hero/villain showdown but one of them has a spontaneous medical emergency and the battle gets put on hold while their archnemesis drives them to Urgent Care

#it should be like. a hernia. or diverticulitis #something intestinal for maximum Awkward Scenario #and the entire car ride alternates between awkward silence and the driver lecturing their nemesis on the importance of regular check-ups #this is funnier if the hero is the one having the hernia tbh. but both options are Very Good #want to emphasize that it is a 'medical emergency ' that is clearly not extreme enough for the emergency room #and the sidekick/henchperson gets stuck in traffic so the hero/villain stays for moral support #they spend 8 hours in the waiting room playing Uno (it devolves into a screaming match)#at the end of the ordeal one of them vows to burn the hospital to the ground with their laser eye powers #and it's Not The One You Think #oh oh oh! ALTERNATIVELY:#it's an allergic reaction; one of them accidentally poisoned the other by using like. soybean derivative in a tranquilizer dart #emphasis on *accidentally*. yes they were technically fighting but That Wasn't Supposed To Happen #so now they're obligated to take responsibility and Stay In The Waiting Room #(can't decide if it's funnier if it's the hero or the villain stuck in this situation)#(probably the villain)#“why didn't you TELL me you were allergic to soybeans???”#“um because you would use it against me in combat?”#“as opposed to NOT telling me! which has worked out fantastic for you!!!”#villain being genuinely offended bc they have a biochemistry degree and have invented literally dozens of untraceable poisons #they have the scientific skill to poison their favorite jackass in hundreds of ways #(and have done so before! in admittedly non-fatal outcomes but that was by design okay)#but it's “dangerous” to do them the simple curtesy of informing them about a SOY ALLERGY????#above all else they consider themself a scientist #and they're LIVID that their favorite (reluctant) test subject lied about their medical history #“technically i didn't LIE--#“I read you the questionnaire! the very first time i held u hostage i READ YOU THE QUESTIONNAIRE!!!”#“...the what now”#“the MEDI--holy shit you weren't even paying attention were you #i had you bound and gagged over an ACTUAL BUBBLING ACID PIT and you couldn't even be bothered to--#“--so i was obviously a bit BUSY at that moment! #this post came about because #someone reblogged a cake from this IG account #but then made that post unrebloggable for whatever reason (seems a bit premature to be shutting things down at 40 notes imo)#so I was forced to go over there to contemplate whether the cake was actually worth reblogging myself #but then I found these pastas which are much more appealing to me than the cake in the first post #the intestine cake is not the cake from the original post -- it is actually far superior to that cake #so the whole thing really worked out to my visual advantage in the end #plus now I'm inspired to get the pasta roller out & start making patterns!

ive glutened myself again -_-

#at work lunch.... r.i.p...#this one was 100% my fault tho #i READ THE LABEL and somehow completely missed that there was barley malt in the chocolates #luckily id only eaten 2 because. they put them on the plate with the cake #it looked nice...#they were foil-wrapped so it wasnt TOTALLY unsafe but like. man.#YOU try eating a chocolate egg without the outside of the foil touching the chocolate #so i didnt eat those ones. i snuck them off to my desk and stuck them in my lunchkit #but i ate 2 later because i saw the bag lying out in the kitchen & grabbed some #then EVEN LATER i looked at the bag again & realized it said lindt & was like. wait a fucking second #90% of lindt chocolates have barley malt in them #so i checked the ingredients again & lo and behold. barley malt #i have to laugh at how clueless people are about gluten sometimes though #like. ok everyone else was having cake & they wanted to get a dessert i could eat #so they bought 2 different candies #BOTH OF WHICH HAD GLUTEN #chocolate with barley malt is a completely understandable mistake but like. bro.... twizzlers???? 😂#theres an INGREDIENTS LIST did u not look at the INGREDIENTS LIST at ALL??#first ingredient: sugar. second ingredient: wheat flour #im not even mad. it's just funny at that point #this is why i dont let most people cook for me. if you were wondering.#i have yet to experience much in the way of Symptoms so im hoping this is only a Minor Glutening #2 chocolate eggs worth of barley malt cant be all that much right?#r.i.p my intestines tho. this is at least the 3rd time in like the past month #it'll be interesting to see if it shows up on my bloodwork in the fall #they only check once a year & no one really knows how long the numbers STAY up for after a reaction #anyway u can probably tell from my tags here but im at least not feeling the psychological distress this time #experienced the despair preemptively yesterday. i was prepared #personal

Ah yes, new year, new favorite fandom AU blog overtaken by the talk of cannibalism after I've comfortably moved into the blog. (Happy New Year by the way!) I set up a nice little tent here and everything, and then the cannibalistic craze hit me like a tornado. I miss that days of fluff and my poor innocent Wukong and Macaque... (who am I kidding, those two were never innocent-)

But I guess we're doin' this. What’s every champion’s favorite part of the body? To eat, I mean. Like, do they like eating organs too? What about the bone marrow? Would they ever ask Red Son to experiment different ways to prepare it? I'm aware that liver can be dried into some pretty heart jerky and I've heard somewhere that you can turn bone marrow into a cake, but I'm not sure if that's true...

Sorry, I just saw all this cannibalism talk and I just wanna be involved, tee hee!…

Also, the bone marrow immediately reminded me of my dog ngl- In which case, it could probably be seen as like yoghurt if you cut up the bone and use it like a cup/bowl. Like, my brother usually uses a spoon to feed our dog bone marrow, so I could definitely see it as a snack option.

Wouldn't be too farfetched to assume you can make a cake out of it, considering how it feels like when served cold. Though if it's an oven cake, then obviously some adjustments in the recipe would have to be made due to how wobbly and liquidy bone marrow gets. But making one out of fully bone marrow would be possible when at least kept cold in theory, I believe? Can't confirm due to me only ever ripping the pieces apart so my dog will actually eat it, soooo-

But they would absolutely try different types of recipes. Maybe even mix up human and demon meat for newer creations. And yes, they do also eat organs. Not all organs though because they do need some remains for the forest.

I'm imagining their favorite parts, or I guess least disgusting parts for some, would be...

Macaque: Heart (Raw)

MK: Limbs (Raw)

Nezha: Liver (Cooked)

Considering how bad of an influence Wukong is, pretty sure MK is following with whatever his mentor eats too, tbh-

And I guess preferences might also change a bit depending on the meat- Like, if it's from a demon with the body of an animal someone may like eating more than another, then the favorite parts may differ-

the red shows the bits that are still organic ( although his spine is enforced and not fully original ).

as soon as he figures out a better way to get nutrients to his brain than what his original integral organs can do itll be all over for that remaining part of his torso. ( is what he says but maybe he just doesnt want to give up sweetmilk yet ). he doesnt have a fleshy heart any longer so the liquid that carries said nutrients is some artificial liquid solution. dont think about it too hard, okay.

Ive gotten out the fuckoff massive bio textbook for this.
