Recently I found this old art I made for roleplaying being a fujo, while making up fake PIDW excerpts to intuit qijiu from PIDW. It was lots of fun, I hope I can find time to do it again in the future maybe.
(I did have an update ready but my laptop crashed while typing and I never recovered from that loss...)
I do remember the update starting like
"Hello my fellow sisters and brothers! I'm sorry for being MIA so long, I got into a car accident and was in a several month coma. ꃋᴖꃋ (。﹏。*)
Before continuing to some new fake 100 word fake PIDW excerpt that totally hints qijiu, trust me bro fkdjskdlkjwasd alas its lost forever forever mourining the loss
#qijiu#svsss#tbh idk what else to tag it haha#i dont want it spread too much#i do vaguely remember starting some shenanigans in the new forum and wanting to have some online rivals to lover forum wlw going#and a characte rcalled xxmbjswifexx or similar#opposed to mobing shipper whos lmy stan who later becomes slowly very annoying because she'd come up with blatantly wrong stuff#in a similar spirit to sans = undertale#but then irl came and i lost momentum for that#man i had so many sockpuppet accounts

Hi I'm a big Classic Sans fan do you have any more HC from him interacting with all the other Skeletons? What do they all think of him?
Let's do a "What Sans thinks of all the other skeletons"!
Undertale Papyrus - His little (well not so little anymore) hero. Sans is so proud of how well his brother adapted to the Surface and he is so admirative of how he managed to completely give up the Royal Guard to become a nurse. That's so much more fitting for him and he is happy he's finally living his dream of helping people to the fullest. He's so good at his job, he couldn't be a prouder big brother.
Underswap Sans - They're close friends. Sans will never not find it funny how he's so much similar to his brother and somehow looks so disturbingly like himself. He admires Blue a lot for his bravery and strength. He wishes Papyrus could be that comfortable with how powerful his magic is sometimes. Maybe that would have happened too if Papyrus ended up being the big brother, who knows.
Underswap Papyrus - They're really close friends. Sans realized really fast that Honey is like him, but a little more shyer. He can't help but dragging him into his shenanigans because Honey transforms into some god of mischief when they're planning pranks together. They're a menace to society and they love it. They both have the same type of humor and they love hanging out together.
Underfell Sans - Red is so funny. To annoy, I mean. They have a cat-like relationship. Red is always suspicious when he's around and Sans can't help but mess with him whenever he can do so. He can't help it. Red is soooo easy to prank and the fact all his tries to get back to him fail is even more hilarious. Sans can never get bored of him.
Underfell Papyrus - He's not very comfortable with Edge. He can tell he went through complicated things, but Edge tends to use a little too much his past as an excuse for everything he's doing and Sans doesn't like that. Sometimes he is just mean to others for no valid reason. He prefers to avoid him.
Horrortale Sans - They have a complicated relationship. Sans has nothing against him, far from that, but Oak is resentful towards him. Sans knows it's not really his fault, and that Oak just sees a lot of his own past mistakes in him. He's a little bit his ghost of the past and Sans can perfectly understand why Oak doesn't like to hang out around him too much. He respects that and tries to stay out of his way to help him feel better. Who knows, maybe in a few years?
Horrortale Papyrus - It's still heartbreaking for Sans to think that whatever happened to Willow could have happened to his brother in another timeline. He can't fix what happened, but Sans is always nice to Willow and tries to make him feel comfortable when he's around. It's hard to ignore he is so much like his brother, even though Willow is so traumatized he's refusing to call himself Papyrus again. Sans hopes Willow knows he can be himself around him.
Horrorswap Sans - Sans can tell a lot of people misunderstands Nugget and think of him as insensitive. Even if he could never understand how he abandoned his brother in the end, he can perfectly understand all he sacrificed for his brother to not be killed, until he was not feeling anything anymore. Nugget has a lot more things in common with him than what he could be ok with. And sometimes, that scares him.
Horrorswap Papyrus - He feels terrible for Pumpkin, especially because he is so close to his Underswap counterpart. Sans can tell that whatever happened to him completely broke his spirit. But he can tell that people pitying him are not helping either. So he does what he does best and tries to bring back a little bit of Pumpkin's jokester side by dragging him into some shenanigans with Honey. He can tell Pumpkin loves being included and all his expression changes when he's having fun. He hopes he will get better eventually.
Horrorfell Sans & Papyrus - He doesn't know a lot about them and they're pretty secretive about their past. He can tell though they've been through a lot as Copper is a lot less receptive to humor than Red. He just tries to be nice to them, but kindness is obviously not what they need.
Swapfell Sans - He's not sure about Nox, he's hard to read. Sans can tell he got badly abused by someone. He was abused, he knows these things. But his universe is very, very different from his, and even if Sans is trying, it seems they haven't found a good way to communicate yet. Sans would like to know him better, as he can tell Nox is way more than that grumpy little man figure he's playing, but he's not sure how to help him talk. Sans has a feeling they are not that different though, the few things he learned about him are awfully similar to his own story.
Swapfell Papyrus - Rus is a little too much for Sans to handle. He likes him, but he likes him better when he doesn't see him for long lol. He's a prankster, but at least he knows when things are going a bit too far. Rus doesn't. Sans can tell that's probably because he grew up by himself, and that he is a lot more of a sad clown than what he tries to pretend. Sans uses humor to deflect trauma, Rus does that too but makes it his whole identity, which is actually very concerning. It looks to Sans that Rus is screaming for help but that no one is noticing. So even if he is not a big fan of Rus, he tries to be nice to him to get him to confess. Rus needs someone to talk to.
Fellswap Gold Sans - Nah. He can tell when someone tries to manipulate him and he's definitely not fooled by Wine's little game of charm. Sans can feel he has a very high LV and it makes him uncomfortable. Unlike with Nox where he can tell the LV is mainly because he didn't have a choice, it's very clear to him that with his skills, Wine had a choice and clearly chose to hurt people anyway. He doesn't trust him and stays very cold around him. He doesn't want Wine to find things he can use against him or his brother.
Fellswap Gold Papyrus - And that's a shame because, on the other hand, Sans loves Coffee. Coffee reminds him a lot of Papyrus in his teen years, except that it's clear no one helped to boost his confidence a little and he stayed in a perpetual state of anxiousness that got worse. He's messing with him a little, but that's never meant, mainly to try to make him laugh a little and relax. Sans can't help but be a little protective around him, even if he tries to hold back as Coffee is clearly lacking independence. He can tell Coffee is dying to do things by himself, and can perfectly do them by himself, but that without Wine's consent, he's lost. He's not sure why Wine kept him under a dome his whole life but that clearly didn't help his brother and actually made him scared of everything. Coffee definitely needs help, he's just not sure how he can help him.
Outertale Sans - Sans loves to hang out with Moon. They're very similar, which is weird sometimes, but Moon used to live in space, and for Sans that makes him the coolest monster to hang out with. He's always go full nerd mode when he's with Moon and keeps asking a thousand questions about his universe because he's just so curious. He would love to visit his world if he can.
Outertale Papyrus - He calls him his space brother, even though Sun and Papyrus are actually very different. Sans can tell that's because space was a lot more dangerous to grow up in than the Underground actually. Sun has hyper-fixations like his brother, but it's more of a hyper-fixation on security instead of very dangerous traps. He can still remember how poor Sun almost fainted when Papyrus showed him his very unsafe gauntlet of deadly terror.
Dancetale Sans - They're close friends. They're basically twins, except Rambo is actually not lazy and does sports lol. That's the only difference. Not all people know that though and their favorite game is to prank people by making them believe they're having Sans hallucinations. Sans everywhere. They could never get bored of that game.
Dancetale Papyrus - Salsa is so similar to his brother that it happened once or twice that he mistook him for his brother. For his defence though, Rumba made the same mistake with Papyrus too. If you don't know Salsa likes dancing instead of deadly puzzles, it's hard to tell the difference. They're wearing different scarves now so people stop making the mistake.
Dancefell Sans - He's even funnier to bully than Red because Rumba is very gullible. Sans plays some of his best pranks to Rumba because he always realizes long after it's done that Sans pranked him. Sans is living for those small moments of realization. The look on his face is priceless.
Dancefell Papyrus - He's not a big fan of Tango. He reminds him a little too much of Papyrus when he wanted to please everyone Underground. Except it's working for him, and now it's clear the guy is putting way too much pressure on himself. He's not sure when, but it's pretty clear for Sans that he's going to be overwhelmed at some point and that it's not going to be a good experience for him.
Farmtale Sans - Sans sees Sam as a sort of mentor figure. It's hard to explain. They're the same age but Sam has so much older Sans energy that Sans often comes to see him for advice. He's not the only one doing that, so maybe he gives this impression to a lot of people. Sam always has good words when he's feeling a little down and somehow always manages to remotivate him a little. He's also extremely patient and always happy to help. It's clearly one of Sans' best friends and Sans tries to be there for him too when he needs it, even if it seems nothing can break Sam's spirit. Sam even manages to convince him to work on the farm sometimes, that's how good he is.
Farmtale Papyrus - Sans loves Ben a lot. He's a very shy version of his brother but with the same spirit. Sans also guessed really fast that he's transgender, just like him, and that it's really recent. Sans is helping him to accept his new body better and is glad to give little tricks to help. He can tell people were not so nice to him when he changed and he wants to prove him not all people are like that actually.
Mafiatale Sans & Papyrus - He doesn't know them that much but he knows they both have high LV, even though they never lived Underground. Sans does not trust them. That Sans looks a little more too condescending and he doesn't know what's wrong with that Papyrus, silent and just staring at people like they're prey, but he doesn't like it.
Mafiafell Sans - Despite sharing a love for dogs, that's pretty much all they have in common lol. Sans mistook him for Red once but quickly figured out Fang has a lot less humor than Red when Fang immediately tried to kill him for mocking him. Sans learned his lesson and stayed out of his way now.
Mafiafell Papyrus - That's what happened when Papyrus never got out of his goth rebellious phase. Sans is glad he escaped that. It's also clear that this Papyrus got way too many privileges growing up and his condescending nature shows it. That's clearly his brother if he got enrolled young by the wrong people. He can't hate Torpedo, but he stays out of his way. His unstable LV is worrying though. That's clearly a ticking bomb that doesn't has any conscious of the consequences of too much LV.
Ink - Sans smelled problems the first time he met him and decided to not interact. He doesn't know what is the deal with that guy, but that can't be good.
Error - One day, Error told him that everyone was an anomaly but that he was ok. Sans is still not sure to that day if it was supposed to be a compliment or not.
Disbelief Papyrus - That's his second brother. Sans was wondering why Delta kept snooping around the house until he realized that's because of him. Delta was dying to talk to him and was too scared to do so because he had his own Papyrus. Learning how he lost his Sans was heartbreaking and Sans knew that all poor Delta wanted was to have his brother again. So Sans adopted him. He doesn't care if he has two Papyrus, all he saw was that his brother was in bad psychological distress and needed to be comforted. With time, Delta realizes by himself he's not his Sans, takes his time to grieve his brother, and starts loving him for who he is and to get better, that's all that matters for Sans. Sans considers him as family the same way Papyrus is and may have secretly promised on the tomb of Delta's Sans that he would take care of him so that other Sans can finally rest in peace.
Killer Sans - Killer wants nothing to do with him and made it very clear. That's good because Sans doesn't want to do anything with him either. He knows they're the same, he doesn't know how the hell he ended up with so much hatred and so much LV, but that can't be good. He's not sure he is ready to know the truth anyway.
Dustale Sans - Dune tried to kidnap Papyrus several times, and tried to kill him twice because he interfered. Sans is not sure what's his deal but he doesn't like him. He's not sure what happened to him, but Dune clearly crossed the line by pushing his magic limitations to the point LV became a part of his personality. You don't get to that point without trying to see how far you can go. You don't get to that point without wiping the whole Underground actually. Sans doesn't trust him the slightest and wants him to stay far away from his house.

SUNSETTER - An Undertale roleswap take
A couple months back I started making a concept for an Underswap take. I'm happy with what I've made thus far.
Long ago, Monsterkind and Humanity lived together in harmony. But a war sparked, and the peace shattered. The monsters, overpowered, made a bunker, and hid underground. The humans, discovering this, created a machine to keep monsterkind from leaving it, hoping their opponents would eventually die out. And the war soon was long forgotten...
... Eventually, in the year of 202X, a story unfolds.
On the surface are the caverns of Night's Aura. Underneath the earth lies the refuge of Monsterkind...
A bit of information before we get onto characters...
This is a human's SPIRIT, the very essence of one's being. A monster's spirit, containing seven human's spirits, would become godlike.
Anyways...
The first character swap on the AU is...
A Flowey - Frisk swap!
Finley is a human kid, around 15 years old. They're a bit of a brat. After running away from home, they hide away in a cave. Picking up sticks to make a fire, they unfortunately discovered some loose ground, and fell into the SETTLEMENT.
The Human is... a human? Maybe. They seem a bit... undead, though. A silent type, seemingly not talking at all. Who knows if they can. They hide and watch from the shadows, acting on instinct alone. No one seems to know they exist. What even are they?
Next is your average Asgore - Toriel swap!
Asgore is the guide to the OL' TOWN from the OUTSKIRTS, and one who used to be the king of Monsterkind. He's a big fuzzy pushover, just like in Undertale. He's beloved by all in the area. It's a wonder why he's so far from the captial... but he's there to give hope to all that lives in Town.
Toriel is the keeper of the BARRICADE, and the queen of Monsterkind. As of now, all know how she tires from the situation she's in. Many fear her wrath, but others know her warmth. With her mighty blade, Queen TORIEL will set all free.
As with most Underswap takes, you can't have it without the usual Papyrus - Sans swap!
Papyrus is a skeleton who's lost his ambition. Due to certain circumstances, a goal he once had is completely out of reach. Due to this, he's become a bit more... distant. He's not lazy by any means, but he has a hard time getting up in the morning. Besides all of that, he still shares some visions and ideals as his original self. Though, perhaps someone can come by and help him...
Sans is also a skeleton. The Skeleton, even. He's mainly very similar to his original lazybones self. But he's gotten a little more upbeat and extroverted, in an attempt to help his brother get back to his former greatness. There isn't much else to add, actually. At the core, he really is still Sans, puns, pranks, and all. Though, he does have a few jobs, including working as an assistant for a magical girl vigilante. Though, it's mainly just taking phone calls. They'd be met through SNOHFAL CAVERNS and the CITY OF SNOHFALIN
I decided to do something interesting for my Alphys - Undyne swap, but the usual thing is still like the average one.
Alphys is the aforementioned magical girl style vigilante in the WETLANDS, trying to make a name for herself. The matters of protection throughout the SETTLEMENT had lessened before she started, due to certain circumstances. She's gotten herself a few fans, stopped a few crimes, supported the local soup kitchen... But she still feels like there's more she can do. Toriel's stressed, and she knows this. So, maybe... she can try to get the next fallen human's SPIRIT on her own.
Undyne is the Queen's Royal Engineer, and a rather good one at that. She's made various ways of making the settlement, and the lives of those that reside in it, better. Though, there's nothing that outdoes the previous ones's greatest creation, MEGA, a generator that powers the entire Settlement. She resides in a laboratory in PYROCLAST Due to certain circumstances, she's much more determined to get the next fallen human's SPIRIT. She's enlisted the help of a ghostly friend of hers to help her do so.
The Blook Cousins have a different swapping arrangement from normal Underswap Napstablook - Dummy Mettaton - Mad Dummy/Mew Mew
Scarecrow is, well... a scarecrow. A ghost monster possessing a scarecrow, actually. Despite their name, and weird face, they're actually rather shy. They probably just need a little cheering up once in a while. They also really like music.
Bittinaugh (pronounced: bitty-naff) is just your average ghost monster. They don't talk much, though. Who really knows what goes on in that little ghost's head. They're also a shy sort, and a bit sensitive, despite their monotonous expression.
Starcrow is also a ghost monster possessing a scarecrow. Though, they have VERY high aspirations for themself. They wish to be a celebrity, a star for the whole SETTLEMENT to enjoy. After learning about a human's fall through their cousin, they decided that a perfect start to showbiz would be to face one head on!
The "Mad Mew Mew" boss would have them possess a big gundam-like figure, with similarities to Mettaton EX.
Amornalek (pronounced: a-more-na-leck) seems to be your average robotic suit of armor, but she's actually a VENGEFUL SPIRIT!!! Or... just an angry ghost monster possessing the suit. She works with Undyne, and is her best friend... and training dummy for battle practice. They two spar a lot, and it's fun for the both of them. Undyne souped-up her with a TON of weapons. Magic, missiles, knives, a LOT of knives, those knives were kinda Amor's idea.
There's an "EX" form, but I haven't designed it. It would be similar to Mad Mew Mew, but not exactly. It'd also go for more of a mix of cute-yet-violent in design than just cute.
And finally, Asriel - Chara
Both of them are... more or less the same as in canon. Their life and death are more or less the same. It's just that Undyne was allowed by Queen Toriel to use Chara's corpse for a... certain experiment. Being allowed to do so was due to desperation, and the idea of at least seeing one of her children alive again.
But that's another story. ... Which I'm gonna tell right now.
SOW-WOS - The "Willpower" Experiments
There was an attempt by Undyne to make stronger monsters/warriors, beings able to get past and destroy the barricade. All of the monsters that were experimented on were volunteers, rather than just being on death's door like in Undertale. Each and every volunteer was a member of that time's current Royal Guard.
Each volunteer was given a machine put inside their bodies that courses Willpower, a lifeblood extracted from the previously collected human SPIRITs, throughout their body.
Unfortunately, the volunteers start to become a metallic-like fluid, an immense pull making them come together. Their bones and joints reconfigured within the combined masses. The fluid hardens and loses polarity as they turn from magnetic fluid, to almost a hard metal, like titanium.
The amalgamates form, with a distinct taste in the air... similar to that of copper.
These experiments, Undyne couldn't reveal the full results of, so she locked the masses down below the main lab. She simply recorded that they perished in the experimentation. And what makes things worse, is that the body of the deceased human had disappeared. Learning this, Toriel completely disbanded the Royal Guard, not wanting something like this to happen again. She put Undyne on probation, yet did not completely fire her. The whole thing was an accident, completely unexpected, and the subjects were volunteers. It was not Undyne's fault. But to Undyne, it was. With that on her shoulders, she made it her new mission to get the next human's SPIRIT... By any means necessary.

Headcanons of the undertale, underfell horrortale, and underswap boys with a fallen angel reader?
Reader has scars on her back from them being ripped out.
Sans:
At first he's concerned for you, he's worried that whoever gave you those scars could come back. When you reveal your wings were ripped off he gets even more worried, unlike humans, most Monsters wouldn't survive such an attack so to see the reminder of an attack like that worries him. He starts to research ways to give you your wings back and ways to prevent whoever ripped them off from coming around again.
He also asks a lot of questions, some probably inapropirate. But he means well, he's just very curious about this 'God' figure and if you were an angel old enough to have lived through the creation of the unvirse, oh boy, does he have questions.
Papyrus:
When Papyrus first sees the scars its only a glimpse. Your shirt or dress slipping down enough for him to see the start of the scars. He doesn't say anything, he doesn't want to make you upset or bring up any bad memories.
When your scars flair up in pain he's there. Even if you don't tell him about your wings, or your past, he doesn't demand anything. He's just upset you were hurt so badly at some point.
Papyrus is willing to help with the pain whenever, you need medicine? He's running to the cabinet, you need a back rub? Gloves off right then and there, he doesn't care, he just wants you happy and healthy
Red:
He first sees your scares after you first sleep together, when you turn over to rest they catch his eye. "Who the hell did this to ya?!" he would growl out, demanding the name of the perpatrator, of course he couldn't just go and throw hands with God (he wishes he could though) so instead he focuses on making you feel protected.
For a while afterwards he's extra touchy if anyone in the Underground, aside from his brother, gets near you.
He calms down after a while, though his protective streak does flair up everytime your scars ache
Edge:
he's throwing hands with God rn, you can't stop him. Knock knock pearly gates, he's coming your way.
No but seriously, he offers to.
He also starts training you, you and him go out every day in order to practise fighting. You're pretty weak at first, unused to not being able to fly away from danger but you start improving pretty quickly.
Soon you're the power couple everyone wishes they were
Blue:
quiet concern at first, he tries not to pry but his curiosity eventually gets the better of him. When you reveal to him what happened he insists on training you, unlike Edge, his training is less offensive and more defensive and (assuming because you're a fallen angel you have magic) he also trains you to heal better.
He's always trying to keep you away from your insecuritys, whether it's about your beauty "your scars are so cool! They make you look even more beautiful!" to the shame "You stood up for yourself! Not many people can do that, you should be proud!" and the pain "Here, this should help with the phantom pains"
Stretch:
Stretch is the type to quietly comfort you, he doesn't ask questions and he doesn't pry. He knows what it's like to have to keep secrets. He makes sure other people don't see or know about the scars if your uncomfortable with people knowing about them.
He's similar to Blue in that he'll try and raise your spirits, but he do it in a more subtle way. If he notices your upset, he'll grab your favourite sweet on the way home, or he'll suggest doing your favourite activity. Most likely though he'll just drag you into a sleepy cuddle.
Axe:
He doesn't actually think much of it. Horrific scars and injurys are pretty common for Monsters. He doesn't bring it up much, but he doesn't let you bring it down either. Like how you don't let him talk badly about his own injury.
Overall, it's not a big deal to him, he doesn't care that your backs all messed up, so what? so's his head. He'll defend you against anyone who insults you over your scars as well.
Crooks:
Crooks winces everytime he sees the scars. He's a nurse so he can absolutely tell what sorta damage that injury must have caused. He helps take care of you when flare ups happen and because he's a trained nurse he can actually get more heavy painkillers than anyone else could.
He also helps with physical therapy He knows it hurts, but if you get through it you'll get better!
Soon with the help of Crooks you're able to do things you haven't done in years!
_______
hope you liked!

Clockwork head canons?
-Many believe that he was 'born' the day humans started becoming aware of the flow of time and started measuring it. That is untrue, that was simply the day he started interacting with humanity as he started to find them i̶̡̅͆̊̃ñ̵͍̟͚̓̓̾ẗ̵͍̣͈̳̎͝e̵̠̋̄̈́̄r̴̨̯̉̑͜ė̶̫̜̔̚s̶͓͕̑t̷̩̻͈̑i̴̼̪̘͔̅̊̇n̸̡͐̀̎͘g̴̘̩͓͐̊͂ͅ.
-He is banned from using slang because whenever he does, he mixes centuries of different slang terms from the past, present, and future all together and it sounds terrible.
-While for the most part, he takes his job as overseer of the time streams seriously, he is also very lazy and will only interfere with human world/ghost zone affairs if: 1. Literally everyone and everything will be destroyed if he doesn't (thankfully uncommon occurrence). 2. Someone who caught his eye asked him/pushed him to (rare occurrence which is usually undone immediately after the person realizes they fucked up). 3. He thinks it would be funny if he did (thankfully very rare).
-You DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT want to catch Clockwork's eye. He does not have a human moral compass or a ghost moral compass for that matter. Catching Clockwork's eye is like catching Zeus's eye; Any positive benefits to it are normally greatly outweighed by the negative consequences that come with it. His love for mortals, ghosts, and halfas is akin to how real world people love fictional characters, we put those bitches in situations.
-The absolute best case scenario you can get by knowing him is one similar to Danny's case where the only reason why he thinks Clockwork is his ally is because Danny has very limited exposure to him and the few times he and Clockwork crossed paths, he did help Danny out.
-Every other ghost, human, and Vlad who had the misfortune of interacting with him have serious horror stories about him. The Vlad in the show's shown timeline stays very fucking far away from him for very good reasons.
-He would kin both Sans Undertale and W.D. Gaster.
-The reason why his age constantly fluctuates is for two reasons: 1. humans and ghosts cannot perceive his true form as neither of them are capable of comprehending time to the extent that Clockwork, the primordial spirit of time is capable of comprehending. 2. He willingly mirrors humanity in the sense that they are both the answer to the oldest riddle.
-He likes collecting novelty clocks as well as forms of media that depict time travel/time manipulations.
#danny phantom#dp clockwork#He is simultaneously a silly little guy under a serious exterior and a nightmare beyond comprehension under a silly little guy exterior <3

More SequenceShift Fun Facts
Decided to do another round of these until I get more asks or art out there. Hope this'll hold things over for now. Also here's the first on in case you haven't seen it
Kit the Fox (aka Kanako) acts in a similar manner to Flowey in Undertale Yellow, as in she acts as Clover's SAVE feature. However, unlike UTY, Clover himself can also SAVE on his own (albeit with a bit of guidance). And unlike Flowey, Kit absolutely loves this and sees a sort of kindred spirit with Clover.
Kit herself is something of a 'Flowey-in-Progress'. She's been experimenting with her SAVE and RESET powers but hasn't gone on rampages quite like Flowey has...not yet anyway. She's also a bit more childish and immature than him.
Instead of a bunch of scattered Monsters, the inhabitants of the Remnants (aka ruins) are a part of a small community that's helmed by Chujin. Generally, these are a mix of monsters from different backgrounds, some followers of Chujin, others who remained even after the city was abandoned.
To fit in with the mix of Western and Asian influence in SS, Clover wields both a gun and a katana in combat.
Before she was Empress, Ceroba sometimes joined in on the Feisty Five's antics in the Wild East as a way to detox a little bit from being Princess. She stopped after her mother passed and she was made Empress, but Ceroba still kept her hat to remind her of those days.
Martlet in SequenceShift is canonically an amputee and has fancy metal legs that she and Chujin worked on. Some of the flashbacks will even have her in a wheelchair prior to the prosthetics.
On a Pacifist Run, Dina's boss fight on Frostpeak will be skipped entirely. It's instead replaced with an encounter where she offers to take Clover to Frostpeak Settlement by giving them a piggyback ride.
While Dalv visits the Remnants frequently, he actually lives in Frostpeak, just a little bit outside of the Settlement itself. He still has Pops around and works on both his organ playing and making children's books. However, he's still fairly reclusive, with Starlo being perhaps the only person he's really opened up to recently, aside from Chujin.
Of all Six Rangers, Moray and Mooch have the strongest bond with eachother. Due to both being assigned to Lakeside, they generally spend time with one another and share their concerns over the Empress's orders and Starlo's undying loyalty to her.
A follow up on the last post I made, Dina occasionally joins Sans in making puns. This irritates Papyrus to no end.
If there's anything I haven't covered so far, feel free to ask me!

Godtale
So does anyone remember anything about the undertale au Reapertale other then the fact that Sans is a grim reaper. If you answer yes to this your probably lying. So here is Godtale plus Godtale yellow
Asgore- All father and god of Mount Ebott, he who started a war with Mortal due to the death and disrespect of his son by Chara the Blamed. Said to have slain the six mortal champions that came to the mountain to quell his fury
Toriel- The goddess of Hearth, family, and symbol of the mother bears and Formally married to the All father Asgore. After the declaration of war on mortals, Toriel left Asgore ands retreated for a cave until the time was right to strike against the foolish all father
Sans- The god of good times, relaxing, bad humors, tormentor of the god of good mental jests, judgement and psychopomps who found himself in good company with the goddess of the hearth Toriel. She asked of him a promise to judge the mortal fairly when they cross hin and he agreed
Papyrus- The god of wheat, tomatoes, mental jests, platonic friendships, brother to the god of good times and allies to the warrior god who serves the all father. When Papyrus encounter Frisk the Determined he himself was determined to capture them so that he could join the illustrious ranks of the warrior god
Undyne- The one eyed Warrior god of wrestling, the spear of the All father and fire ironically as she’s often depicted as a humanoid fish. She is good friends (and nothing else) with the goddess of occult knowledge, considered a good friend with the god of wheat to which they get into cooking matches. Now supposedly when she was still a young wild god she encountered the mortal warrior known as either Gab or Cody the kind, sources vary. There is an even more conflicting information that she has an aspect known as the Undying remains to be seen, but what is held as fact is that this due to her encountering Chara the blamed who was trying to kill a young spirit, she took the attack and from her body sprang the Undying.
Mad Dummy- A spirit that represents anger, one of their epithets is Mad Dummy Za Worldo, but that neither hear nor there. What is important is that Mad Dummy has a major aspect known as Mad Mew Mew, who represent a form of death and rebirth ironic if you ask me.
Naptstablook- A spirit that represent malaise. They often credited as being a great musician with toon capable of sending you to a different realm
Alphys- The goddess of the occult, forbidden knowledge, accidental corruption of life and golem making. Ancient scripts says that she usurped a god known as Gaster, but that is only hear say and rumors of the crazy.
Mettaon- A spirit who inhabits the body of a golem the goddess of the occult created.
Mettaon the cubed- An aspect of Mettaon that represent constraint, but solid defence
Mettaon Ex- Represent coming out of your shell, and performance
Mettaon Neo- Another aspect similar to the Undying after an encounter with Chara the Blamed. Some say that they represent a solid defense, but that is a lie spread by mad men
Frisk- Frisk the determined is one of the mortal warriors who came to Mount Ebott for unknown reason. It is said that their journey ended with them getting other mortals to respect the old gods as they are said to be the only to reach Mount Ebott’s top.
Chara- It is said that Chara is an aspect of Frisk or the other way around as they share the epithet of the determined. They also go by Chara the blamed as they represent those whose curiosity got the best of them and now need a scapegoat to blame. Ironic as it is said that they were adopted by the All father and goddess of the hearth.
Flowey- A trickster deity and the husk of Asriel the god of hopes and dreams. He tricked the god of Wheat into bringing the other god together so that he could steal their power, turning into or back into Asriel the absolute. It is said that Frisk the determined defeated Asriel the absolute and with his defeat able to ascend to the top of the mountain
Godtale yellow
Dalv- god of lighting and lord of the deep dark within the cave Toriel dwells in. He accept offering of corns and has association with the goddess of sweet dreams.
Martlet- The goddess of craftsmanship and duty. Apparently traveled with the Mortal Clover the just, according to some stories. Was imprisoned by those who surround the god of corn. Some say she an aspect of Papyrus, but this is false.
Zenith Martlet- An aspect of Martlet and a psychopomps from the story of Clover the unjust. Represent the fury against those who believe themselves to be just and will punish those with claws and feathers a flying. Some say the Zenith is an aspect of Sans, but this is false because they were kicking about at the same time
Starlo- A god of corn, heroism, justice (debatably), honor, the sands of the west and friend to the goddess of motherhood and legacy. He is accompanied by four minor gods.
Morray-A minor god of the sword, who was incorrectly labeled as an aspect of Undyne until it was discovered Morray uses a sword.
Ed- A minor god of strength and is alway willing to lend a hand.
Ace- A mystery minor god of luck and card play
Mooch- A minor god of thievery and sneakiness. To me it kind of odd that Starlo is associated with this one.
Mo- A god of commerce and persistent merchants. Apparently if you believe the tales of Clover the unjust, Mo himself is also the god of illegally squandering money.
Ceroba- Originally thought of as an aspect Toriel, but later denied. Ceroba is an oddity in that the yellow pantheon she and her “family” seem to have come from somewhere else, but that’s neither hear nor there. She is the goddess of motherhood, legacy and the willingness to keep it alive.
Chujin- A god thought of by yours truly as a god of the occult, technically not untrue he is more known for the creation of golems. Apparently one of his golems dispatched one of the champion Flo the integral, after they almost harmed his child, the goddess of sweet dreams.
Guardener- One of Chujins golems, they are known as the protector of flowers
Axis 014- The soulless champion slayer, apparently in the tale of Clover the unjust he was integral in unlocking the bounds of which Clover lived up to their epithet as the unjust.
Kanako- The goddess of sweet dreams and sacrifice and the child of Ceroba and Chujin. Its not written any where, but apparently one tale describes after Chujin death Ceroba did something to Kanako and that’s why she’s not widely worship and she was later given to Alphys to aid her. Now this is speculation on a lot of people parts, but apparently Frisk the determined did meet them in the realm Alphys wished not accessed, to tuck them in.
Clover- Clover the just or unjust depending on who you asks, is the mortal champion before Frisk the determined. They entered the mountain to find and rescue those who came before them, but ended up among the ranks of the dead by their own choice. There also are two retellings of Clover, one in which it ended with Clover defeating the trickster Flowey, and a more grim retelling of their epithet as the unjust, in which they slaughter everyone including the all father.
Flo- The champion before Clover the just. Honestly not much is known about Flo the integral, but what is known is that they were at the very least somewhat violent and that they were ended by Axis

UT POKÉMON TEAMS
Papyrus!
1. Palafin: a strange one, I know, but I think Papyrus would love this Pokémon for its hero-like appearance and strength. It appears normal and boring at first but transforms into a superhero to protect people! It is a play on the phrase "zero to hero", which seems to be Papyrus's goal in Undertale. He wants to be popular and loved, like Undyne! He wants to be a part of the heroic Royal Guard! It looks like a normal Finizen at first, but transforms into its scret Hero Form to become incredibly powerful (so strong it can lift an entire cruise ship with just one fin!) This might not be a very deep reason for including Palafin here, but it definitely fits Papyrus's goals and vibe.
2. Marowak: A bony Pokémon with an air of toughness and loneliness, Marowak wields a bone as a weapon and looks super cool, although it's not as spooky as Sans's Dusknoir. It has a tough spirit that is not easily broken. No-one is sure where it gets its bone weapons, much like the mysterious nature of Papyrus's own bone attacks (seriously, does he make them? Do they come from pre-existing bones underground? Are they pure magic? IDK).
3. Revavroom: This Pokémon is a reference to Papyrus's love of cars and complex puzzles. Lots of people don't understand what this Pokémon is supposed to be upon first (or fourth...) look, but it's an engine. According to its wiki article, it's face is supposed to resemble a skull (although I don't see it...kinda like Papyrus's face puzzle being confusing to some people, now that I thunk about it...). Overall, it's a very odd and weird Pokémon, perfect for our mysterious skeleton friend.
4. Gyarados☆: The ☆ next to this Pokémon's name means it's a shiny! Shiny Gyarados not only matches Papyrus's colour palette (being red), but it's a tough, cool-looking Pokémon that evolves from the underestimated underdog of the Pokémon world, Magikarp. This represents the hardships one needs to overcome in life to grow and become stronger. We know Ppayrus loves to train and is incredibly patient. He must go through lots of hardship with Undyne (a fish-like monster) to become stronger! Gyarados's beta form has the name Skulkraken, combining the words "skull" and "kraken." This could be a nod to Papyrus's pirate flag in his bedroom. This Pokémon can also fly, a surprising trait for something without any visible means of doing so, like wings. Papyrus himself flies and levitates in the game, even though he doesn't look like he should be able to. Gyarados is a Pokémon with a violent and savage temperment, like Marowak, that doesn't seem to fit Papyrus until you start to see through his surface-level "happy-go-lucky" attitude.
5. Machamp: Papyrus loves talking about how big his muscles are, and he loves working out and training with Undyne. This tough Pokémon even has a similar belt and...uh...armour design to Papyrus. Its name could be a reference to the word "macho." Despite being incredibly strong, it is bad at doing any delicate, careful work. I can imagine all sorts of shenanigans it would get into with a trainer who is as particular as Papyrus!
6. Mimikyu: This seems like an odd choice, but hear me put. Mimikyu is a Pokémon that disguises itself as another, more popular Pokémon in the hopes it will get love, attention, and affection. It even makes its own costume. Sound familiar? Not to mention, it looks cute and innocent, but there is definitely something mysterious, weird, and undoubtedly powerful under that appearance. It might not perfectly represent Papyrus, but I think Papyrus has a kind soul that would give Mimikyu the love and affection it deserves. After all, Papyrus knows what it's like to be lonely. I can imagine them hand-making all sorts of costumes together.
Overall, I wanted Papyrus to have a team that looked cute, quirky, and/or cool on the outside, but that has a theme of a hidden side or a secret, usually powerful or even frightening in nature. That is also why I chose his specific Legendary and Mythical Pokémon:
Koraidon: I desperately wanted this to be Palkia, I really did, but Koraidon fits so much better. While Palkia would be the "sibling" to Sans's Dialga, this Koraidon better fits the way Sans and Papyrus are so dissimilar. However, Koraidon does come from a game having to do with time travel, still lending to that timey-wimey theme. Papyrus loves cars, and Koraidon matches his cool vibe and his colour scheme. It is a Pokémon from the past, fitting Papyrus's "kid-like" personalty in contrast with the futuristic, stoic Dialga that Sans has. While Palkia fits Papyrus's abilities to mess with reality and do whatever he wants, this Pokémon seems more like something he'd actually have on his team. I also made it go with Mettaton's Miraidon (I'll explain why when we get to him).
Keldeo: The mythical Keldeo is here to match Undyne's Cobalion; is a protégé of Cobalion, and is the newest unofficial member of the "Swords of Justice". It shares colour similarities to Papyrus's outfit. It is also a smaller, weaker-looking Pokémon that can change forms to be much more powerful. It fights only for good causes, using the horn on its head like a sword. Once again, we have the "younger" look, something that appears goofy or weak on the surface but can pack a punch.

Experiment #003, 003Tale.
An undertale fan alternate universe, created by me aka Dawn Esollua.
An Undertale AU where sans and papyrus do not exist, but instead a creation and experiment by W.D Gaster takes their place. A creation made to traverse the multiverse, to learn and grow from alternate realities, and to report back to his creator about his findings. A travelling spirit and artificial soul forming to create The Wanderer, also known as Wanders or Experiment, a tall lanky skeleton, donning an appearance similar to both sans and papyrus, who dressed in black and white.
Gaster created The Wanderer to explore alternate universes. He had already proven they existed, but neither he nor anyone else possessed the power to create a gateway into any of them. He created three experiments, all with the express purpose to explore beyond their universe and learn, adapt and grow based on their experiences. Gaster initially had two other experiments, Sans and Papyrus, who failed this task. Sans was the first, experiment #001. He was able to create gateways into other timelines in the same universe, but could not venture further. Gaster feared he may cause interference, and so he was exterminated to keep the timelines stable and in tact. The second was Papyrus, experiment #002. He could travel beyond the universe, however his artificial soul and body were too unstable, and were unable to exist beyond the universe. When he first stepped out, he ceased to exist in an instant. Gaster was upset over his creations demise and failure, but felt no attachment and continued on. His third experiment, #003, the Wanderer, was a success. He could traverse the multiverse and exist between universes. He was a blank slate with emotions and thoughts and feelings, but no developed personality. He was Gaster's idea of perfection, and so the scientist chose to treat him as a son, refusing to name him as he saw it as a bad omen based on his other experiments.
The wanderer's ability to travel to alternate universe was swiftly removed, after an incident in one of the more dangerous parts of the multiverse. Gaster was distraught at his creation and sons condition, and chose to have his ability to travel to other universes removed- sort of. It wasn't actually taken away, it was just removed from Wanders memory, meaning that while he could still do it in theory, he would have no idea of how to, and so would never be able to. Gaster did not see this as failure, however. By this time he had learned from his son that areas existed between universes, such as the Anti-Void and Core Timeline. Gaster decided these would be much safer areas for Wanders and that he would retain his ability to travel to these planes of existence Only, as he still wanted to see how he would grow in these environments.
Overtime Wanders did develop his own personality, being a curious, joyful, reckless character. He also grew a tendency to copy or mimic others behaviour to seem more like them, sometimes genuinely adapting their traits and other times just copying them in the moment. He kept a note of everyone he met and everything he learned on his clothes, doodling all over them. The doodles are almost impossible to see unless you're up super close though, so only him and Gaster truly know everything written down.

Okay so I had an idea for an Undertale AU but I am experiencing extreme burnout so I just wanna know if anyone would be interested
I got concept sketches here and the basic idea will be under the cut
Their names are Sword!Sans and Shield!Frisk
What if there was a timeline similar to the Omega Timeline but is just for those that have died? And if so who would be the guardians?
What if there was a timeline similar to the Omega Timeline but is just for those that have died? And if so who would be the guardians?
Long story short the idea goes as follows
In the middle of the destruction of their timeline, Sans in a last ditch effort to stay alive, grabbed Frisk and attempted to teleport. Unfortunately, this only sent them in-between dimensions, which caused them to glitch out and change their form, memory, and abilities.
Frisk gained the ability to manipulate shadows and using minions made from it to look into other AUs and timelines, at the cost of only being able to see through the minions the shadows create.
Sans on the other hand gained a sword that could cut through the barriers of different AUs, effectively being able to hop through them. He’s a lot taller, faster, and stronger than he used to be, but lost most of his soul during his time within the in-between. He’s also technically blind only being able to see silhouettes of those with souls, those who don’t are extremely hard to see since they only have a very faint outline.
They eventually landed back in their now broken and destroyed timeline, only able to remember bits and pieces of what it used to be like. They eventually took on new name’s Sword and Shield (it was Shield’s idea they wanted matching names).
Shield after observing all the death caused in these AUs via their destruction or stories, thought about figuring out if souls were truly gone after being destroyed. So they jotted down a bunch of ideas and sent Sword out to test them via his ability to see souls, and after a lot of trial and error, Sword managed to figure out that a soul’s spirit lasts a little bit after death. It might only be a few seconds to a few hours depending on the strength of the soul killed, but they found something to work with.
Very few can even see spirits in the first place it’s a miracle Sword can even see them, even so Shield quickly got to work on building their old world to be able to keep these spirits from fading away. It took a lot of experimenting with the code of their world, but they managed to figure out how to do it!
Since then Sword has been sent out to collect the spirits of recently killed souls while Shield keeps track of the spirit’s information along with keeping the timeline in working order, while trying to keep it hidden from other Sanses like Ink and Error.
————————————————
That’s the basic idea anyway I honestly could go more in-depth since I have an entire hierarchy system in place, ways spirits can gain part of a soul to leave the timeline and help Sword, various ideas on relationships between different characters regarding Sword and Shield, and a lot of other things my brain thought up.
Now I haven’t been in this fandom in like a long time so some of the information here might not line up with I guess established ways the multiverse works?
I’m honestly not sure but I’d love to hear your thoughts on it if you made it this far since I would love to work on this AU more!

Oc list off the top of my head:
Merlot - childish fae with vague djinn inspo, young adult
Wick - bogeyman inspired creature. Made of wicker and takes the form of a human child to lure in other children. Will eat any living thing similar in size or smaller than them. Technically an adult?
Lyre - Undertale OC. One of my oldest OCs. An insane Sans who’s timeline was erased. He likes blood and tea. Middle aged
Smiles-Widely/Widely-Smiles - Elder Scrolls Argonian player OC, reincarnated through the hist anew in various elder scrolls games, not a whole lot of solid stuff I’ve nailed down about him yet.
Jingle - a member of an alien race I created a while back. They’re kind of like a sentient sheep bug, and their species is considered a pest by most species, seen as a primitive species not capable of true intelligent though, though this is just because Jingle’s species lack a true civilization structure, living akin to any wild animal
Gilda & Helga: two Valkyrie OCs I made, though they’re pretty similar. Chubby lesbians with weaponry but Helga is more peaceful while Gilda is more intense. They’re both from an iteration on heaven I came up with alongside an irl friend, where all possible “heaven” “hell” and “purgatory” states exist and everything in between, spirits being able to more or less freely choose where they go
Snap: a zombie oc/World of Warcraft oc, he is an undead/forsaken who remembers little of who he was in life and was in fact patched together before resurrection as he was heavily mutilated. He only has vague memories of living in a small village and of the village being ransacked
Palavi: goddess of transmutation. Kind and curious, though quick to change moods, she has lost most of her following and is confined to the ruins of a temple of sorts built by alchemists who worshipped her.
Squeaks: clown. he seems human but might not be though there’s no real set species to him. Claims to have grown up in the circus, hates to acknowledge himself outside of his clown persona, very protective and friendly, though can be very irrational and violent if angered. His gimmick is anything and everything squeaky :)
Leah: an eel-like mermaid. I don’t actually remember a lot of her personality, though I think it’s a safe bet to say she’s a bit flirty? there’s not a lot of story to her
Kay: a slime. with interests and hobbies. will not be talked about much on this blog besides wholesome interactions because Tumblr staff seems very very against nswf content and that is the main purpose of this character
Uuuugh I think that’s enough for now

i dont understand anything thats going on ever in the fnf fandom ive only played the original and watched a lil bit of the ddlc mod and the. sans crossover one but it seems to have gone a similar direction to the undertale fandom where AUs/mods have increasingly convoluted lore so maybe i Just Dont Get It but i have such specific strong opinions on senpai characterization and barely any of the fanart i see matches it quite right
like. to me,
he’s not a sweet uwu baby. this one i actively dont understand like did y’all miss the entire point. no one ever seems to make him nasty enough whenever i look for it and i dont get it. why are you skipping out on The Best Part
people always characterize him as homophobic straight boy but look at him. i see sparkles, way too much blush, a pink tie and a pink microphone. theres flowers everywhere. hes oozing bitchy gay energy. i will accept “gay And homophobic” though. not in a closeted “im straight i swear” way though. you understand
actually truth be told i feel like its almost better if hes just straight up gay and the entire thing is just an act to get attention. hes Just manipulative and strings all these girls along but never seems to actually have a girlfriend and everyone thinks its because no one’s good enough for him, but actually,
i know “the spirit is his true form” is probably a valid interpretation but i just cannot vibe with it at all. it looks to me like he was clearly ripped apart by the spirit. whatever it is, it Killed him. which does imply hes something more than A Game Character but i still really dont think it is him
i also dont think the spirit was possessing him before it manifested. like, that could explain the “perfect character suddenly glitches and breaks down” and it could have just broken out of that form entirely at the end but like. that would mean the bitchy mean senpai is the spirit’s personality breaking through, which just Doesn’t track with how it acts when it bursts out. and why would it be trying to act like him anyway. its like, a game that gf abandoned or something, senpai isnt even a full person with an actual Life or anything. i think it was trapped somewhere deep within the game and senpai breaking character/bf getting in shook up the code enough to make just enough of a hole for it to break out? i dont know. i also dont know what the connection is with senpai and the lemon demon but i see that a lot too
ANYWAY. nobody makes him pretty enough i want senpai with obnoxious heart earrings and pink tinted chapstick that smells like strawberry. he has an extremely complicated skin care routine. he smells like four different perfumes at once. his nails are flawless. he writes in glittery gel pen. he has little kitty charms on his phone
people try to make him tragic and misunderstood and i do not get the appeal at all i just want him to be Bitter and Nasty and Petty and beautiful. hes probably a spoiled rich kid who has never been told no in his life. hes pathetic. hes gorgeous. hes the worst boy you’ve ever met

Undertale head cannons?
Omg where to begin?!?!
I think asgore and chara were very close and loved growing plants together and having tea time :)
Majority of the main cast is autistic :))
Following that last one Flowey/asriel is particularly face blind and that’s why he mistakes frisk for chara
Uhh a pretty common one but sans and alphys are besties and they talk about space for hours,,, one of the first things they do on the surface is go stargazing :-)
Asriel and toriel used to go bug hunting based off the fact that toriel offers to take frisk when they are in the ruins,,, the whole family would also frequent blook farm and cheer on the snails, asriel would always win bc he knew just the right way to cheer his snail, chara would always lose bc they were too enthusiastic and their snail would get overwhelmed LOL
Bc of this sometimes flowey goes and hangs out with the snails and talks to napstablook despite them not know who he was
I like to think the surface is set in Aotearoa, was going to set it in Australia bc that’s where I’m from but I’ve decided that’s where I have deltarune set
Also bc of this and following the theory that sans is from deltarune and was transported to undertale sans has a slight Australian accent :o)
Frisk is mainly non verbal, tho they only really speak when on the phone (I’ve also seen ppl hc that they speak ‘with their soul’ and I really like that)
Sans and paps can understand most languages, they are fluent in nzsl and teach everyone else so they can communicate with frisk :-)
Before falling into the core gaster was semi verbal but post core he uses nzsl bc his speech has become so garbled that no one but his sons can understand him
Grillby is similar to gaster where his speech is distorted (bc he’s made of fire) but if he focuses he can say a few clear sentences like in the pacifist route
Gaster used portions of his hands to make sans and paps - his main goal was to create a being with a human soul (that’s why I draw them both as human skeletons as opposed to bird guys like gaster) so they could cross the barrier but instead he got 2 kiddos lmao (also VERY SOFT AND FULL OF CALCIUM isn’t completely just papyrus being silly, at certain times of the year he and sans get that baby bird fluff on the surface of their bones, it comes off pretty easily tho so it’s not really noticeable)
Undyne and paps are gay lesbian solidarity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Frisk doesn’t really understand their gender yet and bc they are so young they describe it based on their surroundings, after entering papyrus’ room and seeing his do not enter signs when asked for their gender they reply ‘papyrus’ <- idk where that one came from I remember seeing a post about it but I love it to bits
After their plan failed chara’s ‘spirit’ went dormant until frisk arrived, they have no idea what happened to asriel but after the neutral route (after flowey says he doesn’t understand why frisk is sparing him) they start to really recognise that flowey is in some way somehow asriel
Mettaton overheats when he is embarrassed/flustered and his internal fans are very loud LOL
Chara and asriel’s combined soul is gone, I feel like after souls are ‘used’ they fade away - the same happens to the human souls after flowey/asriel absorbs them
Toriel, asgore and gaster are old af and have been around since the barrier was created (ummm thousand year kingdings slow burn anyone?? SJDNDJJDNX)
Undyne is like asgores daughter and asgore is sometimes reminded of chara bc of how outgoing and determined they both are :-)
When they get to the surface toriel teaches papyrus how to cook ‘properly’ but some of his habits brush off on her instead lol
I’ve probably got more but here are the ones that popped into my head!!!

[OLD THEORY] Papyrus is a psychopomp, or at least, a metaphor for it.
For context, I posted this almost 4 years ago back on the Undertale subreddit to which it received very minimum attention and almost no reception. I'm reposting it here with possible new evidence largely because my interest in this game is kicking back up again in anticipation for the second chapter of Deltarune.
[Original Post]
So this little theory of mine was something I've kept bouncing around in my thoughts for a while. I was inspired to conjure it after watching Gaijin Goomba's excellent video about how Sans might be a revenant, which you can watch here. Since he never did a followup video theorizing what mythical creature Papyrus might be based on, I decided to do my own digging and I think you'll be intrigued by my findings.
First things first, what is a psychopomp exactly? Well, according to the wikipedia article on them, they're described as creatures, spirits, angels, or deities in many religions whose responsibility is to escort newly-deceased souls from Earth into the afterlife. Now how is this applied concept of a grim reaper applicable to the gullible stooge of a character that is Papyrus? That connection can be made through analyzing one small component of the game in Snowdin Forest.
Known as just ball game, this somewhat forgettable moment in your puzzle Q&A testing with Papyrus actually raises a lot of deeper correlations about the knowledge Papyrus holds.
If we go by what Papyrus says, that he's the designer of all the puzzles you solve in Snowdin Forest, then Ball Game wouldn't be excluded from that portfolio; meaning Papyrus would've had to design the Ball Game puzzle and all of the elements in it. And those elements also include the descriptions given for each colored flag that you can achieve depending on how you get the snowball into the hole. And each of those flags and their descriptions correspond to the traits of each human soul that fell into the underground.
So here's the part where this gets interesting, in order for Papyrus to write down these descriptions of the human souls, he would've had to have some contact with them before in order to know their traits. That brings into the question the possibility that Papyrus could've interacted with other humans besides Frisk, or at least, have some knowledge of their abilities. This possibility, however, somewhat contradicts what is said by the bunny shopkeeper: that both the skeleton brothers recently showed up one day and just asserted themselves without anyone knowing where they came from. Unless the human souls came into the underground in a route that avoided going through Snowdin Town...
This possibility, that Papyrus interacted with the other fallen humans enough to learn about their soul traits, provides evidence that Papyrus practices a duty very similar to that of a psychopomp: to guide recently-deceased souls into afterlife, or in this context, the Underground. It's a metaphor that works really well in the plot of the game, a human falls into an underground world of monsters, relating to an underworld, and is guided by a caretaker to make sure their stay in the afterlife is safe and pleasant. And Papyrus shows this in how he ignores his responsibility to capture you and instead provides a sense of comfort in Snowdin by cooking you spaghetti and showing appreciation towards your company.
But doesn't Toriel also do this similar job to an extent? That's definitely true, but I have a hunch that this similarity in guiding lost souls into the underworld was acknowledged by Toby Fox himself in the Greenlight trailer for Undertale. In which (starting at 1:05) Papyrus asks the narrating text whether or not he's the mom for comedic effect.
But it the connections don't end at the ball game. As we theorized before, Papyrus must've interacted with the other human souls before if he knows their traits to write descriptions of them. But what this entails is a further explanation as to why Flowey seems to have a niche appreciation for Papyrus over the other monsters. Remember, what did Flowey want throughout the entire game? A soul, for he lacks one. And why is he still so interested in Papyrus if not for his nature to always be humorous and intriguing? He must know that Papyrus has knowledge of the human souls. That's why he privately talks to him, he must be pushing him to tell how to get access to the human souls so that Flowey can "become god" as he stated when he absorbed the six human souls in the neutral run.
The psychopomp connections don't just end there, you can even dig up references to historical psychopomps of ancient religions just by analyzing his very name. The name Papyrus obviously refers to the tacky typeface he speaks in, but it can also refer to the paper material papyrus. And the paper substitute was commonly used by two ancient empires: the Greek empire, and the Egyptian empire. And those two empires both had established religions in which there was also the concept of psychopomps.
There's two main religious deities I want to declare have had inspiration on Papyrus' character in Undertale. These two deities are the Greek god Hermes, and the Egyptian god Anubis
Let's start with Hermes, who is declared the messenger of the gods, the god of trade, thieves, travelers, oratory, wit, trickery, sports, athletes, border crossings, and the guide to the Underworld.
Papyrus acts as a messenger in the Underground either when it comes to telling you about how much Undyne currently wants to stab you, or delivering the news to Undyne that he just couldn't the human. He's also the most talkative when it comes to the amount of dialogue he has for his phone calls. This is also correlating to the gag of Papyrus' mailbox being empty while sans' is stuffed with unread letters.
As for thieves, travelers, and border crossings, Papyrus is stationed as a royal guard sworn to prevent any human, friend or foe, from freely coming into Snowdin without being captured, he even builds a rubbish gate that doesn't prevent you and Sans from walking through it. However, he manages to sympathize with the assailant and makes you his friend.
For oratory and wit, Papyrus is actually accounted for deceiving you with wordplay, even using reverse psychology to trick Undyne into being friends with you; doesn't hurt the connection that he's also a pretty prominent and rather loud speaker.
For trickery, that's just obvious. Papyrus is known to brag about how he has a devoted passion for puzzles and japes. Hermes was also known to outwit the gods, and Papyrus is not one shy to make fools of the Royal Guard.
Athletes? This may seem like a stretch, but Papyrus is a pretty athletic person; being able to jump really high over your head after you spare him, leaping face-first through a window unscathed, and being the proclaimed "jog boy" who turns trash-cants into trash-cans.
Hermes was also the phallic god of boundaries, and this is actually applicable with Papyrus, as in when you confess your love for him on your date, he politely refuses and says that you're already great as a friend, for he states that he cannot love you back as much as you love him.
Now for the correlations with Anubis, the ancient Egyptian god associated with mummification. the afterlife, protection of the tomb, and the appearance of having the head of a jackal. Anubis assumed many different roles in various contexts, with one of his prominent roles being a psychopomp who ushered souls into the afterlife, from which point forward their character is judged through a process called "weighing of the heart." Anubis is also associated with the Wepwawet, another Egyptian god also portrayed with a dog's head, but with gray/white fur. Anubis also had a cult dedicated to worshiping him that was located in Cynopolis. There was also a religious figure that fused both Hermes and Anubis into one being called Hermanubis.
Have you ever noticed how the design of Gaster Blasters are specifically based off of dog skulls? Well, the appearance of Anubis could've possibly been an inspiration for this design, what with the connotations of gods and mummification of the dead.
Like Anubis, Papyrus has had his job changed many times. Depending on which ending you get, he can either become a florist, a mascot, or an ambassador to monsters. But he still maintains his primary job of being a "royal guardsman."
Weighing of the heart? That's obviously a connection to Papyrus' ability to turn your heart-shaped soul blue, thus giving it the properties of gravity and weight. This could also be a reference to how Sans judges you after Papyrus guides you through the Underground, as Anubis was accompanied by Ammit, a griffon-like creature who would devour souls that failed the weighing of the heart test.
Anubis was accompanied by a dog with white fur named Wepwawet, and Papyrus is an attractor of the Annoying Dog, who always likes to annoy Papyrus by stealing his special attack, and who also conveniently has white fur.
Cynopolis, referred to as the "city of dogs" is also a likely influence on Snowdin Town, and how it has the largest population of canines monsters out of any location in the game. Although Sans is usually the one to be known in the city of gods and not Papyrus.
Hermanubis is just mentioned to tie all of these correlations together, as he's basically one big psychopomp that combines the two religious figures I think inspired Papyrus' character in Undertale.
[Updated Info]
About a year or two after this post is made, the trailer for the game's port to PS4 and Pisa Vita was released, and it was the standard fare for the most part aside from this interesting detail. At the end of the narrated introduction, we see a black monster truck called the 'Bone Cruncher' appear as its riding up a mountain of bones. The window slides down to reveal that it's the Annoying Dog driving this truck. What's fascinating about this otherwise innocuous bit is what's in the truck bed. We can identify five objects: Two statues of Anubis made to look as if they were kissing, a statue of an adorned cat whose head is made to resemble Catty, a red orb atop a pedestal, and a sarcophagus. All items are encased in gold and are meant to resemble artifacts of ancient Egypt. We can further speculate that the red orb is likely a reference to the Artifact Room, which contains a similar-looking red orb called a 'legendary artifact', which the Annoying Dog absorbs if you attempt to pick it up. Papyrus also commentates on this room by saying that "there's something about this room, but I can't quite place my finger on it", referencing what happens. The two Anubis statues could possibly be a reference to Dogamy and Dogaressa, two canine monsters depicted as lovers smooching each other in their fight. I have no possible clue what the sarcophagus could reference.
While these references are cool, what begs the question is why they're depicted as ancient Egyptian artifacts? It seems very odd and almost out of place since the connection between ancient Egypt and bones doesn't seem immediately obvious. It seems very out-of-place until you take into account everything I've stated prior. This is just another piece of plausible evidence for the idea that Papyrus's relationship with Snowdin and the Annoying Dog may specifically be an allegory to Egyptian mythology, being made all the more clever by his namesake.
The thought to conclude on this appeared to me rather violently, and I just had to get the word about this out here despite how ridiculously late it is to the party.

Background:
This is probably the only original creation of my “Undertale: The Expansion Pack” AU, where they come up in the final part of the first half of my new run I made called “The Redemption Run.”
The avatar themselves come from a VERY diverse character creator, more diverse than the Sims no less. The only thing from people making themselves exactly in the creator is the pastel rainbow gradient as their texture. What you see in the image is the default models for the male and female genders. Sorry guys, didn’t know how to draw non-binary myself. (You may try to make that yourself if you wish.)
This is to represent the player in the story who I established to be uncreative. They would be basically be trapped in the game where they would appear as their avatar, and instead of the stereotypical “I gotta get out,” plot, they want to stay in the game. And at the point that they get sucked into the game, the Player becomes a host for all the HATE (idea found in Glitch!tale) stored in the game, mutating them to have a goat head similar to the Baphomet; broken, tattered wings; spikes protruding from their dominant arm (Right default in creator); and blood-red eyes.
They fight my version of Seraphim Sans and get trapped in blue bones. Like Steven universe, they end this fight with comfort, love and forgiveness. The player would then turn into what I call a spirit (like my version of Chara who is the narrator of the games and is meant to punish the player for their misdeeds) to narrate the rest of the run with Chara which you have to RESET to do. The player would then go into the void halfway during the second half of the run to then make himself the player character, turning Frisk into a NPC.
After all of that is finished and after the credits roll, the player breaks the RESET button to make sure the time-loop of the game is forever broken.
Abilities:
• Normal:
a. Their weapons are a pair of revolvers that can
transform into sais (Rafael’s weapons from
TMNT) and back.
• Hatred form
a. HATE magic (found in Glitch!tale)
Age: Can Vary (Teen to Young Adult recommended)
Height: Varies
Weight: Varies
Ethnicity: Varies
Magic wielder?: Obviously yes with HATE form but normally? . . . Not sure 🤔
Species: Human (player character (NOT FRISK))
And we are F I N A L L Y done with Undertale: The Expansion Pack. I’ll be working on a master post soon enough for all of this, so stick around.
