Am I the only one who, once characters you ship actually get together, you just completely lose interest in them. Like you enjoy the journey rather than the destination. Especially if it’s in canon.

It’s not SO bad in fics but I wouldn’t like anything more than a one shot with an established relationship that isn’t just background.

This is why I fear for things like Ineffable Hisbands because as soon as they become canon together no takebacksies then I know I’m just going to lose interest. Which sucks because some ships I really like end up, you know, actually being together and I just don’t care about them anymore.

And I never knew if this was a me thing or and Aro thing or a bit of both? Idk but it kinda sucks and I wanted to see if anyone else was like that or if it is a me thing.

This is part of the reason I’m glad that Thoschei isn’t actually together in canon because I know I would just loose interest immediately.
