Thinking back to this moment I captured at last year's Grammy Awards. Adele opened with her #1 hit Hello, and it was one of the best performaces I have ever seen. Later in the show, she started George Michael's tribute performance in the wrong key and made everyone stop so that she could restart it properly. This reminds me, even the most incredible talents in the world mess up; just like we do. The thing is, things happen. As a professional, you quickly admit it, and get started on the right foot right then and there. That's just about the best you can do.
