Seeing Gojo with his head in his hands sitting at the edge of the school stairs wasn't a new sight for you, in fact for the past week you've been seeing him sitting there.

Rocking his world as his vision blanks, eyes rolling back as sweat covers him. You don't mind the pain of when he bites into your shoulder, you don't mind the fact that Suguru's name slips out of him more than your (can be fake) cock

But, for some reason you just can't take it today. Something takes over you, you swear, as you grab harshly onto his neck, gasps leave his throat as he huffs for air. "Wh- Ah pl- EAse- hah."

Turning your friends and family against you for having the same traits as that monkey you adore. You think Wukong's empathetic? How does it feel to be fooled and scammed by your own friends? he finds himself coming around to your house more often, letting you teach him how to make dinner and listen to you play(he found your missing part on a run with rick). he enjoys it more than he thought he would, and you joke around and say hes halfway to being a metalhead like you.

ok this is not really a request, but what would yan!dan heng be like? i barely see any yan!dan heng content and thats probably because I don't even know how he would behave. Would he silently obsess over you? Would he not let you leave the archives, taking his life when he was young as an example, giving you books as your only respite? Would the astral express crew be in on it?

I feel like yan!dan heng would be like a pathetic wet cat about it, acting unfeelingly but then begs and begs for your affection in private, guilt tripping you without noticing and then finally giving up and taking what he wants whether you like it or not.

I understand your frustration, and tbh even i struggle a bit with characterizing yan!dan heng, so i havent been able to push out any of his content.

He's not an exact favorite either, so i wasnt at all bothered by the lack of content but i understand you (sunday enjoyer here).

Honestly, i think one of the major reasons its hard to character yan!dan heng is kind of because hes actually a bit of a mellow character who's pretty cozy. Im not thorough with his backstory but it seems like he's always trying to be on the down-low, and never do things that warrant attention. Yan!dan heng would, as a result, not be so different in my opinion. However, a few of his aspects do seem to be interesting as a result.

As far as i know of his character, yan!dan heng would probably be extremely secretive as a result,kind of the stalker-ish type, who gets insecure easily and has to constantly keep grounding himself about you. But whenever you're within the vicinity, his patience wears thin. It grows dreadful to handle over time.

If his obsession gets strong enough, he'll only frequent his darling more and more through mysterious means, the kind that makes his darling more paranoid and as a result, seek out refuge in him about their "stalker", not realizing who they're actually talking to. Yan!dan heng would probably gauge out how much info his darling has about their "stalker", and if it's too much, he adapts and finds more hidden and unnoticeable means. The only time i can see him officially tie down his darling is if they take the initiative to investigate what's been going on and find out his entire archives worth of information on darling, and dan heng being confronted by it. In a bit of a panic, he'd take countermeasure and his patience finally snaps.

Another flip side of him is what you mentioned. Depending on how far within yan!dan heng's grasp you're in, he would be very starved for any form of affection. He's been constantly leaving behind everything, running away from things, to the point he probably seldom feels like anything in his life is permanent. So when darling comes along, yan!dan heng is so so desperate, he won't show it at first because he'll try to resist and give darling space, but it just constantly snaps taut strings inside of him, and he can't help but cling onto you. You'll thrash and scream and yell at him but he's so eerily quiet, gripping you and crushing you against his chest. He feels so guilty about it, but he's just so lonely. He does guilt trip you sometimes, and gets you to quiet down, but who knows how often that'll last? He can't get himself to "punish" you often either, so he just gives you strict warnings and scoldings from time to time, but then his insecurities get the best of him, and he can't help but cling to you even in your sleep, afraid you'll slip away like everything. He has self-doubt very often, and his main way would be just to seek you out, and force himself onto you in any physical form of affection, even if you grumble and protest about it.

In any case, i feel yan!dan heng would be a luckily tolerable yandere.

even though he was usually short tampered you still love him to death because he’s well, your husband. Pearl has been taking care of you ever since, though whenever she’s trying to insist you to tell your sickness to her diamond, you always try to keep her mouth shut from telling it to Steven.

you don’t want to interrupt his work and made him even more stressed than he already was, and decided if he wanted to know he would know it by himself. Pearl could only sighs at this but still obligated to it.

after a few hours of laying down on your shared bed, you were unable to sleep due to your freezing body. You have turned right and left and still can’t find yourself to be asleep. That is until you heard a voice from the door of your shared room.

“(n/n)? oh dear stars.” Steven was shocked to see your current state and immediately rushed to you and see if you’re alright.

that stops Steven on his track, giving Pearl one last glance and start rushing towards your sleeping form. “love.. please don’t hurt Pearl. Its my request to not tell it to you, i don’t want to burden you..” you put your hand on his cheek and rubs it so that he calms down.

Steven sighs at you and put his hand on top of yours, staring at your shining eyes. He furrowed his brows and blushes from your affection towards him.

he turned his head to Pearl who was thanking to the stars for saving her life, Steven then asked her to come to where the two couple was. “Pearl, im sorry for assuming things. If it weren’t for you im pretty sure (name) would’ve been worse by now.”

Pearl was very relieved and starts to smile towards her diamond. “its quite alright, My Diamond.” Pearl did her little diamond salute and starts walking towards the exit of the room, leaving the two of you.

Steven turned his head towards you once more, he gave you a kiss on your forehead and that instantly made you feel a little better than before. You drift off to sleep, knowing that you’ll feel a lot better tomorrow because Steven is here.

now im a very very firm believer that ford is HIGHLY aware of his love (platonic) for stan. he knows he does. he will always love his brother even when hes angry at him and he's very aware of that. this answer is gonna take some elements from canon into explaining ford's broconning that makes sense platonically (the intention) and incestiously (the parts that our side loves because holy shit this is so fucking validating for how unintentional it is lmao)

something that points to him copying stans handwriting when he writes bill being unintentional (to me, and my hc) is this. my fave, and what i personally think is the most cesty, quote/s from tbob: Stanley could've made her laugh

on the surface it really doesnt mean anything that reflects deep yearning/pining— at least none that's directed at the character's own sibling. the objective intention of that line is to showcase fords feelings of inadequacy compared to stan when it comes to social situations. its a whole page about how lonely and outcasted he feels, how he can never just be endearing to people, not like stan is, who can literally get people to laugh at his jokes where he just straight up calls them ugly (this is land before swine if you wanna know what im talking about). when HE flirts with a woman, they give him a dirty look and throw drinks at his face, but he bets if STAN did, they would fawn over him. now we all know stan is objectively bad with women, faking confidence and being a "kind of a jerk" to hook them in (darlene) or is just a bumbling mess when he really likes them (lazy susan, before he lost interest). ford doesn't know that tho! ford even in high school has immense faith in stan's ability to land dates, asking for his advice for prom, and here he is, thinking "stanley could have made her laugh." stan even charms their mother, who says he has personality and a free spirit (implying ford doesnt). obviously, this is a man who's jealous he can't be like that.

on its own "i had what he always wanted— charisma" is related to what i mentioned above, about fords seemingly wishing he was able to be a part of social crowds more than he's willing to admit. but think about it, REALLY think about it.

stories are not like real life, where some things are just coincidence. a narrative is a narrative and if you put that in your story you better be ready for people to interpret it their own way. im not under any delusions as to the actual canon, but dear god do the stars just align perfectly for a little brother on brother action in every new GF installment that comes out its difficult to not take my brain out of that direction, especially since its more interesting and more logical lmao)

SO onto actually answering your question cuz ive stalled enough: do i think ford is purposefully broconning tf out when he writes his and bills flirting in his and his brothers hand writing or is it unintentional? my assesment is no! the guy has no idea his love of charisma isn't purely the desire to have it for himself— he has no idea he's attracted to it as a trait towards a romantic partner because he only belatedly understood bill's flirting when drunk! he was broconning tf out and bill's charisma subconciously reminds him of stan, but would ford actually be self aware enough to know he's attracted to bill because he reminds him of stan? ford is more likely to say he's attracted to bill because bill is an all powerful dream demon who helps him achieve his dreams and "values ford on the same level" (he doesnt), and not because of the traits bill shares with his brother udrjdhdhdyd (and i'm someone who always writes and interprets ford as the first to fall in love and is very aware of his romantic and sexual feelings towards his twin).

ford is very, very intent in hiding his feelings about stanley in general when he knows the proof of them exists. he constantly feels the need to hide pictures of stan, thoughts of him in code, literally has to turn his back when he tells stan to take the journal and go far, far away (expecting stan to just take the journal and leave and prevent himself from watching stan walk away again). he'll draw the stan o war and stan himself on his journal then scratch them out or straight up rip the whole page out

whenever cracks of his love for stan genuinely shines through, none of it is intentional. my guy is just extremely down fucking bad and he knows THAT— but i think if he realized on his own he was projecting stan onto his muse, he would have stopped writing bill's words in stan's handwriting all together. but he didn't, so he just kept fucking doing it jdndudjdus

-He’d go for hunting dogs. It’d make his chases a lot more fun, keeping you on your toes from not only a man with a crossbow but also a dog. He’d specifically train them to attack his victims, biting at your calf or anywhere really. Plus dogs make gathering food a bit easier.

-He’d want a Chesapeake bay retriever. He def goes for dogs with thicker fur since he lives up in the mountains. He’s a big dog guy! It’s that thing where pets look like their owners and that’s double true with Mason.

So sorry it took me so long to answer this- I was in a Busy time (diseaseridden with covid and being punched by finals) when I got the ask and wanted to answer it with some stuff Im using for my next TOH animatic!!

I'll say one thing first: I get jumbled up and ditch so many animatics. For every one animatic I release, there are three to five more I have that have NEVER seen the light of day (yet). And that's okay!! It's fun just to make them for me, and I hope it is for you too!! Animatics are scary because if you're working on it alone, it can be really hard to be your own cheerleader to keep up the mojo to keep going. So that makes it really special when there is that project that makes it to the finish line- cuz you can look at it and go "holy crap I made this. holy crap i MADE that look how SICK that is dude!! all that work and look at the turnout!!"

The following stuffh is just my personal process and is by no means representative of a professional animation pipeline, but this works for me as a Lonely Artist! It all begins with the idea - whether it's a song, or just a story you wanna tell. In the case of the one I'm gonna demo here with , I wanted to animate Hunter's first day as Del's apprentice!

The first thing I did was write a script. Not fancy or AO3-quality, but enough that I understand the pacing and the visuals of each shot. I usually just put this in a doc or put it in a script format, if I feel fancy.

Then, I take that script and find music that I think would fit for it- and remix it (if needed) to fit the pacing/mood/etc! This is what this new animatic looked like before I began ANY artwork- this is a me thing because I'm super inspired by audio as opposed to visuals first. But you might be different- this is just how I like working personally!

Then begins the research! I find references for characters, background layouts, and create a style guide for the animatic that tells me how thick lines will be for characters, backgrounds, if there'll be tons of value or no. I make a turnaround for each character so I can refer to them because Im gonna be drawing them over and over a LOT and want to be consistent! Luckily TOH has no shortage of references, so I based my work off them.

THEN, I can begin drawing. I'm a little,,, (a lot) ADHD and may not always do this process, but if you're new to animatics or daunted by the task at hand, make beat boards of the entire project.

This is just a page of rough thumbnails that get your visual idea down - look how rough and quick these are!! I try not to spend over a minute on each beat board if I dont have to, unless it's a particularly complex shot.

When it gets to the stage where you're ready to begin the actual scenes, I personally tend to do backgrounds first because I like to set characters into backgrounds - and for every animatic, I have the Awkward Blue Sketch Stage which is basically my beat boards timed out as an animatic.

I used Storyboard Pro for this (Toonboom, not free ): icky), but the process can be replicated across most art platforms in whichever way you feel most comfy with! This is so I can time the drawings before I devote time cleaning them up-- which can make for some Pretty Funny looking little guys but theyre important!! trust!!

Once a big sequence of shots is cleaned up (I usually do 40-60 second chunks at a time), I export the .mov and send it to my editing program (which in this case is still Premiere Pro) - and then repeat this process again and again until.. it's done??

Here's like a TL;DR list of basically everything I said summed up:

• Make a loose script or bulletin of the idea! Do your research!

• Depending on what kind of animatic you're making, time it to music!

• Make a beat board of very loose gestures for your shots, and time them - then move on to refinement & cleanup!

• Combine all shots, refine music cues and timings, add any last needed VFX, and export!

There's no secret recipe or anything, it's just learning a pipeline that best suits you, whether it is for something professional or something you want to make for fun because you just love to make!!

one of my best friends is in one and i see this guy mostly always grabbing her by the waist and pulling her in like she’s his property but has 2 times rejected her and pushed back on how the relationship is going “too fast” even though it has been more than half a year already. my friend and i agreed that if this happens a third time then she shouldn’t be giving this guy the opportunity just because he cant commit.
