I want to say he'd be against abortion because of his upbringing and cultural environment. But I can honestly see Light Yagami being pro-choice, especially when you consider the Yotsuba-Arc and his "unwillingness to manipulate" Misa and her feelings for him.

On the other hand, I want to say Kira would be pro-life. Any proper cult leader knows you need followers bred into your theology, as their easier to control.
