokuto and Tsuki! THE TRIO IS AMAZING AHHHHHH AND BOKUTO IS SUCH A GOOD CHARACTER!!!!! He is so fun and animated, like his motions are extremely exaggerated, and he’s sweet chaotic lil guy. Definitely golden retriever

THE SCENE WHERE TADASHI YELLS AT TSUKI IS SO GOOD!!! Byunuhttvftctbhunujn Tadashi is amazing and I Tsuki is too I love them very much :)

Noya is so sweet!! He also loves teaching ppl (or at least being viewed as a senpai) so it’s so fun that Hinata loves to learn from him! Noya and Tanaka are probably like my favorite duo?????!?!?! I just love them being friends SO MUCH!! And throw Hinata in there too and it’s perfect! Hubsuh husjhsnjhnsuhnshunsuhnsuhnsuhsnuh I love those guys they’re such a crazy lil group!!!

EXACTLY CROW!! THE SHOW KNOWS WHAT ITS DOING!!! It literally tortures you because you love ALL the teams and get at least a little sad with the ENEMY TEAM LOSES!! HOW!?!?!

Johzengi is the rlly hyped up, reckless, and thoughtless guys right? (That sounds harsh oops) I honestly do not like the players on that team because of the scene with Karsuno’s coach and those guys but I do love that match!! I love the way they enjoy it all! Seeing them have so much fun was definitely contagious!!!

SUGA IS SUCH A GREMLIN. HE IS CONTAINED IN THE FIRST SEASON BUT EVERY SEASON HE BECOMES SLIGHTLY MORE GREMLINIFIED. And I love it very much :D (I also am highly exaggerating but he such a gremlin and every scene with him is wonderful)

YESSSSS DACHI DACHI DACHI!!! HE IS WONDERFUL!! he is the team cabin and he is PERFECT for the role!!! You’re so right about Dachi!! He is stable and strong and keeps the others in check. He is the foundation of their team.

I love how Hinata and Noya think alike a good bit! Like whenever everyone’s all excited they both just jump in the air and it’s so fun to see! That group hug was wonderful ^-^ and I love seeing all the reactions in that gif

Haikyu!! Season 2 Thoughts

I’ve been working on this for a while, trying to do what I did last time for the Season 1 finale, but I honestly don’t have the mental energy to give an in depth review of each character’s growth because there are so many who deserve to be talked about and I’d feel bad to leave any of them out :(

SO! Instead, I’m gonna do bullet points and cover things that way!

As always, my thoughts will be under the cut.

• I like the addition of Yachi! She fits in nicely and her friendship with Hinata is adorable!

• Tanaka is such a good big brother figure. He came running to break up the fight when Yachi asked, he got his sister to drive Hinata and Kageyama to Tokyo, he’s generally just got people’s backs, and he’s encouraging. I love him <3

• I NEED TO KNOW THAT OTHER PEOPLE RECOGNIZED THAT NOYA CALLS SAEKO “Saeko-nēsan” BECAUSE IT’S VERY IMPORTANT TO ME. Noya is an honorary Tanaka and I love it!!!!

• Just because it was my two favorites interacting, appreciation for Suga tutoring Noya! It was a small scene but it made me very happy.

• Training camp Arc was AWESOME!!!!! I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!!! • Nekoma is pretty cool. I didn’t have any strong opinions on any of them initially but I like them more now. Kenma seems like a sweetheart, and I love Kuroo. I also like Yaku, even though he doesn’t get much screen time. • BOKUTO. THAT’S IT. JUST. BOKUTO. AAAHHH I LOVE HIM!!!!! He’s got so much golden retriever energy and he seems like such a genuinely great guy! I loved his dynamic with Kuroo and Tsukki, and also his dynamic with Hinata!

• Appreciation for Yamaguchi yelling at Tsukki! I stand by my theory of Tsukki being Yamaguchi’s safe person, and speaking from experience, it is not easy to confront your safe person about anything. • Appreciation for Tsukki actually listening to Yamaguchi!!! This is where I went from not liking him to wanting to see him grow more. Is he a jerk? Yeah. But he’s a sympathetic jerk and he’s doing some growing as a person. I want to see where he ends up!

• Appreciation for Noya teaching Hinata diving receives. Like yeah he laughed at him first but then he said “here, let me show you” and did and Hinata can do them now!! Big brother vibes honestly, in a different way from Tanaka’s, but still there.

• Appreciation for Tanaka and Noya ganging up on Hinata. And honestly just for their trio in general? Their trio is so fun and gives me warm feelings :)

• Getting into tournament stuff now, let’s start with Hinata being ganged up on outside the bathroom. That was hilarious! XD

• WHY DO I ACTUALLY LIKE THESE OTHER TEAMS?? Like I’m over here getting emotional over the other teams trying their best and still losing! • I just want to highlight Johzenji specifically because I personally really enjoyed watching them. They were so entertaining!!! Like yeah I know all the teams love the game or they wouldn’t be playing, but Johzenji looked like they were having fun, and it was contagious. Yeah, they had to learn to take it more seriously if they wanted to go further, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with enjoying the game. They’re the only team that seems to legitimately be having fun playing, and it really set them apart. Like after Karasuno they’re probably my favorite team. Anyways, Johzenji ramble over, moving on.

• Love Hinata protecting Kiyoko! He was so scared but it was so sweet :)

• I don’t remember where exactly this happened but I’m gonna talk about it now because I can: Suga being a little gremlin. He karate-chopped Asahi in the stomach for being negative, and then when Daichi came back from the medic Suga punched him in the gut for no reason. • You might be thinking, “Crow, you always talk about how sweet Suga is and how that’s why you like him so much. Does this change anything?” The answer is no. No it does not. He’s still a sweetheart, he’s just also a gremlin and I think it’s funny.

• LET’S TALK ABOUT DAICHI!! • The other reason the Johzenji match is my favorite is because of how much Daichi got to shine. THAT SCENE OF HIM WITH THE JOHZENJI BANNER IN THE BACKGROUND!!!! AAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! • Listen, I liked Daichi from season 1, but he was always kinda just there for me. This match changed that SO MUCH! Like the reasons he didn’t stand out (No personal struggles of his own, no obnoxious defining trait, kinda works in the background) are the same reasons that he stood out so much during the Johzenji match! To quote the banner, Daichi is “Simplicity and Fortitude”. He’s simple, in that his defining traits are being stable and hardworking (traits that don’t grab a lot of attention), and he’s fortitude, in that not only does he keep going, but he keeps the team going. AH I LOVE THAT MATCH!!!! • Also I’m gonna talk about the incident here really quick just from the perspective of why Daichi is so important. And that’s because he keeps the team together. He’s their stability. He works in the background, but he’s SO ESSENTIAL. I’m glad he’s okay and he’s back now.

• Just wanted to make sure I mentioned that I’m so proud of Ennoshita! He did a good job filling in and he’ll be an excellent captain after the third years graduate.

• Also poor Tanaka felt so bad about running into Daichi. I think my favorite thing about him is just how much he cares about his teammates. He’s a big old softie <3

• I don’t remember when exactly this happened because all the episodes run together when you binge them like I did, BUT, Noya’s libero set!!!!!! It made me so happy!!!! He did it!!! • Additional remark on this: I loved seeing him work with Suga and Asahi on it! Also him scolding Asahi for trying to make him feel better instead of telling him how to be better.

• Yamaguchi!! I would like to say that when he didn’t do his jump float serve and Ukai got mad at him my reaction was basically this:

Like the boy has only gotten to serve in one other official match and he missed. You thought he was anxious the first time you swapped him in? GUESS WHAT! NOW HE’S GOT THE ONLY OTHER GAME HE PLAYED IN HANGING OVER HIM TOO! Oooh, I was so mad. There is no reason for Ukai to have been yelling at this boy, especially when Yamaguchi is clearly anxious already and THEN Ukai keeps swapping him in only at crucial points. That’s a lot of pressure, especially for A FIRST YEAR who spends the majority of his time ON THE BENCH. Sorry. I have a lot of feelings about this. I’m moving on now because it’s making me mad again. • Alternatively, when he did do his serve and he kept scoring!? AAAAHHHHH!!! HE DID IT!!!!!!!! I was so so so excited and so proud of him!!!!! He’s grown a lot and it’s been so delightful to watch :)

• Suga and Kageyama’s two setter move was SO COOL!!!!

I’m gonna wrap this up because there are so many things and I can’t possible cover them all. So, two more things I want to touch on:

• Seijoh. Both the match as a whole and with a focus on Oikawa. • This match was SO INTENSE. WOW. I loved it! But it was so intense. It was really amazing seeing how everyone had grown! • I think Mad Dog is the only Haikyu character I dislike. He irritated me because he’s arrogant and entitled and disrespectful. I appreciate how Seijoh managed to work with him though! Props to them. • Small pause from the Seijoh focus to appreciate that Noya’s reaction to Oikawa’s serve was a starry-eyed “I want to receive that!” • Speaking of Oikawa, I… honestly don’t quite know what to say? But I knew I wanted to talk about him some, so I guess I’m just gonna start. • I hated Oikawa through all of season 1 and most of season 2. By all rights I should still hate him for how he treated little Kageyama. So why the heck do I like him now? I can’t even explain it. I just looked at him one day and went “Stupid (/affectionate)” and that was that. • I’d like to appreciate how determined his was during those last few points. He launched himself backward with his final set, CRASHED BACK FIRST INTO A TABLE AND CHAIRS, and still got back in there. • Last thing I want to talk about is how his last set of high school was to Iwaizumi. He didn’t have to set across the whole court, but he chose to because he wanted to set to his best friend, the team’s ace, one last time. I loved that! And I loved that he hauled off and whacked Iwaizumi on the back after they lost and Iwa was breaking, because it’s what Iwa would’ve done if the roles were reversed.

Okay. Last thing I wanted to talk about was this:

The amount of happiness this scene brings me is just… ah! I replayed it multiple times. The team already huddling up and waiting on Noya and Hinata to complete the group hug. Noya and Hinata with 0 prior communication deciding “Yes, we should jump at our teammates to hug them” and then doing it in sync. THEM TACKLE-HUGGING THE ENTIRE TEAM AND LAUGHING ABOUT IT. The way that I’m sure after the initial shock wore off the rest of the team found it endearing. The joy from winning. The camaraderie. The relief. The way it’s the ENTIRE TEAM, including everyone who was on the bench. Man. I love this scene.

Tsukishima

The sounds of your baby woke him up, his eyes opened slowly groaning at the light of the clock next to him which showed it was 4 am. He noticed you moving to get up before he sat up and pushed you back down causing an ‘umph’ to come out of you when you hit your head on the pillow. Chuckling tsukishima bent down to kiss your temple “don’t worry love I’ll take care of him” sleep laced through his voice sending you back to sleep.

Walking carefully into his sons nursery he hushed at the small bundle before picking him up allowing his son to melt into his arm as a sign for security. “Hey baby you hungry let’s go have your favourite yeah?” He hummed as he watched his son gulp down his milk and rocked him gently before placing him back gently in his cot. Lowering himself he gently kissed his stomach before laughing lightly to kiss the top of his head. “Love you so much” he whispered before leaving to go back to your shared room.

He climbed back into bed and pulled you closer into his warmth smiling lightly. “Your a good dad Kei” you sighed as you held onto his chest feeling a chuckle come out of him “yeah? Why don’t we make another one hm?” “Very tempting” he laughed kissing you softly on the lips before falling back to sleep.

Sakusa

Sure he was tired from practice all day but this man would do anything for your daughter and for you. He knew you had a very busy day and caring for your daughter as well was extremely hard so he would do anything that would make you comfortable. So when he heard the cries from his daughter he was getting out of bed before you could open your eyes.

Sakusa stroked your daughters cheek wiping the tears that had escaped while watching her daughter begin to soothe down. “Tears don’t belong on your adorable face” he whispered while picking her up so he could figure out what was the matter. While bouncing her up and down he turned to look at the clock noticing it wasn’t her feeding time. That’s until he realised she needing changing. Groaning he knew that he had no other choice and he was the father so it was his duty!

After all the whines and complaints coming from him he noticed his daughter falling back to sleep in his arms smiling he placed her back and retreated to your room. Immediately pulling you back into his side as soon as he hit the soft mattress. “Thank you omi” you said slightly laughing knowing exactly what must’ve happened “yeah yeah” he said falling back asleep while kissing your head.

Atsumu

Atsumu cared deeply for his daughter and because he wasn’t around during the day and you cared for her he automatically took night shifts for both of you. 1) so you can rest and 2) so he could do some of the parenting. So as soon as he heard her wails he was up, jogging slightly even so he could calm your daughter down because she did not deserve any kind of sadness. So when he arrived to her room and picked her up his senses kicked in and realised she needs her food and a nappy change. He has these instincts okay and they are always right.

“Sorry Darlin’ but imma have to change yer nappy first before food, I know I know yer hungry don’t ya worry daddy’s got ya” he always talked to her while he changed her because he felt that communication was key with his child and he wanted to her to know that he was going to help her and she was safe with him.

“Alrighty nappy done, now how bout yer mommy’s fave dish, her milk” holding the bottle for her he watched as she chugged the milk down “wow ye either hungry or yer ma has some good ass- sorry didn’t mean to swear” he walked over to your room still with the little one curled up into his chest as he laid down dragging you into him so he had his 2 favourite girls in the world next to him. Kissing you both on the head before subtly telling you both he loved you .

Bokuto

With his being busy with his volleyball career he felt very disconnected from the parental role he was supposed to have, such as feeding and nappy changes for example. So when he heard your daughter crying he was quick to tell you he will do and for you to rest, sure he was nervous because he didn’t want to upset your child more but he knew he had to do this as their father.

“Why are you crying little one” he said softly as he picked them up and then noticed as they finally quietened down his arms, remembering a trick you did to test if she was hungry he tried it and was amazed when he realised it worked. So he quickly went to make the milk so she would be happy again and it happened she settled down and fell straight back to sleep. He stared at her sleeping figure in his arms and his eyes softened as he whispered “you can sleep with me and mommy tonight“ before walking back to your room.

Iwaizumi

It wasn’t that he couldn’t it’s just that he really didn’t want to. He was tired and wanted sleep but when he remembered a conversation with you during the day how you asked if he could help with nightly feeds. So he sat up brushing the sleep from his eyes as he patted your head to indicate he will do it. He made it short and simple when he picked up his son and walked to grab his bottle “hiya bud guessing your hungry”

So when his son had finished the bottle and iwaizumi head kept nodding off he placed his son back in the cot but before leaving he swiped his sons cheek and whispered goodnight to him. Collapsing of the bed sleep quickly engulfed him. He is a very tired daddy, he heard your soft giggles as he felt your lips against his cheek and your body on top of his as you nuzzled into his neck. His arms soon found home around your waist.

Oikawa

The sound of his baby girl crying hurt him, I can’t lie he’s quite an emotional father sometimes, if she cries he cries. Which can be quite annoying for you sometimes because you have to care for two babies. So as soon as he heard the sad sound he was out of bed and racing to see his child and what was distressing her.

His face grew to a pout as he picked her up and tried to calm her by bouncing her up and down “don’t be sad princess I���ve got you don’t you worry”. He quickly grabbed the bottle of milk and smiled and soon as he realised he had solved the problem. “You were just hungry weren’t you baba it’s okay daddy wasn’t gonna let you go hungry”.

Dragging her back to your room he noticed you sat up rubbing your eyes so he peeked down to check if your daughter was finished with her bottle. And when he looked up his eyes were full of love despite it being 3 am and the bags under his eyes, he would do anything to have moments like this, so when he placed the empty bottle down and kissed you on the lips as you took your daughter in your arms so she could sleep on your chest he was fast to get under the cover and place a protective arm over the two of you making sure that your safe.

He kisses your hand and looks at you lovingly.
