꩜ "This is my new partner." Your new partner is introducing you to their parents on thanksgiving! How will they react? Do they like you or not? (Plus you can reverse it :o)

꩜ "Thanksgiving vaycay gone wrong! :(" You and your partner decide to skip out on the whole thanksgiving dinner and decide to go on a small vacation but everything ends up going wrong. Maybe the heat isn't working or the remote is lost or the chargers were forgotten back home! How will you make light out of the situation? What happens in the end?

The possibilities of certain story elements of AOT going differently if Annie never crystalised herself? Of course, it would still lead her to be arrested and questioned, making Armin worried (etc.) Though, what about other storyline segments? Like, what if she was there when Reiner & Bert revealed themselves? Helping to stop Rod Reiss with Eren? Or fighting Reiner along with Eren again, while taking back Sina? ..To also witness Armin's burnt body. Man, that'd be tragic, huh?

But - hey! At least Armin's and Annie's relationship could grow with them together! Plus, gives him a reason to be held by Annie, in her Titan Form. All of this sparked out of.. nowhere, really... I just really like Aruani. Have a wonderful day, Moon!

Hiii anon!!!! I'm sorry this took so long to respond (in case you thought I ignored you, that's totally not it T^T) - I just needed some time to process this!

This is actually very interesting to think about, especially since we often acknowledge the magnitude of the impact Aruani's Female Titan arc had on the story as a whole. There's many posts about that, about how the rest of AoT literally wouldn't have existed if not for Stohess. It was Armin's cornering of Annie and her crystallization that set everything in motion.

Now, let's get to your questions! (tho I'm very bad at AU and canon-divergence stuff so I'm sorry in advance and bear with me 🥲)

Considering that for the most part we are given the impression that Annie was the only one in RBA actually doing any serious work in ref to their mission (ie she wasn't losing herself in living a false reality like Reiner nor hesitating to act like Bertholdt), it kind strikes me that she would NOT have been impressed when Reiner and Bertholdt... revealed their identities. As aloof and disliking of her companions as she may have seemed, Annie's loyalty to them and the secrets they were keeping cannot be ignored - the whole reason she crystallized was so nobody would get a word out of her and that those two would remain safe. So imagine her horror when those two just waltz up to Eren and go "Heyyyy we're the chunky titan and the big titan, what's good?" 🙃

Tho before all this, we have to step back a bit and wonder - how much would she have given away while being questioned? Not much of her volition imo, but perhaps someone smart (say Armin, Hange, etc) would piece together little bits of info she lets slip, or her interrogation is purposely set up to exhaust and drive her to the point of near-madness until she gives up. Perhaps a combination of the two too.

It's also pertinent to note that tho loyal, Annie's also selfishly driven to her own cause - that of returning to her father, so we should also probably underline the possibility that she co-operates with the enemy (in this case Paradis) if it means she can find an escape back home along the way. It cannot be stressed enough that doing this is not too out of line for Annie's character, but it will load her with a massive tonne of guilt she'll never talk to anyone about, especially if it means leaving Reiner and Bertholdt's fate in their own hands. Annie was taught by her father to rely on herself and trust nobody else. There's only so much of leeway she can allow her emotions to have before she steels herself again.

Back to your questions! Assuming a scenario exists where Annie doesn't give away Rei-Bert's identities, instead striking a deal with Erwin, let's say, to keep some of her secrets while co-operating with the Scouts (this is a ticking time-bomb Erwin's planning to take control of, but mind you, Annie wants to escape before it comes to that). Rei-bert expose themselves on the wall and take off with Eren.

What will Annie do? Will she stay with the Scouts to get Eren back, or follow those two hoping they'll somehow make it past Shiganshina where the others can't follow? A chance to return home?

It's hard to say, given she's still loyal to her cause and Reibert, and coldly realistic in her approach that just because she's cooperating with the Scouts doesn't mean she switches sides - acting is only a temporary gig to get what she wants and to where she wants. If she stays with the Scouts, it's probably only to hit a milestone of an escape plan she's got; but if she goes off with Reibert, then it's because she sees her chance and takes it.

What then? We again have two possibilities forking out of this one scenario alone. Will she escape successfully with Reiner, Bert and Ymir? Or will she be caught by the Scouts and stay in Paradis; what becomes of her trustworthiness then? (nothing good. For aruani, add more angst)

With Rod Reiss, you know I honestly think it'd be REALLY interesting for Annie to meet with Kenny again xD I honestly love how every single one of the three Ackermans managed to get Annie at one point in time or the other (it's funny lmao) - it would be SO intriguing to see her come face to face with him. I'm not sure what thematic/symbolic significance this could have (I'm typing this out while sleepy xD), but I think something about Kenny being a slave to his ideals and desires could lead Annie to question her own beliefs or rather, mirror hers albeit in a different light. Kenny's "love" is shown to us in a very twisted shape - ie his relationship with Kuchel, his "raising" of Levi (with violence and purpose. reminds you of another father, maybe?), his pursuit of impossible dreams vis a vis Annie's very simple ones. I don't really know what I'm trying to say here except that I'm now picturing Annie being in the frame (perhaps hidden or not) when Levi finds out that the dying Kenny is his uncle - it seems important in a way I can't quite put to words xD?

About Shiganshina... oh we can't talk about Shiganshina 🥲🥲🥲🥲 I only know for certain that Aruani's relationship would most likely have progressed into a solid relationship, maybe? by this point (or not, given the speed at which things were happening left and right...), so... I can't even begin to imagine the devastation that Armin's "death" and the subsequent Serum Debacle would wreak on Annie. Tho the latter is honestly a PRIME opportunity for her feelings to become obvious to everyone that was blind to it hehe xD

But the angst... not only will it be Annie's guilt about battling Rei-Bert again (whether or not she's still playing actor or has legimiately switched sides is irrelevant)........ but also.... what would a struggle among Ackerman and Leonhart vs Ackerman have come to? God. You know, I actually wanna see that T^T Levi's just gonna lie there and be like "I hate these 104th girls. Always whining about some idiot boy, fuck my life. Erwin, haul me up man."

You think back to the night the mating bond snapped for you and Manon often. You were out with some friends in Rifthold at your favorite tavern having a fun girls night when some men started paying you too much attention. As you left the tavern two of the men followed you out.

They started throwing lewd comments at you and pulled at your hair and dress, ripping the sleeve. You started to tear up that they wouldn’t leave you alone, no matter how many times you asked them to stop.

But then she was there. Her iron nails gleaming in the moonlight. That snow white hair lightly blowing in the breeze. She looked like an angel to you. And that’s when you felt it, that pull in your ribs toward Manon. You felt the need to be by her side.

The males stumbled over themselves to run as far away from the Witch Queen’s wrath. As she approached you, you didn’t back away from her. Her demeanor became soft as she asked if you were ok. From that moment on the two of you were inseparable.

“Y/n, more pink today I see.” You knew Asterin was just playfully teasing you but something in her tone felt like a jab at you. You know your taste in clothing was different from Manon. She loved that about you. But did you wear too much pink? Which made you think you were too much, something you’re insecure about from a past relationship.

Manon noticed your head drop a little and you start playing with your food. She felt your mood change instantly. That was something new she had to get used to with the bond. Manon felt everything you felt whether you meant for her to or not. Feeling your feelings helped her get comfortable with her own.

When your mood didn’t improve Manon decided to come at the problem head on. Just like you taught her. “Ok, what’s wrong? I can feel you.” You look at her, giving her your best convincing smile, “I’m ok.” Manon raised a sharp white eyebrow at you telling you she knew that was a lie. You tried to give Manon another smile but your eyes were watering. Manon reached over to hug you and pulled you into her lap. And then she felt you project the moment that changed your mood down the bond. Her eyes narrowed across the table at Asterin. She practically growled at her cousin for making you upset.

I did LOL the very simplified version of it and it was always hot as frick outside so hiding the fool's gold in the cool water down in the sand felt nice LOOOL (until fall would hit then my hands would be FREEZING AH) If I am remembering right we also had this hella creepy display where you would look down the glass window and you would see this miner down there with a canary with him, I can't remember if it slowly moved or not XD but I kind of remember the sound of this motor sound down in the basement where we would have lunch in the room next to him LOOOL we even had a 'prospector pit' for the kiddos and I thought it was lame as hell LOOOOL, but fun for kids, they would 'dig' in these rubber bits to get 'gems' 🙃🤣🤣🤣 The geologist, at the time, would get so excited about his rock and gem collection lol (I remember having to fight off the mean Geese up there, those things were HORRIBLE) (AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE CHICKENS THAT WOULD FIGHT ME ON THE WAY TO THE RESTROOM AAHHH I would have to run for my life through the gardens and slip through the little opening in the fence to ESCAPE LOL)

I also taught mock school at the school house to show people what school life was like in the late 1800s I had to ring the bell every hour! I actually legit hated that cause it was so LOUD when right next to it ah my ears are ringing just thinking about it ah and that heavy as hell mallet 🤣🤣 but it would be a different subject for each hour in the morning and then repeat for the afternoon.

and cooking in the old cast iron wood burning stove (where I got heat exhaustion cause there is a reason they would just cook outside or had a 'summer kitchen' during the summer months oh my GOSH) and I burnt EVERYTHING cause my pyromaniac self would make the fire too HOT LOL There were ladies who made THE BEST food in that thing though! like TOP TEIR BEST EVER! There is something about it that is just AHH SO EXTRA GOOOOD but anyway scraping out the ash afterwards was pretty satisfying and chopping more wood for the next day was liberating after dealing with some of the ANNOYING visitors (It was this dull as hell light little hatchet so it was all brute force and magic (finding where the log will likely split easiest) to pop those suckers in half oh my GOSH) This was also where my SEETHING, LOATHING, HAAATTEEEE for churning butter came from 😤😤 (cleaning that junk with freshly boiled water was the ACTUAL WORST, but at least I was allowed to use dawn dish soap and properly re-clean everything after closing for obvious reasons PFF)

This is only SOME of the stuff I did and had to learn so I could teach and perform LOOOOOL

Joe peered his head around the wooden door frame, his nose leaning against the ledge as his eyes shot their way over to your unconscious body, still comfortable, still tucked up in the quilt he’d left you in. Tiptoeing out to set your special day right. Using his foot to push the door open further just enough for him to get through and taking a few hefty strides towards you, the rattling of the tray carrying your breakfast in bed.

It wasn’t your average English Breakfast, he’d got up extra early to make a batch of muffins especially for you, tiny little burn marks adorned his thumb where he’d rushed to grab the tray out of the oven, not taking into account the thinness of the towel he’d scampered to collect on his way in fear that they’d be burnt. Two plates with a single muffin on, one for him and one for you. Yours with a single candle a top of it, a glass of orange juice and a cup of tea filled the rest of the space, purely because he couldn’t decide which one you would want more so he made the rash decision and got you both.

He stood proud before you, clearing his throat once. You didn’t even stir. Again, a little louder this time and you peaked one eye open, a gentle smile falling upon your lips when the blur of your vision had regained full sight. You sat up as he placed the tray on the table beside you, you edged your legs to make room for him to sit next to you. Joe leaned forward, his hand gently caressing your face making you fall into the touch so you could make it last a little longer.

“Happy birthday my darling.” He whispered lowly, close enough to feel his breath hit your lips as his face met just inches from yours. You made a short giggle as his mouth found yours, giving you a gentle yet swift kiss, subtle but more than enough to make you melt. Your eyes opened and sparkled as beautifully as his, he had that effect on you.

“Thank you.” You spoke as quietly as he had.

Joe reached into his pocket and pulled out a lighter, taking hold of the plate with your muffin on. He gave you a look from hooded eyelids as he focused back on setting the candle alight.

“Make a wish.”

Passing the plate over to you, you watched the flame grow before blowing out the candle, pretending to ponder your thoughts of what to wish for; you already knew.

Looking back toward him, eye contact with the bush baby eyes that were secretly hoping your wish would involve him, of course it would, he didn’t have to worry about that. You quickly realised that your wish had already come true. “I don’t need to.” You pulled out the candle placing it next onto the tray.

Joe looked ever so slightly confused to your admission, tilting his head a little to the side to silently ask why. You took a bite out of the sweet food, eyes almost rolling to the back of your head from the homemade taste that was unleashed onto your taste buds. You placed the muffin back on the tray before laying back, your head hitting the pillow which still had the outline of where you had been laid before.

“I already have exactly what I want right here.” You stared up to the ceiling knowing that was exactly what your boyfriend would want to hear, the best part was that you meant it.

Joe clambered his way over your body and hovered above you, one elbow propping himself up so that your faces met closely once more. He couldn’t contain the smile that took over him, grinning like a Cheshire Cat almost. His silver chain dangled above you, tickling your nose, the scent of it engrossed with him and almost a little bit of the fresh smell of baking; perfect.

Your lips met a second time, his free hand ran through your hair that lay openly on the pillow as your mouths moved as one. The warm, heart filled feeling made it’s way through your body. Your own hand pushed against the back of his head, clutching onto the loose curls to deepen the kiss. The slight sound of little whimpers that escaped his throat and into your mouth appeared, the most beautiful and erotic melody you had ever heard.

What felt like seconds had turned into minutes and as he pulled back you had never quite felt this special to anyone in any other moment and that’s the way he always made you feel; which is why your wish came true everyday with Joe.

“I love you.” The words reeled from his voice back so easily, every chance he got to say it, it always felt so truthful, it felt even more special today.

“I love you too.” You repeated back.

“My wish came true too.” Joe snorted a laugh through his nose which caused you to raise an eyebrow.

You’re the author and this is your story, and I absolutely respect that obviously, but I couldn’t get this scene out of my head so I had to write a short thingy about it (at least my writer’s block doesn’t affect all of my creativity lol); hope I don’t overstep here or anything 👉🏻👈🏻 I honestly don’t know where this came from (I suspect the chapter with Colt’s birthday party had something to do, and also my pinterest board, and I guess my hormones). Anyways, English isn’t my first language but I did my best lol 🙃 It for sure can be better, but I’ll send it to you just like how it first came out. I wrote it listening to ‘Birds of a Feather’ the whole bit, so that’s my vibe here lol.

The soft sound of the waves crashing against the shore at night echoed in the distance as the bonfire was lit. Marshmallows were help up high above the flames, just the right amount of time for them to turn golden on the outside before they took them back to eat them with the chocolate and the biscuits already prepared on a little table next to them. The golden glow of the fire before them kind of made their smiles even brighter as they shared a laugh when Tom burnt himself with one of the smores, but instead of complaining about them laughing at him, he just rolled his eyes, and he ended up smiling as well.

Summer nights were his favourites. Sure, he enjoyed building Legos inside when it was raining in Autumn, sitting by the fireplace cuddling Parker in the living room in Winter was something he loved, and enjoying the soft golden hue of the sun during the first days of Spring while laying on their massive couch was incredibly relaxing, but Summer nights were something else. Living in California, he had insisted pretty early on having a house by the beach, even if it was only for vacationing during the hotter months; he liked having a private place just for them to enjoy, to invite family over for a few days (Colt and Jody had been there more than once since they bought it) and for him and Parker to relax together all alone. The days they spent there always seemed slower, more relaxed and brighter; he felt at peace there, a place to be completely himself with the person he loved the most.

Only now, after a few years, it wasn’t just the two of them anymore.

The little girl in his lap giggled as he finished eating his smore, still pretending to burn himself a bit while doing so; she had her own sweet treat in her hands, forgotten while she laughed at his antics, getting her fingers all sticky. Parker reached out then with a tissue, sitting by their side; she had already finished her smore, and while she wiped their little girl’s hands clean, she cradled their sleeping baby boy in her lap with her other arm completely wrapped around him. His little face was squished against her chest, covered almost entirely by his golden locks that looked just as Tom’s, snoring softly while his older sister still giggled in Tom’s lap.

Parker watched them as Tom finished their daughter’s smore in one bite while she telling Parker something about a seashell she had found, and he looked innocently away when she protested at it being gone. They laughed again, and Tom tickled her, making her erupt into a fit of uncontrollable giggles. Although most parents wouldn’t let their children have that much sugar that late at night, when their daughter asked for more marshmallows, they gave in almost instantly; they were having too much fun to say no anyways. They had had a wonderful day building sand castles, swimming in the ocean and eating ice lollies, and now with the bonfire, Tom silently wished that his summers would always be like this for the rest of his life; sure, his job gratified him, he enjoyed himself when he went out with friends from time to time, but ever since Parker entered his life, and even more since they started a family together, he realized more and more every passing day that he didn’t need anything else to be happy.

Years ago a sappy thought like that would have made him gag, most probably, because the only thing he could think about was to become a famous and successful actor. That was his goal, and that was completely fine back then, because he was young, and he wanted to become something for himself, by himself. And he actually did; he would have been happy to go on like that with the rest of his life for… well, forever. He wasn’t interested in having a ‘permanent’ partner (why limit the fun?) or even get married or have children; those things seemed unimportant, until he found the woman he now calls his soulmate.

Parker cradled their son in her lap, with her hand absentmindedly stroking his hair, and he wished to never forget that moment: her soft smile, how her eyes shone with the small bonfire they had improvised in their backyard in the sand, and how she kissed their daughters cheek sweetly to thank her when she shifted over to her to hand her half of her new marshmallow. The heat from the flames in front of him was nothing compared to the warmth he felt in his chest while looking at those three people: his partner, love of his life, his woman, his forever, and their babies, who had become his entire world. He took pride in the awards he had won, the roles he had played over the years, and everything he had achieved on his own since he first stepped a foot in California, but the family he and Parker had created together? That was by far the greatest achievement.

When it was starting to get late, and their daughter began to rub her eyes tiredly even though she insisted on playing with them a bit more, they packed everything up to go back inside the house, promising her that they could play more in the morning. She accepted reluctantly, making a face she had one hundred percent gotten from Parker (she also shared that expression with Colt; she was a Seavers through and through), but she insisted on walking to the house herself; Tom missed the times she insisted on being carried all the time, always snuggling in his arms looking ridiculously small and sweet (which she still did, to be honest), back when she wasn’t telling everyone that she was ‘a big girl’ ever since her fourth birthday.

Parker noticed this, just like everything about him because she always got him like anyone ever did, and so she handed him their son, still sleeping; he accepted him in his arms, cradling him to his slightly exposed chest. His baby stirred a bit, complaining about the sudden movement, but Tom shushed him softly holding him lovingly, and the boy went back to sleep the moment his chubby cheek laid against Tom’s warm skin. Parker kissed their baby’s forehead, and then Tom’s cheek, before going after their daughter, who was walking (more like stumbling) through the sand, scooping her up when she reached her. Bro hates it in the summer sometimes cuz he whenever he doesn’t have dreads and he just has his normal curly hair, and it gets REALLY humid (Louisiana is one of the most humid states), his hair is a wreck and he looks like he’s a little feral kitten 💀 (I mean he has but-)

I love to write, but I often get burnt out fast— especially when it’s for a request. I LOVE your writing and stories, you’re an amazing writer (and when I read yours I won’t lie I take notes HAHA)

I’m honestly just curious

how do you write and pump out stories so fast? I admire it so much. I hate how dead I get after writing like one story 😭 it is an interest reason, like do you love writing and that’s what motivates you?

Hi babes! First of all you’re really sweet, thanks so much for making me sound way better than I actually am 😅

There’s a few answers on how I write so “fast”:

1) avoidant personality and procrastination. On friday I have a paper due and a midterm but I don’t want to think about either of those and I’d much rather write about our little boyfriends so I make bad choices 🙃

2) maladaptive daydreaming. When I’m in my car or walking to class I’m usually thinking about asks I’ve received and mapping out possible stories in my head. So even when I’m not writing, I’m still kind of writing.

3) I’m actually not very fast at writing. I have requests in my inbox from as far back as February 19th that I like, intend to write, and find interesting but have no ideas for/have no inspiration for yet. Sometimes I’ll start an ask and get halfway through the story and it’s already at like 3000 words and then it gets bigger than I anticipated and then it makes me nervous and I have to step away from it for a while. So some people have actually been waiting on me for quite a long time

Also, quick doesn’t necessarily mean good. I’ll be the first to admit that I often find errors in my works, spelling mistakes long after I’ve posted it because I’ve written it and then only read it over twice before I post it. I don’t have a proofreader or anything so basically the second I’ve finished something I throw it at you all.

But none of my favourite writers on this app post as often as I usually do, and I personally find all of their works waayyy better quality than mine, so please don’t feel discouraged due to pace! It probably means you’re giving it the time it deserves, and it’ll age like fine wine 😉
