hmm it depends on what you like about it… ragad is so special there’s nothing quite like it to me. but i think withnail & i and synecdoche new york would be appealing to the same audience… withnail & i is another movie about two aimless actors in very unfortunate situations and to me has a similar tone to ragad and synecdoche ny is also a movie about loss of identity, the inevitability of death, and the relationship between theatre and real life. a serious man is also a movie about cartoonishly horrible things happening to a guy with no control in his life. maybe scarecrow as well.

I don't really think it's fair to dismiss the idea that that guy might have been framed for killing the CEO as like an unfounded conspiracy theory when NYPD has a proven history of planting/fabricating evidence on people. in 2011 there was a massive investigation of the NYPD and hundreds of cases against people were dismissed after a former police officer testified that they literally have a name for planting evidence on people: flaking. you cannot be out here acting like considering the possibility that cops who do this shit under normal circumstances might possibly also do it when they're under intense global pressure and scrutiny is the same as republicans thinking democrats run a secret pedophile ring in the basement of a pizza restaurant

a project I finally got around to finishing!! the mane 6, inspired by their earlier generation counterparts, within a medieval fantasy style setting. please don't repost without permission! you just need to ask.

some fun facts:

fluttershy is half unicorn here!! that's why she has the deer-like build and slightly long tail.

rarity is half horse

applejack is fully just a horse.

pinkie and rainbow are the only true ponies

their jobs (in the order shown in the lineup) are royal messenger, royal jester, royal menagerie keeper, royal tailor, royal orchard farmer and Queen Celestia's Most Specialest Student.

in this au, they all met due to working within the castle grounds.

in this au, celestia is queen, luna is still banished, and twilight is discouraged from making friends as it distracts her from her studies. she is celestia's heir and grew up in the castle.

they are all marekissers. lol. also rarity is transfem and rainbow is bigender.
