i love intimacy hidden in the small things.

the first time mammon whispered to you, you swore you could feel your entire body tremble. it wasn't about the proximity, or his soft breath against the shell of your ear – nor was it about the words he told you. it takes trust to whisper to someone, to make your words small, airy, and direct them at only them, when you could talk to anyone, say anything. mammon chose to speak to you only, quietly and with intent, because he trusted you enough to do so; you feel that same trust every time he whispers to you after that, too.

beelzebub always gives you some of his food, even if it sometimes pains him to give it up. it's a "no, have it, it's your favourite part, isn't it?" before he slides the small strawberry of his cake, or the last of the chips you two were eating, to you. you tell him he doesn't have to do it, and with a sin like his it's bizarre to think that he does it at all, but he insists until you eat what he offered you. moments like these make beelzebub's quiet love loud, roaring, till it burns through your skin and nestles gently in your stomach.

walking past diavolo in the halls of rad always ends up with his hands somewhere on you. no matter how busy he is, no matter how many beings you are surrounded by, he will make sure to touch you, pat your head or shoulder, hold your hand for a second before he lets you go so he can attend his next lesson or meeting. on days when he has more time, and the halls are quiet enough, he will gently hold your hand and make you twirl for him, before smiling fondly and complimenting your smile, or your eyes. those moments with the future king feel soulful, vibrant – they light up the dark hallways of your school, just enough so you can see his smile: fond and loving.

for you, peter is the literally definition of pretty. his big brown puppy eyes and his perfectly structured face, his lean but muscular built, his cute little pout when you don’t give him a kiss before he goes patrolling.

he is just so so very pretty.

you don't know know how long you have been staring at him for, but he didn't seem to notice. too busy focusing on his science project, and his concentration is very hot.

his long slender fingers moving carefully and slowly to put the pieces together and your attention only zeroed on them. such, such pretty hands.

the weight of your stare was starting to make peter nervous. peter gets flustered very easily. and with you? you didn't even have to try.

peter suddenly put down the components for his project and turned to you, “i know i'm hot but can you please stop staring at me like that?” he mumbled, as a soft blush appear on his face. his tone was confident but you can sense his nervousness.

he tried focusing on his project again as you chuckled, the kind of chuckle that sends tingles all over peter's body, “sorry pete, but you are just so very pretty.”

wow. okay he didn't expect that.

peter chocked on his saliva, his body hot all over, nearly dropping the pieces of his homework.

“baby, you can't just say things like that.” he looked at you, eyes wide and soft. and it makes you grin.

“it's the truth.” you shrugged, “you're my pretty boy.” you know you're testing his limits, but it was fun teasing peter.

peter's mind malfunctioned. he's trying to ignore you, but the way you said my pretty boy is replaying over and over in his head.

“damn it.” he quietly swore, putting down whatever left of his project and turning to you.

your eyebrows rose in a teasing manner as a smirk finds its way to your face. “what?” you innocently asked, but you know exactly what you're doing, and he knows it too.

peter chuckled as he walks to where your laying at the bed. the sound send a shiver up your spine and now you're the one who's nervous.

he leaned closer to you, you could feel his breath on your lips as you both took a moment to admire each other. peter was staring at your eyes to your nose and your soft lips, bringing his eyes to connect with yours again and you could feel your stomach doing flips.

“and you're my pretty baby.” he whispered softly before cutting off a whine that rose up your throat with his lips.

his lips were a little chapped, but it fits your perfectly. your hands move to tangle on his hair, giving it a little pull making peter groan into the kiss. he leaned back, his warm hands move to find comfort on your waist as he brings you onto his lap.

peter felt like his heart was about to burst. every single sense of his is override and all he can focus on is you. you. you.

Haha, hell no! I could never have the patience or skill for that 🙆‍♀️ Most of my backgrounds for the latest COD art have been collage work. So for the Gaz one--I found a bunch of images through google and rearranged them how I wanted through mostly trial and error. yeah, if I had to draw a whole map of London by hand..💀

What do you think of the Tirra'Taka and how it symbolizes Dooku's fate? Do you invoke it often in your fics?

Ah, the Tirra’Taka! IMO, the cover of Dooku: Jedi Lost REALLY should have been an 80s Blind Guardian style metal album motif with a shirtless, shredded Dooku standing astride the Tirra’Taka, holding unconscious, beautiful Sifo-Dyas aloft, while flames and lightning and cracked groundquake holes consume the foreground. Lene Kostana is a breasty witch with flowing robes vibing in the background while the Truthseeker falls like a stylish comet from the sky. 

God did not grant me the gift to draw, because this artwork would be Too Horny.  

But yeah! Cavan Scott sure did give Dooku a psychic empathic connection with a lightning breathing Serennian dragon, abused and used by the Sith, who he loves and thinks is beautiful and ultimately destroys trying to help, and I’ll never be the same?!?

I mean, the metaphor is so on the nose. Dooku is the Tirra‘Taka. 

I like it because I like Dooku having a weird connection to specifically Serennian history and magic. I like that the planet’s Sith baggage becomes uniquely personal to him, through his relationship with this animal that he doesn’t understand, and of course, his father’s total rejection of him for being Force sensitive. And I love that the most prolific user of Force lightning in the series has a seemingly natural, organic connection to a lightning beast. I imagine the Tirra’Taka whispering dragon lullabies into his Force-sensitive dreams when he’s floating around in the womb.

And let’s not forget that the last thing Dooku does with the Tirra‘Taka is mentally bond himself with her before ultimately losing control and having to kill her. What did that, ah, do to him?? You know, Sifo-Dyas, on seeing Dooku do this, collapses on the ground in hysterical sobbing laughter and is thought by Jenza to have shattered his mind. And he’s just LOOKING at Dooku do this. What happened to Dooku, who was mentally inside the dragon, during that scene? 

As for my fics, I’ve kept it pretty subtle. I have played with the idea (mainly in Milk Run) that Dooku’s seeming extra talent for Force lightning is natural to him, a result of exposure to the Tirra’Taka in utero/infancy or being a Serennian Force sensitive. And that once he realizes this, he can use it for light side applications as well as dark - he can scramble electrical systems, or zap electro-cuffs off himself, or maybe he gets a little overpowered and feral during thunderstorms...

….actually I’m just realizing I missed the perfect opportunity to have him restart Sifo-Dyas’s stupid heart in Rabbit Heart that way, with lightning, instead of doing Space CPR. Damnit! :c

then why didn't he have a bigger role in its fixing?
