Legacy of Chronos: Daughter of the Unknown God

Through her travels around the world/Infinite Realms, Ellie stumbles on Camp Halfblood and is mistaken for a demigod. She is determined to be a legacy of Cronus (Clockwork) and the child of an unknown god with a DP symbol (Danny).

Cue everyone mistaking Chronos for Kronos and thinking that the mystery god is a child of Kronos born sometime while he was in Tartarus. This misunderstanding is not helped by the fact that the Underworld is part of the Infinite Realms and portals to the Ghost Zone where often mistaken for portals to Tartarus.

Now Zeus is freaking out and wants to use Ellie as leverage against her father who obviously wants to take over Olympus. Percy/Thalia/Nico/Lester/whoever is now trying to keep Ellie out of Zeus’s paranoid clutches and get her back to Tartarus before her father goes looking for her.

(Ellie is so happy she made new friends, they’re even going to take her on a road trip to LA. Sure they seemed really nervous when she mentioned Danny would come looking for her if she didn’t check in soon, how was she supposed to know Hellhounds are cellphones anyway)

gem’s among us pov is out and That Round is actually crazy??? omg. the whole time being sus and then acting like everyone else is crazy for accusing her??? her literally chasing down jimmy and forcing him to say she’s not the impostor (he knows she is) while giggling the ENTIRE time he’s begging for his life. and then when they run into pearl she just segues back into innocent laughter and says she’s “just walking” and “this man is freaking out”. pearl gets suspicious and she pretends pearl’s being ridiculous. and then her following false and false is like “why are you following me” and she’s like “because it’s fun” before immediately killing her. and scar the other impostor shutting the door from beyond the grave and she yells “pearl!” like she’s genuinely scared and accuses impulse of shutting the door so he could kill pearl and the WHOLE TIME jimmy is actually panicking because gem literally told him she was the impostor but no one believes him??? “jimmy you would be dead if you were the impostor because you’re chatting so much” chefs kiss her turning jimmy’s founded accusations into just him talking too much to make him sound crazy. THE JIMMY KILL with her giggling while jimmy and impulse are shifting around each other is TOP tier work. she literally from scratch created the exact environment in which pearl could plausibly believe that it was impulse. grian screaming “she can’t keep getting away with this!” when pearl votes for impulse. top tier manipulator at work. this is life series level stuff. i’m shaking. brilliant. a masterpiece

#undertale yellow #get reaaaaal.#get so reaaaaaaaal.#i know that people make his conclusion correct because they wanna bring Kanako back (even though she's not actually dead)#or something along those lines to make Ceroba's whole tunnel visioned scheme all feel worth it in the end #(even though her whole arc is about not being so caught up in the past and reaching out to the people around her)#but it doesn't feel right to me that the serum would work. it feels more like the point is that this whole affair was a harebrained #scheme cooked up by a paranoid and desperate man.#believe what you wanna believe but personally i don't think being pure of heart would've been the answer. i don't think #there's any way for a miracle serum to be conjured up like that.#also SOUL stuff has been shown to be more complicated than most people think. alphys thought that injecting determination #into Fallen Down monsters would make their SOULs persist after death and they ended up waking up then fusing into Amalgamates #tldr: i *personally* think that even if Ceroba got Clover's SOUL the serum still wouldn't have worked.#(edit: I'm not vagueing anyone btw. To me, children of Zeus are natural strategists in the same way children of Athena are. But the difference is that Zeus and his kids have multiple plans and contingencies if a plan fails at a certain point and needs to shift gears. So like they employ Plan A and get all the way to stage four of the plan when suddenly there's a deviation from expectations for whatever reason. So they shift gears from Plan A1 to Plan A2, which accounted for this deviation and continue on.

Athena and her kids, however, come up with one solid, somewhat broader plan and refuse to deviate from it at all unless there is literally no other choice, in which case they will improvise quickly and efficiently to accomodate the change and get back on track to the original plan.
