Because it was never about rider’s safety. It was about having riders able to sit on the bikes and race ans crash in an spectacular way to post on SM.

Charte and the medical panel is paid by DORNA/FIM, so they can fuck the riders as much as they want. And now that Charte has his own team (Quiron Salut) he can get away with doing and forcing more stuff into the riders without anyone stopping him. The blame is not on Quiron Salut because they are doing their job, blame is on Charle, DORNA and FIM for not taking into account the most important, riders safety.
