This is fairly close to how my actual dream went. It was an odd hybrid of the show and real life, with the characters calling each other by their in-show names, but there was a filming crew too. 

The real turning point was when Eric/Daniel fixated on the “buddy cop thing” and went absolutely MANIC. Like, he wouldn’t shut the fuck up. Like, AT ALL. Jacob/Louis didn’t get ONE FUCKING WORD in edgewise. 

It was the “Old Man Dan Variety Show” the whole time. I had enough presence of mind to write details down after waking up, which eventually resulted in this comic here.

संधि के 'संशोधन के लिए नोटिस' को भारतीय पक्ष द्वारा 25 जनवरी को दोनों पक्षों के सिंधु जल आयुक्तों के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया था।

भारत ने 1960 की सिंधु जल संधि में संशोधन करने के अपने इरादे के बारे में पाकिस्तान को सूचित किया है, जो सीमा पार नदियों के प्रबंधन के लिए एक तंत्र स्थापित करता है, क्योंकि संधि को लागू करने में पाकिस्तानी पक्ष की 'हठधर्मिता' है, इस मामले से परिचित लोगों ने कहा शुक्रवार।

संधि के 'संशोधन के लिए नोटिस' को भारतीय पक्ष द्वारा 25 जनवरी को दोनों पक्षों के सिंधु जल आयुक्तों के माध्यम से अवगत कराया गया था। लोगों ने कहा कि भारत को नोटिस जारी करने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ा क्योंकि पाकिस्तान की कार्रवाइयों ने संधि के प्रावधानों और उनके कार्यान्वयन पर 'प्रतिकूल प्रभाव' डाला था।

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच नौ साल की बातचीत के बाद सितंबर 1960 में सिंधु जल संधि पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे और विश्व बैंक द्वारा मध्यस्थता की गई थी, जो भी एक हस्ताक्षरकर्ता है। यह दोनों देशों के बीच सबसे टिकाऊ संधि है, लेकिन हाल के वर्षों में काफी दबाव में आ गई है क्योंकि आतंकवाद और जम्मू-कश्मीर से संबंधित तनाव के कारण द्विपक्षीय संबंध सर्वकालिक निचले स्तर पर आ गए हैं।

'संशोधन के लिए नोटिस का उद्देश्य पाकिस्तान को सिंधु जल संधि के भौतिक उल्लंघन को सुधारने के लिए 90 दिनों के भीतर अंतर-सरकारी वार्ता में प्रवेश करने का अवसर प्रदान करना है। यह प्रक्रिया पिछले 62 वर्षों में सीखे गए पाठों को शामिल करने के लिए संधि को भी अद्यतन करेगी, 'उपरोक्त व्यक्ति ने कहा।

नोटिस संधि के अनुच्छेद Xll (3) के अनुरूप जारी किया गया था, जिसमें कहा गया है: 'इस संधि के प्रावधानों को समय-समय पर दोनों सरकारों के बीच इस उद्देश्य के लिए विधिवत अनुसमर्थित संधि द्वारा संशोधित किया जा सकता है।.....
