things didn’t work out with the Mothman

I don’t think the siren mentioned in Lost Legends that Ford had dated ever had a name, so I’ve decided to call her Penelope because silly Epic reference

I found those deleted storyboards from A Tale of Two Stans where it showed the siren and so I’ve decided to draw her my way based on those boards and do some sillies (5th drawing features my friend @pinkhibiscustea ‘s mermaid OC)

I think that’s the thing, isn’t it? Big Daddy liked spending time with his grandsons a lot when they were younger! Peri was very fascinated with all the stories his grandpa shared. Though for a good chunk of them, Timmy had to cover his ears for.

As they grew older, Big Daddy was very interested in teaching his grandsons how to run the "family business". Wanda had to put a stop to it when she found Peri was learning how to use a weaponized wand. Big Daddy has good intentions and a big heart! He's just a bit misguided on how to express it to his grandsons haha.

Liliana telling Imogen, "You know how much I miss just taking care of those horses? You know how much I dream of just walking the fields and making breakfast at sunrise? All that was taken from me" really brings to mind something that Laudna said to Imogen in episode 49:

"If you wish to have a quiet life in a cozy cottage in a field, raise horses and just be, no gods or fates or destiny can keep you from that."

That's the crux of why Liliana's argument fails to be convincing. Laudna is right--at any moment in this journey, Imogen could have decided she didn't need to do this and found a cottage to settle down in. At any point in 14-16 years of wandering Exandria before finding the Verity, Liliana could have gone home and had all the things she feels were "taken" from her. But she didn't, and that was her decision, not the fault of the gods, or Predathos, or any other force she thinks kept her away. She decided she needed answers more than that cozy life she loved so much. Foisting the responsibility of that decision does not erase that it was hers

Eehh because he knows what it's like to have a daughter?? Cus he's a caretaker by heart and wants to take care of whoever Stolas takes care of?? My dude is a father, ofc he's gonna welcome his partner's daughter with open arms?? Doesn't matter if they know each other or not. A father's love is unconditional and Blitz plans on doing his best in that role.

Odo as a transfem who has never allowed herself to experience feelings of romantic or sexual attraction because of body dysphoria because when she sees herself as a man— a man who very distinctly resembles her abusive father, no less— she can't stomach those things at all.

Kira encouraging Odo to try different humanoid forms, to play with gender presentation, until Odo realises she really likes being a woman actually, and it makes her feel comfortable and at home in her form in a way she never has and thought she never could.

Kira smiling at her with eyes sparkling and telling her how beautiful she looks when she smiles for real like that and how anyone would be lucky to meet such a gorgeous woman and Odo realising she can see it now.

She can picture herself holding hands and kissing Kira and it doesn't make her insides feel wrong and knotted and nauseous anymore. She's in love with Kira and it's a good feeling.

Thinking again about the fact that when Eddie and Dustin finally convince Steve to play DnD with the party, all of them, but especially Eddie, quickly become exasperated with Steve who has extremely high charisma, and decides that he can fix almost any situation by flirting with whoever they were in conflict with. Especially the fucking monsters, this man is bound and determined to himself a monster boyfriend and until it happens, he will make every single person they come across fall in love with him. So naturally, this happens a lot:

Steve: I’m going to flirt with them

Eddie, exasperated: Steve, you can’t date this monster, he’s trying to kill you-

Steve: Hot.

Steve: I’ll flirt with them harder then
